Awards and Rankings Specialist

The Awards & Rankings Specialist leads the firm's strategy for awards, surveys, and league table submissions (including Chambers and Legal 500), ensuring all recognition initiatives align with the firm's strategic goals and brand visibility.

This role partners with attorneys, Marketing and Business Development, and PR teams to draft, review, and submit award entries, manage timelines, coordinate researcher interviews, and maintain comprehensive tracking systems for directories, surveys, and league tables. The position also develops templates, best practices, and reference materials, researches new recognition opportunities, and updates profiles and submissions.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: As a Senior Project Engineer
- PM, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of complex engineering projects.

Your responsibilities will include: 1.

Leading the design and development of land development, drainage, site, roadway, and water systems.

2.

Conducting detailed civil design and analysis to ensure the success of our projects.

3.

Managing and coordinating with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.

4.

Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs, address their concerns, and keep them informed of project progress.

5.

Ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and standards.

6.

Mentoring and guiding junior engineers and team members.

7.

Identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies.

8.

Continually updating knowledge and staying abreast of latest industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications: The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: 1.

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

A Master's degree will be an added advantage.

2.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on wastewater systems, drainage, site, and water systems.

3.

Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.

4.

Proven experience in civil design and project management.

5.

Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

6.

Strong problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

7.

Proficiency in using engineering software and tools, such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, OpenRoads, etc.
