About the Role You're Considering

As a Senior Employee Development / Training Specialist as part of our Industrial Operations - Training team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical capabilities of aerospace manufacturing workforce.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Leading projects designed to produce high-quality educational deliverables that enhance technical proficiency across aerospace manufacturing disciplines
  • Conducting comprehensive learning requirements analysis and establishing clear, measurable learning objectives aligned with business needs
  • Delivering specialized content in one or more areas of Aerospace Skills expertise (Electrical, Structural, Seal, Quality, Systems, etc.) and assessing effectiveness based on established learning objectives
  • Facilitating dynamic learning events through various delivery methods, customizing programs to maximize knowledge retention and practical application
  • Performing as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide training consultation services and strategic guidance to stakeholders
  • Coaching and developing less experienced instructors, conducting Train-the-Trainer sessions to qualify additional instructors
  • Monitoring stakeholders' operating environment and key business measures to continuously improve training effectiveness
  • Emphasizing safety precautions in all training provided while maintaining a positive and productive learning environment

Must Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support, with demonstrated expertise in specialized technical areas

  • Proven experience as a coach, instructor, or employee development specialist with the ability to lead and mentor others
  • Experience in designing and employing leadership development courseware and/or curriculum
  • Specialized knowledge in one or more aerospace disciplines such as Structural, Electrical, Repair, Functional Test, Seal, or Systems
  • Experience working with detailed work instructions and interpreting complex blueprints and drawings

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $76,200.00 - $187,740.00

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Provide estimates and technical schedules for all phases of process equipment addition, replacement or upgrade.

Collaborate with internal company support groups to accomplish objectives and provide contract engineering management and direction when needed.

Participate in assigned major capital projects and/or modifications from start to finish, including equipment reception, commissioning, and acceptance.

For customer projects, manages the design studies for industrial electrical equipment, and low/high voltage electrical installations that are necessary for the success of the Plant's capital projects. She / he will ensure adherence to the customer's specifications, local regulations, compliance of performance, and costs.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

Bachelors in Electra-mechanical, Computer, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical experience in the field

Preferred minimum of at least 3 years of Engineering experience

Minimal travel, 5-10% maximum (vendor machine acceptance, support of local facility)

Experience with electrical design standards and able to complete controls systems designs using standard CAD design tools

Experience with PLC programming standards & programming software, including GRAFCET, Ladder Logic, and Structured Text. Specific experience with Rockwell (Allen-Bradley) and Siemens is a plus.

Experience with Variable Frequency drives and Motion Control technologies. Specific experience with Rockwell, Siemens and Control Techniques is a plus.

Experience with HMI configuration, programming and communication. Specific experience with Rockwell is a plus.

Experience with controls systems network interfaces and various protocols for communications between devices including computer system databases.

Experience in Project Team Leadership or Project Management is preferred, but not required

Vision System configuration and interface for width measurement applications and defect detection applications is preferred but not required. Specific experience with Cognex, Keyence, Adept, Bytewise, Gocator is a plus.

In this role you will be on the starting line to help influence, design and implement a state-of-the-art performance measurement and attribution capability. This senior leadership role requires strategic planning, influence, executive visibility, and the opportunity to transform performance analytics and attribution capabilities for a prestigious insurance company.

  • Evolve existing practices and refresh methodologies, assumptions, and models to introduce new and industry best practice approaches for presenting performance across products, asset classes, and instruments.
  • Lead strategic platform rationalization and evaluate performance engines to enhance analytics.

  • 8–10+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, or a related client-facing technical role.

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

As a Project Delivery Senior Analyst (PDSA) at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. * Current Epic Certification in Resolute Professional Billing

* Experience in Epic implementation or enhancement processes

* Experience in application design, workflows, build, troubleshooting, testing, and support.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,600 to $115,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
