Conducting investigative inquiries using various techniques, examining files and records, physical and documentary evidence to identify logical conclusions.
Utilizing cameras and other electronic high-tech surveillance equipment to gather evidence, collect, evaluate, and then preserve that physical and documentary evidence.
Highly skilled in writing comprehensive arrest, criminal and incident reports.
Assisting government or state attorneys in preparation for court cases or grand juries, testifies as a law enforcement officer in court proceedings, and administrative forums.
Considerable experience applying arrest authorities and constitutional law in various alleged criminal situations, or knowledge and experience of CBP laws, regulations, policies, legal precedent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and develop accurate, competitive CNC RFQs and production quotes for complex machined components and assemblies.

You will oversee the development, implementation, and execution of the national account (NA) sales strategy in North America primarily focusing on the franchise painter segment, national account brands, and the architect and design (A&D) segment. Geographical coverage will include, but is not limited to, key franchisee painters, National Accounts, and A&D firms. This role covers the Central market, and the ideal candidate will be based within 30 miles of Carol Stream, Illinois.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, pursue and maintain corporate National Accounts
- Directly engage with Franchisors, Franchisee Painters, and the A&D community on a one-on-one or group level to monitor the overall effectiveness in meeting their business needs and develop respectful business relationships that promote long-term brand loyalty and drive sales
- Strategize short & long-term goals for developing the Franchise Painter customer segment throughout North America. Strategies include evaluating opportunities, ways to increase customer experience, growing our business with existing customers, and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, field sales, and retailers to identify new account opportunities that will result in sales growth.
- Foster relationships within the A&D community to grow the BM brand with a strong focus on firms that work with National Account opportunities.
- Drive engagement with Benjamin Moore HQ resources, retailers, field sales team, and key customer companies to monitor trends and competitive activity. This will direct the development and innovation of effective new programs and optimize existing ones to drive incremental business from NA customer segments.
- Work closely with the Sales Operations team members to support our customers
- Leverage technology and promote with end users
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility, grow our network and uncover new opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of recent B2B sales experience managing National Accounts in architectural coatings or adjacent trades (e.g., flooring, window treatments, building materials), with a proven ability to leverage existing client relationships.
- Demonstrated expertise in the National Account landscape, including client portfolios and market dynamics, with the ability to translate existing relationships into growth opportunities for a premium brand.
- Strong listening, sales, motivation, and leadership skills supporting the development, integration, and execution of National Account opportunities
- Ability to develop valued relationships remotely and in person
- Experience with complex sales cycles
- Effective skillset in the following areas: communication, problem-solving, negotiating skills, time management, training/presentations/public speaking & decision making
- Skilled business plan development, strategy & execution expertise
- Ability to travel overnight as needed,up to 50% of the time during high peak season
- Hands-on experience with CRM and account management systems
- Must reside in the desired geography or be willing to relocate

Warehouse material handlers' essential duties are to perform various tasks in the warehouse, such as but not limited to:
Inbound: Unload trucks, trailers, and freight containers; count products; and compare products to the manifest to check all shipments for damage, infestation, or production code dates. Material handlers must report shortages, damages, and misshipments on the appropriate forms. They must also be able to sign for inbound shipments when necessary. All inbound shipments are moved safely to storage locations to be efficiently stacked as store merchandise.
Order Picking: Ensure that the correct product number, quantity, and type (lot, batch, serial number) are picked. Transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms using material handling equipment, such as forklifts, cherry pickers, or pallet jacks. Materials handlers must be able to label, stencil, tag, mark orders, band, bundle, wrap, overpack, and palletize as required.
Outbound: Compare quantity, labeling, and address with the order to ensure outgoing shipments are complete and correct. Assign signatures to outbound shipments as needed. Efficiently move products, cartons, and pallets into trailers, rail cars, or containers.
Equipment: Maintain equipment in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion. Operate equipment safely and efficiently. Comply with company standards and OSHA requirements.
Inventory: Keep accurate records and reports. Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts. Ensure proper stock rotation. May key inventory adjustments in the computer.
Other Duties: Repack or re-box cases per customer instructions. Repair and consolidate damaged goods as required. Operate a shrink-wrap machine. Charge the forklift battery as needed; stack and separate good from bad pallets when necessary; clean railcars, trailers, truck docks, and bays as requested.
Performs other duties as assigned.
