We are seeking a like-minded Senior Water Resources Planner/Engineer to join our ranks to work on client projects. This position requires experience in:
- Strategic Water Resource Management and Planning – Synthesizing hydrology, engineering, law, and policy to develop comprehensive water management strategic plans that emphasize operational flexibility and system-wide diversity.
- Urban Water Management Plans and Water Master Plans – Preparing documents compliant with the statutory requirements and intent of the UWMP Act as well as Water Master Plans that integrate water demands, water supplies, and system operations.
- Water Supply Assessments – Preparing and supporting all aspects necessary to satisfy sufficiency and/or impact analyses associated with CEQA compliance for General Plans, Specific Plans and other associated land use actions.
- Integrated Program Management – Coordinating and facilitating objectives, tasks, and timelines for complex water management and planning efforts involving multi-discipline, multi-agency participants and stakeholders.
- Water Rights, Contracts, and Regulations – Investigating water rights and contracts and ascertaining their meaning. Researching regulations and policies as they pertain to the flexibility or limitations of specific water supply sources. Reporting water rights to the State as required by law.
- Complex Issue Negotiation – Assisting with issue mediation, interest-based negotiations and settlement preparation associated with water resource management strategies.

Description: The Compliance & Risk Consultant supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of the framework for compliance and/or risk management.
The primary function will be identifying key controls and performing design and effectiveness testing of those controls.

- Collaborate with Supervisor, Clinical Outcomes for territory audits on clinical efficiency and related metrics implementing corrective actions if necessary

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records for all clients. This includes obtaining appropriate consent (i.e., consent to evaluate, consent to release confidential information) for all clients.
- Complete supervision documentation in accordance with BACB standards for RBT’s, BCaBA’s and team members accruing experience towards BCBA certification—this includes tracking and monitoring of all RBT supervision hours for assigned cohort (assign as the RBT Requirements Coordinator within the BACB portal).
- Ongoing communication to alleviate any high-level issues with the families, funding sources, and staff.
- Represent company effectively at industry events, with funding sources and families.
- Follow-up and support team members with completion of clinical documentation (e.g., session notes, appointment conversions, etc.).
- Ensure enforcement of ICT policies and those of funding source, industry, state, and federal regulations within the territory.
- In collaboration with client services, support planning and scheduling for the territory by monitoring and identifying opportunities to improve BI utilization, BI desired hours, client accepted hours, client availability, and client acceptance of clinical recommendation(s), and monitoring, tracking, and reducing client and team member cancellations.

- Work with the leadership team to drive improvements in key performance metrics (both clinical and operational) and annual budget results in the territory.
