THE ROLE

You will help healthcare providers in structuring, purchasing, scaling, or selling their practices. Extensive drafting and negotiation experience is required, as you will be responsible for various agreements including, but not limited to: Asset/Stock/Goodwill Purchase Agreements, Employment/Contractor Agreements, Equity Agreements, Commercial Leases, Management Services Agreements and other ancillary documents pertinent to the M&A process. Competitive Compensation: DOE, aligned to senior-level CNC/CAM expertise 401(k) with Company Match Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Paid Company Holidays & PTO Tuition Reimbursement & Ongoing Training (including ESPRIT) Highly Technical Work: Precision & ultra-precision aerospace machining Direct Impact: Bridge engineering and manufacturing in a high-visibility role 100% Onsite: East Hartford, CT manufacturing facility Job Details Key Responsibilities & Duties Develop advanced CNC programs using ESPRIT CAM to optimize precision aerospace manufacturing Generate and optimize G-code for multi-axis lathes and vertical machining centers Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to define tooling, workholding, metrology, and deburring processes Document approved manufacturing methods within ESPRIT tooling and datasheet libraries Leverage parametric programming, macros, and CAM automation across part families Perform hands-on machine setup and support first-run production during process development Optimize toolpaths, material removal rates, surface finishes, and production yields Train production personnel to ensure repeatability and smooth production transitions Manage CNC programs and setup data within PDM and DNC systems Act as a technical SME supporting lean initiatives, cycle time reduction, and quality improvements Research emerging manufacturing technologies and recommend productivity investments Qualifications — Needed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred (or equivalent progressive hands-on experience) Minimum 5+ years of advanced manufacturing experience in precision or ultra-precision environments Expert-level knowledge of Fanuc controls Proven CNC programming experience with CAM software ESPRIT CAM experience preferred (Mastercam, PartMaker, SolidCAM acceptable; training provided) Strong background in tooling systems, workholding, and CNC machine setup Experience with advanced techniques such as on-machine probing and tool setters Familiarity with manufacturing enterprise systems; Epicor ERP experience a plus Ability to bridge engineering intent and shop-floor execution Interested in hearing more?
