Job Summary:

Seeking an Operations Manager to lead end-to-end execution of wire harness design & manufacturing programs (similar to heavy equipment/OEM projects), ensuring seamless coordination between engineering, production, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operations for wire harness design-to-production programs
• Coordinate with design engineering teams on routing, BOMs, and release activities
• Oversee prototype builds, validation, and production launch
• Drive production planning, quality, and on-time delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Suppliers)

Supporting the Caterpillar Dealer Power Rental network nationwide, this role is responsible for developing trusted relationships and delivering value-added solutions that enhance performance, extend equipment life, and meet evolving customer needs. • Develop and grow sales of power rental refurbishment packages, custom generator solutions, and controls upgrade offerings across the Caterpillar Power Rental network nationwide.

• Conduct site visits, fleet evaluations, and technical discovery to identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, repackaging, or performance enhancements.

• Proven ability to build relationships and close consultative sales in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
