Nuclear Stress Tests.

Vascular Studies.

Requirements Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS.

Licensure: Must hold an active Pennsylvania license.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure an efficient patient flow; room patients in a timely manner, complete vital signs, complete required screenings and complete medication reviews
  • Inventory supplies and stock exam rooms
  • Respond to patient requests for telephonic support (Lab results, faxing records to specialists, etc.)
  • In accordance with state regulations, MAs may administer vaccinations, perform point of care tests including but not limited to: A1C, spirometry, EKGs, blood draws for lab testing, etc.
  • Import required documents into EMR via scanning or PDF upload.  
  • Participate in care team meetings to discuss patient care and clinic operations
  • Process orders for durable medical equipment
  • Request medical records from external providers as required by the provider
  • As required, conduct routine quality control checks including infection control measures, equipment, and checks for expired medication and supplies and/or assist in maintaining center lab
  • Other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for
 

Required Qualifications:

  • State or national certification (as required by state), or graduation from an accredited medical assistant course
  • 1 year experience as a medical assistant
  • CPR or BLS Certification
  • Electronic Medical Record experience
  • Computer skills:  Ability to quickly navigate and use multiple computer programs to include, but not limited to: Gmail, MS Word or Google Docs, Excel or Google Sheets, etc. 
  • Proficiency in non-English languages as required by the center's demographics.
  • US work authorization

Strongly Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years in a Medical Assistant role
  • Successful mastery of  the workflow in their previous MA position
  • An appetite for expanded responsibilities, greater clinical experience, and a chance to truly make an impact in their patients’ lives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years of experience working with geriatric patients
  • Phlebotomy Technician Certification

  • Review, draft, and negotiate commercial, government, and international customer and vendor agreements, NDAs, amendments, and related documentation
  • Partner with sales, project management, finance, and executive leadership during proposal and bid stages to assess risk and structure agreements
  • Develop negotiation strategies for high-value agreements, balancing business objectives with risk mitigation
  • Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and other applicable government regulations
  • Serve as liaison to outside counsel for complex contractual and legal matters
  • Develop and maintain standardized contract templates, internal processes, and best practice guidance
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external clients to ensure clarity, enforceability, and alignment with business objectives
  • Manage and negotiate international government agreements, including FMS and FMF programs
  • Prioritize and manage multiple contractual initiatives across business units to support timely proposals, contract execution, and project delivery
  • Proactively identify and resolve complex contractual issues using independent judgment and experience
  • Lead and manage the contracts team, including mentoring, workflow management, and performance development


Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading contracts and proposals, including customer agreements, vendor agreements, NDAs, amendments, and related documentation
  • Experience with government and international contracting, including FMS and FMF programs
  • Proven experience negotiating complex commercial and government agreements, ideally in aerospace, defense, or capital equipment industries
  • Hands-on knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations
  • Comfortable managing and mentoring a small contracts team
  • Strong strategic thinking, risk assessment, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to advise executive leadership on complex contractual and risk issues
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, law, or a related field

We are currently looking for a Quality Inspector to join our dynamic, fast-paced, and growing team. The Inspector is responsible for performing non-destructive testing (NDT) to ensure the integrity and quality of materials and components. This role involves utilizing various NDT methods to detect and evaluate defects or irregularities without damaging the test subjects. The Inspector will work closely with engineering, production, and quality control teams to uphold high standards of quality and safety.


We are seeking candidates who are flexible and open to working either 1st or 2nd shift, depending on team and production needs. Shift assignments will be determined in partnership with the selected candidate and business requirements.


What You Will Be Doing


Non-Destructive Testing:



  • Primarily perform Visual Testing (VT) to assess materials and components for surface defects, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Support additional NDT methods such as magnetic particle testing (MT) and liquid penetrant testing (PT) when required.
  • Prepare test specimens and equipment, following established procedures and safety protocols.

Inspection and Evaluation:



  • Conduct thorough inspections of materials and components to identify defects, irregularities, and compliance with specifications.
  • Analyze and interpret test results to determine the presence, location, and severity of defects or inconsistencies.

Compliance and Standards:



  • Ensure that all NDT activities comply with relevant industry codes, standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO, ASME), and company procedures.
  • Stay current with updates and advancements in NDT methods, standards, and best practices.

Documentation and Reporting:



  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of NDT activities, including inspection reports, test results, and defect logs.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive inspection reports, highlighting key findings, non-conformities, and recommendations for corrective actions.

Equipment Maintenance:



  • Maintain NDT equipment and tools to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on NDT equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Safety and Compliance:



  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing NDT inspections.
  • Ensure that all NDT activities are carried out in a safe and compliant manner, following company safety policies and industry regulations.

Your Background



  • US Citizenship required.
  • Excellent visual inspection skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze test results accurately.
  • Proficiency in using NDT tools and equipment (primarily VT, with exposure to MPT/LPT).
  • Knowledge of welding codes and standards (e.g., AWS, ASME).
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in using measurement and testing equipment.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Personnel Security Clearance.
  • Must be able to work independently and irregular hours, as required.
  • Ability to solve challenges independently in compliance with written and verbal guidance.
  • Competent in using various software tools including Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or an associates degree in NDT technology, materials science, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certification: Certification in one or more NDT methods (e.g., Level I, II, or III from ASNT, or equivalent) is preferred but required.
