What You'll Do

We are seeking a strong candidate with experience in Change Management and Communications to support product portfolios focused on delivering our digital workforce experience to employees. This role will contribute to the development and execution of change strategies to promote employee adoption and satisfaction of our digital products, drawing on behavioural science principles where appropriate to shape employee decision-making and adoption behaviours. Please note that this role is focused on company-internal (not client-facing) marketing, communications and change management.

  • Executing enterprise-level change strategies  
  • Supporting the integration of behavioral science into change management strategies– applying principles such as nudging, habit formation, and choice architecture  
  • Adopting the end users’ perspective and bringing that lens to product teams and how we deliver change 
  • Engaging with end users to understand pain points and use cases 
  • Prioritizing and problem-solving in a fast-paced, collaborative and service-oriented environment with a very high performance culture 
  • Defining, measuring, assessing and improving KPIs associated with employee journey campaigns 
  • Translating change and communication strategies into clear, engaging content for employees 
  • Key change management behaviours including: 
  • Stakeholder assessments and engagement plans to address and mitigate risks. 
  • Change impact assessments, identifying risks to delivery/adoption; articulate practical and actionable mitigation activities.   
  • Developing and delivering tactical and strategic communication plans  
  • Developing training & enablement approaches 
  • Acting as advisor to Product Owners to identify change impacts and advise on necessary mitigation steps 
  • Engaging with product portfolios and squads to understand product roadmaps. 
  • Managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities 

 



What You'll Bring

  • 5-7 years of experience in consulting and/or project management-based change management a significant plus 
  • Strong influencing, networking and relationship building skills with sr stakeholders 
  • Change or product marketing management certification  
  • Exposure to behavioural science or related disciplines, with interest in developing expertise further 
  • Complex problem structuring and solving experience 
  • Experience operating in an Agile operating model preferred 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market leading benefits package described below.

• The base salary range for this role in Atlanta is $101,000.00 -$123,000.00.

 

This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.


In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a bonus of up to 16% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.

The Senior Major Gifts Officer (Senior MGO) position is a full-time, exempt role that will have an opportunity to make a tremendous impact on a committed and dynamic fundraising team.   • Creatively and compellingly share the impact of donors’ generosity to inspire increased giving.
  • Partner with the Major Gifts team to cultivate a 300+ prospect pipeline, representing a range of engagement levels with Boston Ballet.
  • Identify new sources of support, assess giving potential, recommend target ask amounts, and develop personalized strategies to secure annual gifts toward a multi-year annual giving growth strategy.
  • Represent the Development team and engage prospects at the theater and events throughout the season with a warm and consistent presence.
  • Develop materials for prospect and donor meetings to advance to cultivation strategies, including decks, written proposals, and briefings as applicable for senior leadership involvement.
  • Act as a resource and mentor for junior members of the major gifts team and development team at large.
  • Stay informed about industry trends as well as Company-specific news and events to be used to steward and cultivate major gift donors and prospects.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of development experience, including at least 4 years of direct solicitations with a proven record of closing gifts at the $25,000+ level.

The role requires utilizing state of the art custom software in conjunction with Thermal Desktop and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) packages and often mentor other Thermal Analysts in the use of such tools.

Essential Functions: System level thermal design & development, payload level integration and test, and risk mitigation for space-based environments Perform thermal design and analysis tasks on complex mechanical hardware including precision mechanisms, electro-mechanical devices, aerospace mechanism design, complex electronics packaging, supporting space-based deployable mechanisms, avionics, innovative thermal and ground based systems Create and analyze design concepts using thermal analysis software & FEA Defines and establishes the technical approach to meet assigned objective Directs, coordinates and provides assistance to engineering team in order to meet assigned objectives Program support also includes requirements derivation and verification, system architecture development, loads derivation, trade studies, design sensitivity/optimization studies, preliminary and final design analysis, generation of analysis documentation (including presentation materials, and deliverable data packages), and leading system test activities Organization of thermal design and analysis as an IPT lead; frequently interfacing directly with customer technical leads and management.

Prepares reports, formal documentation and presentation materials summarizing analysis results and present results to both external and internal groups, including leadership and customers Participates in and present information for Preliminary Design reviews (PDR), Critical Design Reviews (CDR) and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIM) Interfaces with outside suppliers/customers and other engineering disciplines to drive designs to closure (Structural, Systems Engineering, Electrical, Manufacturing, Performance, Quality, Configuration Management) Presents design details at program reviews to customers and independent reviewers Development of thermal test plans to manufacture and test payload sensor systems Support new business opportunities Mentor junior level engineers Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering or science degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.

Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.

In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience 7 years of professional experience using thermal analysis tools such as Thermal Desktop (preferred), Sinda, Flotherm, Icepak, etc.

4 years of providing technical leadership to a multi-disciplinary mechanical engineering team through system requirements, design, analysis, test, hardware build, delivery and launch Professional experience with thermal analysis of mechanical and electronic systems, in space, air or ground environments Professional experience with thermal vacuum testing Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S.

TS/SCI Security Clearance Preferred Additional Skills: Experience with finite element analysis software Able to support design decisions with well documented engineering analyses and calculations Able to analyze problems and to focus and drive down to the root cause of problems quickly Experience in leading engineering teams from conceptual through detailed design phases Experience as a lead engineer, project engineer, or IPT lead is a plus.

Position Overview: The Design Quality Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of Paragonix's medical device products throughout the design and development lifecycle. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance, to drive excellence in design control processes.


Primary responsibilities/authority will include:



  • Design Control Compliance: Implement and maintain design control processes in accordance with applicable regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 13485, ISO 14971, FDA QSR, MDR) to ensure the development of safe and effective medical devices.
  • Risk Management: Lead and contribute to risk management activities throughout the design process, including the identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential risks. Work closely with the R&D team to integrate risk management into the design process.
  • Failure Analysis: Assist in Post-Market Surveillance (PMS) initiatives, including failure investigation, record review, and data trending.
  • Quality Planning: Develop and execute quality plans for new product development projects, outlining quality objectives, deliverables, and verification/validation activities.
  • Design Input and Output:

    • Review and approve design inputs to ensure they are clear, complete, and aligned with user needs and regulatory requirements.
    • Validate that design outputs meet the specified design input requirements.


  • Change Control: Manage design changes by assessing their impact on product quality, ensuring proper documentation, and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Verification and Validation:

    • Develop and execute protocols for design verification and validation strategies and acceptance criteria.
    • Collaborate with testing teams to ensure thorough testing of product designs.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the product development process.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of relevant regulations and standards and ensure that product designs comply with applicable requirements. Support regulatory submissions as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the design control system and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices.

Required Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a quality engineering role in the medical device industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of design control processes, risk management, and quality management systems (ISO 13485, ISO 14971, FDA QSR).
  • Strong technical skills related to product quality including VOE translation to Design Specs, Human Factors, CTQ Cascades, Design Characterization, Verification / Validation, Test Method Validation, Process Validation, Inspection Techniques and Statistics.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for medical devices (FDA, EU MDR, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • DFSS or DMAIC Black Belt Certified, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) certification is a plus.

Other Requirements:



  • Electrical and mechanical background strongly preferred.
  • Experience creating and analyzing charts in Minitab, JMP, or equivalent software a plus.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, ASQ and/or ISO process controls a plus.
  • Computer proficiency in MS office (specifically Excel).
  • Effective verbal and excellent technical writing skills.
  • Excels at generating and maintaining organized and accurate records.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
