We are looking for a hands-on Purchasing Manager to take full ownership of procurement across both TCI Precision Metals and E-Z LOK. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Owner/President. You will split your time between both facilities—primarily based at TCI in Gardena with approximately one day per week at the E-Z LOK facility in Los Alamitos. You will be responsible for strategic sourcing, day-to-day purchasing, inventory optimization, supplier management, and cost reduction for both operations. The right person combines sharp negotiation skills with deep knowledge of metals and manufactured components supply chains, and is comfortable working across two distinct product lines and ERP environments. This is a high-impact role with real visibility—your decisions will directly affect margins, on-time delivery, and operational efficiency across the entire organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mills, metal distributors, and component suppliers across both TCI and E-Z LOK product lines
• Monitor supplier performance for quality, delivery, responsiveness, and cost competitiveness
• Research, identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors for raw materials, threaded insert components, packaging, and other supplies
• Negotiate pricing, terms, lead times, freight terms, and consignment or exclusivity arrangements
• Develop backup sourcing and disaster recovery strategies to ensure supply continuity for both divisions
• Oversee daily purchasing of raw materials, MRO items, packaging, and other supplies for both TCI and E-Z LOK
• Review and approve purchase orders within established dollar limits
• Manage freight purchasing and freight claims
• Ensure accurate order quantities, pricing, due dates, and vendor confirmations
• Expedite late orders and manage material shortages across both facilities
• Resolve PO discrepancies, invoice mismatches, and receiving issues
• Help set and maintain min/max levels, reorder points, safety stock, and order policies for both divisions
• Balance inventory availability against excess and obsolete stock
• Coordinate buys based on demand forecasts, customer orders, production schedules, and seasonality
• Support cycle count and inventory accuracy efforts where purchasing impacts inventory health
• Work closely with production, planning, warehouse, sales, and customer service teams at both TCI and E-Z LOK
• Ensure material availability to support manufacturing schedules without interruption at either facility
• Prioritize purchases for urgent jobs, stockouts, and customer commitments

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Planning and coordination of subcontractors’ work and activities for a project.

Position Overview
We are seeking an attorney to lead and oversee the firm's demand review, negotiation strategy, and client disengagement processes. This is a leadership role, not just an individual contributor position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting standards, driving performance, and ensuring consistency across departments, while also handling high-level negotiations.
You will work cross-functionally with attorneys, case managers, and leadership to ensure cases are resolved efficiently and strategically, while maintaining quality and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Oversight
- Lead and manage the firm's settlement and demand review function across Employment and Workers' Compensation.
- Establish and enforce standards for demand quality, negotiation strategy, and resolution timelines.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to attorneys and staff involved in settlement processes.
- Identify gaps in performance and implement process improvements.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with department leads, attorneys, and case teams to align on case strategy and resolution goals.
- Ensure consistency in approach and communication across both practice areas.
- Act as a key point of coordination between Employment and Workers' Compensation teams.
Demand Review & Negotiation
- Review and approve demand letters for accuracy, clarity, and legal positioning.
- Develop and execute negotiation strategies for high-value or complex cases.
- Lead negotiations with insurers, defense counsel, and opposing parties to drive favorable outcomes.
Process & Performance Management
- Oversee disengagement reviews to ensure compliance and professionalism.
- Track key metrics related to settlements, timelines, and outcomes.
- Continuously refine workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and results.
Qualifications
- Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
- Strong experience in settlement negotiations and demand evaluation.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and hold teams accountable.
- Excellent legal writing, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in employment law and/or workers' compensation is highly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: $100,000 - $130,000 (based on performance and experience)

Position Summary:
To support Global ERP Business Process initiatives and ongoing system enhancements across the Global Supply Chain organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a member of the Global ERP Business Process Owner (BPO) team
* Represent the ERP BPO function in site-specific and global initiatives including product launches, system enhancements, tech transfers, and site specific or GSC prioritized projects
* Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and manage enhancement requests
* Plan, coordinate, and approve User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
* Collaboration with Change Owners to ensure accurate documentation and compliance
* Work closely with IT to ensure system enhancements meet business requirements
* Partner with Quality Engineering to ensure validation and compliance standards are met
* Develop, maintain, and review work instructions and related documentation
* Provide ERP impact assessments during change control and socialization forums

* Deep functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) systems with hands-on experience supporting enterprise-scale solutions with end-to-end process mindset.
* Minimum 10 years of functional experience as an ERP Business Analyst or in a comparable role
* Strong end-to-end understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Plan-to-Deliver (PTD), and Finance business processes and Oracle EBS processes.
* Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and test scenarios
* Experience managing ERP enhancements and system changes within governed change management frameworks
* Strong experience planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect triage and business sign-off
* Familiarity with validation and compliance requirements in regulated environments
* Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment with strong accountability

You’ll partner closely with a Creative Director and cross-functional marketing teams to turn bold ideas into flawlessly delivered campaigns. This role is ideal for a seasoned producer / operations leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and loves being the connector between creative vision and on-time, on-budget execution.

What you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end campaign production, building clear timelines, deliverable lists, and milestones for AV and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets and forecasts, align spend with creative and marketing priorities, and build contingency plans to keep work moving.
- Oversee production and delivery of trailers, TV spots, social content, digital and paid media assets, broadcast and international versions—ensuring everything is on spec, on time, and on budget.
- Partner closely with creative and finishing/post-production teams to prioritize assets, manage workflows, and adapt plans as creative decisions evolve.
- Proactively troubleshoot production and post-production challenges, escalating issues as needed to keep campaigns on track.
- Build and manage relationships with vendors and agencies, from onboarding and scoping through day-to-day project management and invoicing.
- Provide ongoing visibility into campaign status, resource use, and spend, clearly communicating trade-offs and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Act as a strategic partner to creative leadership, bringing operational rigor, scalable processes, and production insights to support campaign strategy.
- Surface key decisions, risks, and blockers early, driving clarity, alignment, and accountability across internal and external teams.
What you bring:
- 10+ years in creative production, project management, or marketing operations, ideally within entertainment, media, or creative agencies.
- Proven experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns across video, social, digital, paid media, and international formats.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end AV and post-production workflows, especially for trailers and short-form content.
- Track record of successfully leading high-profile campaigns with large budgets and tight timelines in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Demonstrated ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared plan, shepherd assets from concept through delivery, and keep teams accountable.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills—you’re comfortable juggling multiple complex initiatives at once.
- Clear, confident communication style, with experience presenting production updates, solutions, and budget insights to senior leaders.
