Brooklyn Bedding is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our growing Creative and Brand team. This cross-functional role will work with Marketing, Brand, Operations, Digital, Product, Engineering, Retail Management, and Wholesale teams. The designer will contribute to a wide range of creative projects, including email campaigns, web and UI/UX design, landing pages, packaging, in-box materials, print collateral, physical product needs, and various marketing assets. 

  

This role will support Brooklyn Bedding as well as our portfolio of many other niche market brands, including Plank, Titan, RV Mattress, Dreamfoam Bedding, and Mattress Topper. 

 

  

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sr. Graphic Designers to execute new campaigns and promotional creative across multiple brand websites, email marketing, digital ads, social media, and other channels 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, HR, Retail, and Wholesale teams to develop creative solutions for a wide range of print and digital assets that meet business objectives 
  • Learn and apply brand guidelines for multiple brands, helping maintain and evolve each brand’s visual identity 
  • Participate in creative brainstorms, give and receive constructive feedback, and contribute to continuous process improvement within the creative team 
  • Maintain well-organized creative files and asset structures across multiple platforms 
  • Stay updated with new design trends and technologies, implementing innovative ideas to enhance design quality and user experience 
  • Contribute a positive, collaborative, and creative mindset to the team  


Requirements:

  • BFA/BA/BS in graphic design 
  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience 
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range, conceptual thinking, and execution 
  • Proficiency  in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) 
  • Understanding of file preparation and exporting for both print and digital files 
  • Working knowledge of web and email design structure and best practices 
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously

Sella Homes is a growing, family run homebuilding company focused on building high quality spec homes with a strong design point of view. As we grow, we are developing a proprietary library of pre approved home plans that allows us to build efficiently while maintaining consistency and quality.

We are building long-term in house capabilities rather than relying on outside firms. This role is a key part of that effort.


The Role

We are looking for a hands on architectural professional who can personally produce construction documents, obtain standard/master plan approvals, and support construction in the field.

This is not a corporate management role and not a design only role. It is a practical, execution-focused position for someone who understands production homebuilding and can take ownership from concept through approval and construction support.

You will work directly with ownership and the construction team to ensure plans are accurate, buildable, and approved quickly across Phoenix area jurisdictions.


REQUIRED — Phoenix Master Plan Experience

Applicants must have direct experience obtaining standard/master plan approvals within the Phoenix metropolitan area and working with local municipalities (Phoenix, Scottsdale, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

Construction Documents & Plan Production

  • Produce full architectural construction documents (permit ready CD sets)

Role Description


The Senior / Lead Building Engineer will be the on-site technical lead responsible for all building systems and day-to-day engineering operations at several assets in our management portfolio. REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience and HS diploma/equivalent education required.

  4. Demonstrated hands-on experience with modern data platforms (Databricks preferred).

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
