We’re looking for a hands‑on Quality professional to lead inspection and quality control activities across the manufacturing lifecycle—from suppliers to customers. Develop or improve test methods, inspection procedures, and quality tools
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or related Engineering field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes
Experience with 8D problem solving and quality tools
Familiarity with ISO standards and Lean Manufacturing (5S, Kaizen, VSM)
Hands‑on experience using inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Work Environment & Physical Requirements

We’re seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, optimize, and improve manufacturing processes to drive efficiency, increase capacity, reduce waste, and ensure consistent quality. This role partners closely with production, quality, maintenance, and design engineering to resolve manufacturing challenges, support new product introductions, and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and data-driven methodologies.
You’ll lead and support capital projects from justification through implementation, including equipment selection, feasibility studies, risk assessments, and concept design. The role also supports manufacturing decision-making through cost analysis, capacity planning, and documentation development (SOPs, work instructions, process flows), while contributing to supplier qualification and process development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years in a manufacturing engineering or similar role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, and fabrication methods
- Proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and blueprint interpretation
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical analysis

Position Summary
The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term role that prepares an employee to perform a higher-level supervisory role, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. When there is no manager onsite, the Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor leads the store staff, ensures that store operations run smoothly, and is responsible for ensuring the completion of all opening and closing procedures.
