The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated   Configuration Management Lead   with deep expertise in   ServiceNow   to drive the strategic and operational management of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role is critical in ensuring accurate, reliable, and actionable configuration data to support ITIL processes, improve service delivery, and enable informed decision-making across the organization. 

The Team

Our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) team oversees the daily management and ongoing maintenance of the CMDB. Their responsibilities include proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact the integrity of the CMDB, while also developing solutions to meet our dynamic business needs. By working closely with stakeholders and customers, the team ensures that users can leverage the full value of CMDB data to support organizational goals. Additionally, the team manages ServiceNow discovery processes and provides critical support for Security Operations (SecOps) practices within the organization.

The Impact:

You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of CMDB data and related processes, collaborating with stakeholders and clients to identify potential enhancements and optimizations. Additionally, you will lead a team committed to achieving operational excellence and ensuring high standards of data quality, serving as a reliable resource for the organizations and functions that depend on the CMDB.  

The Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • 8+ years of experience with ServiceNow and ITSM
  • 5+ years of hands-on technical experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Automated Top-Down Discovery , Service Mapping and ServiceGraph connectors. 

The Ideal Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a  Configuration Management Lead or similar role. 
  • Able to drive and support technical resources through complex solutions and problems 
  • Strong understanding of  ITIL framework , especially Configuration Management and Change Management. 
  • Excellent ServiceNow CMDB troubleshooting, and data analysis skills 
  • Experience with  data modeling, CI lifecycle management , and CMDB integrations. 
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. 
  • 5+ years of experience leading a Configuration Management Team 
  • Experience with  ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM modules (Event Management, Orchestration, etc.).

$88,000 and $109,800

The Senior Major Gifts Officer (Senior MGO) position is a full-time, exempt role that will have an opportunity to make a tremendous impact on a committed and dynamic fundraising team. Focusing on the thoughtful stewardship of established donors and the development of new donor relationships, the Senior MGO will manage a portfolio of approximately 150 prospects capable of making major gifts ($250K+).


This Officer will conduct personal visits and other meaningful interactions to identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, close, and steward annual and special gifts at the five and six-figure level. The Senior MGO is responsible for recommending strategies that ensure each constituent in their portfolio will be solicited annually in the most impactful and thoughtful way. Additionally, the Senior MGO will focus on expanding the major gifts pipeline and deepening new philanthropic relationships with those in a position to be most generous.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Secure at least $1,000,000 each year for Boston Ballet’s annual operating support and special projects through five and six-figure gifts.
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 major gift prospects, current supporters, and Board leaders.
  • Goal of 10 face-to-face donor visits per month, with an emphasis on cultivating new and upgraded support for Boston Ballet.
  • Support strategic prospect relationship building with senior staff and board leadership.
  • Participate in asks and strategy development for the Campaign for Boston Ballet’s Endowment, currently in a quiet phase.
  • Creatively and compellingly share the impact of donors’ generosity to inspire increased giving.
  • Partner with the Major Gifts team to cultivate a 300+ prospect pipeline, representing a range of engagement levels with Boston Ballet.
  • Identify new sources of support, assess giving potential, recommend target ask amounts, and develop personalized strategies to secure annual gifts toward a multi-year annual giving growth strategy.
  • Represent the Development team and engage prospects at the theater and events throughout the season with a warm and consistent presence.
  • Develop materials for prospect and donor meetings to advance to cultivation strategies, including decks, written proposals, and briefings as applicable for senior leadership involvement.
  • Act as a resource and mentor for junior members of the major gifts team and development team at large.
  • Stay informed about industry trends as well as Company-specific news and events to be used to steward and cultivate major gift donors and prospects.
  • Other duties as requested or assigned.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of development experience, including at least 4 years of direct solicitations with a proven record of closing gifts at the $25,000+ level.
  • Results-oriented and committed to shared goals with a high degree of initiative to motivate high-level donors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail necessary and an executive communication style.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective cultivation and solicitation strategies.
  • Proficiency and experience using a donor database.
  • Ability to take direction and be a team player, while also working independently and strategically with external constituents.
  • Ability to set priorities, balance demands of multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to handle confidential information ethically and responsibly.
  • Eagerness to represent the Development Office and Boston Ballet with warmth and competence.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends staffing Company performances and special events.
  • Must be passionate about advancing Boston Ballet, its programs, and dance as an art form.

Salary Pay Range: $95,000 to $110,000 per year. This range is a reasonable, good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position at this time, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs, and other considerations permitted by law. At Boston Ballet, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.

The Builder Coalition (TBC) is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and personable individual to serve as our Sector Innovation Manager -- advancing TBC’s national think tank and implementation platform focused on expanding access to capital, land, and education for underrepresented individuals in the real estate sector. Through strategy and execution, this role will promote innovation across institutions – via convenings, advisory services, and digital resources. This position entails collaboration and in-person events across the country.


Hours: Full-time

Responsibilities:  

  • Plan and execute national convenings for peer learning, collaboration, and concrete action – including working groups, virtual forums, and in-person summits (i.e., 2026 Atlanta Capital Investors Summit)

  • Facilitate the publishing of reports and case studies, highlighting best practices in the industry
  • Maintain strong records of network members and relationship activities in our CRM platform
  • Pursue and assist with fundraising efforts and other organizational work as needed


Requirements:

  • Strong organization, project management, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
  • Background in finance, real estate, policy, consulting, research, or systems-oriented nonprofit work
  • Comfort working with senior institutional leaders and technical experts
  • Comfort with data and digital tools, including experience using spreadsheets and database platforms to organize information and track projects

What you'll be working on:



  • Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
  • Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
  • Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
  • Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams 
  • Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures 
  • Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues
  • Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:



  • Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
  • Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
  • Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date 
  • State licensed in Massachusetts, obtained before your One Medical start date

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $252,000 to $267,800 per year. Total compensation packages may be based on factors unique to particular candidates, such skill sets, depth of experience, and work location.
