Job Summary The Global Oncology Medical Affairs (GOMA) Director, Program Management & Operational Excellence provides strategic planning and operational management oversight of GOMA projects, activities, and budgets.
The Director, Program Management & Operational Excellence is responsible for supporting the Head, Program Management & Operational Excellence, the assigned Global Medical Affairs Team (GMAT) or Functional Lead, and the Franchise or Function Head to deliver GOMA projects and activities successfully and in a timely manner while working in a fast-moving, matrixed organization.

Have a strong understanding of activities, associated budget, and key contributing factors in order to anticipate potential risks and establish plan to mitigate, as appropriate.
Lead and facilitate regular internal GOMA & cross-functional/cross-regional team meetings; ensure agendas and team priorities are clear, meetings minutes are distributed, action items are completed.
Lead the budget planning and tracking process for GMAT/Function team; work with GMAT/Function Leads to provide consolidated budget/LE updates (across all activities and regions) in a timely manner with appropriate rationale.
Support GMAT/Function lead with annual Business Planning process & associated documents, including proactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders to manage plan development.
Proactively follow-up on action items and requests of GMAT/Franchise Lead.
Support GMAT/Function/Franchise Head in prioritization and planning of resources and develop rationale for annual resource planning.
Lead issue resolution meetings.
Lead risk identification, prioritization, and mitigation planning processes across the Franchise.
Manage the agendas for GMAT/Function meetings, the conduct of the GMAT/Function meetings, and the drafting of GMAT/Function meeting minutes.
Ensure full documentation of meeting discussions, decisions and action items.
Track & ensure completion of agreed action items.
Ensure appropriate archiving of project documentation.
Develop a monthly report that provides an overview of progress on all key activities, potential risks and mitigation actions.
Generate and maintain strategic integrated GOMA Franchise project plans, project timelines, high quality risk management plans, and communication plans, as needed.
Responsibilities Continued Operational Excellence Support Collaborate with Executive Director, Strategy & Operational Excellence to further strengthen operational excellence from a GOMA-wide organization perspective.
Disseminate key leadership communications throughout GMAT/Functional teams and lead issue escalation efforts when required.
Identify gaps in Global Oncology Medical Affairs processes and functional procedures that (potentially) impact program delivery and escalate appropriately to Executive Director, Strategy & Operational Excellence.
Collaborate with Executive Director, Strategy & Operational Excellence and GMAT/Functional Leads for formal presentations/communications to GOMA Head and GOMA Leadership Team.
Support Executive Director, Strategy & Operational Excellence with updates to GOMA leadership, as needed.
Integrate operational excellence best practices into regular team meetings and communications to enhance overall capabilities.

Position Description
The Senior Analyst, Sales Operations, is a key member of Aucta’s Commercial Operations team and plays a critical role in enabling sales effectiveness, operational execution, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
This role serves as the primary point of contact and vendor manager for core Sales Operations platforms, including Veeva CRM, MMIT, and Power BI, and is responsible for managing core quarterly commercial processes such as Incentive Compensation updates, targeting changes, sales force size and structure adjustments, and system governance.
In addition, this position leads the development and maintenance of training materials and delivers training for both field and inside sales and home office teams across Commercial Operations tools and platforms.

Primary Responsibilities:
Sales Operations & Vendor Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact and internal owner for Sales Operations tools and vendors, including Veeva CRM, MMIT, Power BI, and related commercial analytics platforms.

Required Qualifications

What You Will Do
The Payroll Lead will oversee all aspects of the company's payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing, compliance with federal/state/local wage & hour and tax regulations, and continuous improvement of payroll systems and processes. 5+ years of progressive payroll experience (including multi?state, international payroll) with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

Hackensack Meridian Health Carrier Clinic’s East Mountain Youth Lodge provides a continuum of out of home residential treatment services for adolescents between the ages of 13-18. We provide 24 hour clinical, therapeutic treatment for emotional, behavioral, psychiatric and substance abuse difficulties based on the resident strengths and needs.
Responsibilties:
1. Directly supervises and knows the whereabouts of every resident they are assigned. 2. Supervises, observes, and participates with residents in the carrying out of the daily routine (i.e. chores). Consistently implements all program procedures (i.e. point systems, level systems).
3. Runs activity, support and recreation groups with guidance from clinical staff. Organizes, supervises and conducts planned activities for groups and individuals. Provides assistance to residents in the planning of appropriate recreational activities.
4. Serves as a primary counselor for an assigned number of residents.
5. Assists residents in learning home management skills (cooking, cleaning, etc). Teaches residents about the importance of cleanliness, good nutrition, meal planning, prudent buying, etc., while guiding them in learning skill mastery.
6. Corrects client behavior by administering reasonable and fair disciplinary measures when necessary. Ensures each resident is informed of the rules and regulations of the program.
7. Provides crisis intervention to residents as needed. Assists in escorts and personal restraints of agitated residents. Attentive to building security and performs such checks as designed by the program.
8. Conducts resident room checks and room searches as designed by the program.
9. Carries a beeper for one week in rotation. Is on-call and ready to respond to staff shortages by calling and locating a replacement and/or filling the shift him/herself.
10. Inspects and handles belongings and valuables of residents to ensure that prohibited material is not brought into the Lodge at admission, upon return from pass, or as clinically indicated, under the direction of a Shift Leader.
11. Assists residents with daily living activities (i.e.; waking up, hygiene, cleaning room, participating in structure, behaving appropriately on activity).
12. Provides input to administration members regarding unit-based PI measures based on concerns, high risk, high volume issues.
13. Ensures that paperwork is completed accurately and within procedural time limits. 14. Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
15. Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Co-Occurring (Wolf), RTC (Eagle, Butterfly) Will have one of the following qualifications: (1) High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs with one year of experience working with youth in a group setting. (2) An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a field that is unrelated to social work or psychology with six months of experience working with youth in a group setting. (3) An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- PCH (Lotus, Sunflower) Bachelor's Degree or High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs, with three or more years of experience providing direct care to youth in a behavioral health agency or institutional setting
- IRTS Level of Care (Swan) Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, with one year of experience providing direct care to youth in a behavioral health agency or institutional setting.
- Complete Shift Leader and Medication Administration training.
- Maintains standards of confidentiality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

IBM i Application Development
- Design, develop, and maintain IBM i applications using RPGLE / Free RPG, SQLRPGLE, embedded SQL, CLLE, and DDS (DSPF/PRTF).
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including program changes, database updates, and test plans.
- Build reliable batch and interactive processes, including validations, exception handling, and operational logging.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards and documentation practices.
Supply Chain & Distribution Support
- Support and enhance workflows related to orders, purchasing/receiving, inventory, pricing, allocations, invoicing, shipping, and warehouse/logistics operations.
- Work directly with operations and business users to troubleshoot issues, reduce manual effort, and improve system accuracy and efficiency.
