About the Role:
Our team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our growing commercial construction team in Waukesha, WI. - Provide Personal Care Services as outlined in the residents Individual Service Plan (ISP). - Plan and participate in community and in-facility activities. An activity calendar will be posted in the facility at all times.

- Attend all scheduled shifts and staff meetings. You will be expected to follow Abilities, Inc. Attendance policy (704) and take responsibility for your shifts.

We are looking for an experienced mechanic to repair and inspect company equipment in a cost effective, safe, and timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic, routine, and preventative maintenance bus repairs.

- Removal, installation, disassembly, and reconditioning of components of diesel engines.
- Interprets diagnostic test results accurately.

Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Be able to work in all types of weather conditions, including outdoors.
- Class A mechanic -Minimum 5 years’ Commercial experience.

- Class B mechanic- Minimum 1-year commercial experience.

- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical and criminal background check.
- Familiarity with safety management.
- Possess your own set of tools to perform maintenance tasks.
- Must have a valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), or the ability to obtain one.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Machine Operation and Maintenance: Operate and monitor machinery to detect and report malfunctions.
Perform machine setup, cleanup, and minor maintenance; adjust machine parameters as needed.
Operate all production floor equipment per company policies.
Perform equipment setup, startup, shutdown, changeovers, and cleaning.
Document machine attributes and parameters; respond to machinery breakdowns.
Work with maintenance/engineering to ensure equipment functionality; participate in root cause analysis.
Team Coordination and Training: Assist in organizing staff and workload; direct team workflow to meet quality standards.
Lead, coach, and train operators; ensure proper transfer of technical information.
Quality Control: Prepare and inspect products for quality and accuracy.
Optimize throughput while maintaining GMP standards.
Safety and Cleanliness: Follow safety protocols and help identify and correct hazards.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Perform regular cleaning of equipment and production areas.

Operate automated boxing lines and handle materials.
