Job Summary:
Bernards is seeking new, dynamic Employee-Owners who are committed to the overall Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Bernards to help build A Better Experience. Our ideal Senior Superintendent candidate will manage and supervise all aspects of field operations for the assigned project from preconstruction through closeout. This includes preconstruction phase activities such as constructability reviews, QA/QC reviews, value engineering, subcontract scoping, site logistics plan and preconstruction schedule management. Essential Duties & Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- PRECONSTRUCTION: Assist in the estimating / budgeting process, perform constructability reviews, help develop and manage the value engineering process, assist in the preparation of preliminary schedules and prime contract reviews.
- CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Clearly understand all documents that make up the "Contract Documents” and enforce/manages the documents.
- AGREEMENTS: Review scope descriptions and ensure they are complete and well-coordinated.
- SAFETY: Ensure that the project site is safe and that the Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) is implemented comprehensively, and all Bernards safety procedures are being followed.
- FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Assist the team in presenting major issues of the projection to upper management. Ensure all reasonable efforts have been made to maximize the project fee or minimize losses.
- RISK MANAGEMENT: Assist in ensuring proper insurance is in place and that the project is in full compliance with all Bernards’ risk management policies.
- QA/QC: Comply with the Bernards Quality Management Manual (QMM) outlining our quality policies, standards and procedures.
- SCHEDULING: Responsible for creation of the initial baseline schedule and updating of all subsequent schedules.
- DOCUMENT CONTROL: Ensure that all document control procedures are being followed.
- FIELD MANAGEMENT: Provide overall field operations leadership. Ensure the jobsite is safe, secure and work is progressing in compliance with all OSHA regulations. Ensure the subcontractor’s work is well coordinated in a productive sequence.
- PUNCHLIST: Ensure the punch list process is timely and it exceeds the Owner’s expectations.
- ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
Preferred Experience, Education, and Skills:
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
- Over 7 years of construction industry experience managing projects from start-up to completion.
- DSA/Public Works experience is required.
- Project experience ranging from $20M – $90M.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with team members, industry partners, and clients.
- Ability to efficiently manage time, workload, prioritize and maintain a sense of urgency.

Our ideal Senior Project Engineer candidate assists the team in the administration of the construction project and acts as a resource for the Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Superintendent in running the day-to-day project operations from preconstruction through closeout. This includes assisting in the preconstruction phase activities such as constructability reviews, value engineering, estimating, budget control, prime contract negotiation, and preconstruction schedule management. In addition, assist in the construction phase activities such as project setup, risk management, document management, subcontractor buyout, schedule management, QA/QC management, change management, submittal and RFI management, financial reporting, and project closeout. Complete all other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

- DOCUMENT CONTROL: Ensure that all document control procedures are being followed. Ensure a working set of drawings and specifications are established at the jobsite.
- SCHEDULING: Assist with the update the project schedule collaboratively with the Superintendent(s) and Project Manager(s) to develop accurate and detailed project schedules.
- SUBMITTALS: Ensure that submittals are received, approved, and returned in a timely manner; create and update the submittal log.
- PROCUREMENT LOG: Develop and maintain a procurement log.
- REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION: Ensure that all RFIs are written for all appropriate questions on the project. Properly track RFIs through the log system.
- CLOSEOUT: Assist with completing closeout packages as directed.

Preferred Experience, Education and Skills:
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering preferred.
- Over 3 years of construction industry experience managing projects within our market segments and of our typical project sizes from start-up to completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creates 3D harness routes considering bend radius, separation, and maintainability and manage technical trade studies.
- Generate electrical interconnect diagrams and schematics by defining point-to-point connections for power, signals, and data links; understands grounding and shielding principles.
- Interface and coordinate between various team members including engineering, program management, production and quality Create 3D models of harness designs using SolidWorks software.

About the Role:
The Project Manager, New Product Launches will drive the end-to-end execution of new product development and go-to-market initiatives. Reporting to the Director of New Product Launches, this role serves as the operational engine behind cross-functional product launches — ensuring timelines are met, stakeholders are aligned, risks are mitigated, and deliverables are executed with excellence.
This individual will manage the detailed workstreams required to bring products from concept through commercialization — partnering closely with Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Creative, Sales, Finance, and external vendors.

What You’ll Do:
1. End-to-End Launch Management
• Build and manage comprehensive project timelines from concept to launch
• Define key milestones, dependencies, and critical paths

• Ensure launches are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives
2. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Partner with Product Development on formulation, packaging, and testing timelines

4. Vendor & External Partner Management

KEY PURPOSE:
The Global Product Manager - Hardgoods is responsible for building and maintaining Speedo’s global range within designated categories. This includes maintaining and growing current business, briefing and building new lines based on market opportunities and brand positioning, fostering key relationships internally and in the marketplace.
Additionally, this role will enhance brand values and deliver key performance metrics, style efficiency targets, and sales margin objectives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver seasonal line plans aligned with overall brand and business strategy, highlighting global development opportunities, proposed costs, unique sales opportunities, and ensuring brand consistency across categories.
- Manage assigned product categories from concept to commercialization, including line plan updates, style setup, range briefs for new products and packaging, and development of competitive pricing structures that meet corporate goals.
- Collaborate with planners to ensure SKU counts, margins, and budget parameters are achieved.
- Analyze global sales histories, patterns, and industry trends; assess market size, structure, and dynamics to inform range development decisions.
- Coordinate key activities to ensure process and execute on time against agreed timelines with design and operations.
- Partner with Regional Merchandising teams and Commercial Leads to ensure product viability throughout the process, procure and maintain global forecasts, plan revenue growth against targets, and preline with sales in markets.
- Work closely with Asia Product Development to identify innovative solutions and technically advanced product ideas; prepare business cases where appropriate and maintain awareness of manufacturing environments and cost structures.
- Understand production lead times and collaborate with Asia teams to ensure on-time deliveries and adherence to the two-season development calendar.
- Partner with Marketing to communicate product features and packaging requirements internally and externally; execute seasonal packaging, collateral, and workbooks.
- Ensure product marketing is clear, compelling, and effective across print and web. Provide a seasonal launch package for all global sales teams.
- Ensure all design and packaging briefs are delivered on time to support timely product launches.
- Collaborate with Commercial teams and Regional Merchandising to provide quality input into the range brief and product development. Ensure teams are well-trained and fully briefed on product details.
- Engage with consumers and retailers to identify innovative solutions to market needs; maintain strong market understanding.
- Conduct market research, including analysis of consumer trends and on-site visits to observe consumer end use environments (pool and/or beach).
- Maintain in-depth competitive analysis of all categories in all channels of distribution and maintain a competitive sample/item library.
- Support in-field product testing to improve product development and benefit the sell-in process.
- Present product ranges, offers and ideas externally at retail, internally at sales conferences domestic and international.
- Partner with Marketing to deliver sell-in and sell-through assets; manage briefs, follow-ups, and track progress against deadlines for catalogs, tech sheets, and other deliverables.
- Drive product-marketing projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring alignment with calendar deadlines and timely handoffs.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in product merchandising or product management.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Knowledge or experience in swimming is a plus.
Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000 annually
Base pay is a portion of our total compensation package and determined within a range that allows growth and development within your role. Your base pay will be determined based on experience, skills and qualifications.

This position is a junior-level sales support role focused on the U.S. Department of Defense. The successful individual in this Associate ISR role will support the Senior ISR and Sales Directors through CRM data management, quote preparation, research, and customer engagement. This role is ideal for individuals new to defense sales who are eager to learn and contribute to a high-performing team.
