The salary range for this position is $130,000 – $160,000 annually, which is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined at the time of offer and in accordance with internal equity and market data.

OMEs rotate through the organization to learn the business at an atomic level, then take full ownership of a corporate function or customer initiative.
OMEs are expected to architect, automate, and execute — working directly with the CEO/Founder and CFO, solving ambiguous problems with 10x speed, grit, imagination, and radical ownership. Successful OMEs work themselves out of their current job by building systems that scale without them, and they graduate into escalating levels of responsibility/roles in the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
This program is intentionally challenging and will stretch OMEs beyond their current capabilities — by design — and will prepare OMEs for three paths:
- Leadership
- Becoming an entrepreneur and building their own startup
- Becoming a highly differentiated operator/leader in the broader industry
Orientation - For initial orientation/training, individuals in this program will be placed in various front-line roles throughout the company to develop their understanding of our business from various perspectives

- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data from both internal and external sources to create actionable insights reports, dashboards, and recommendations.
- Product Strategy and Integration:
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize feedback-driven features and bug fixes for WiFi 7 routers, ensuring alignment with technical standards (e.g., 802.11be) and market demands.
- Influence the roadmap for internal employee programs by translating feedback into iterative improvements, such as enhancing user interfaces, integration with existing systems, or adding new functionalities.
- Work with marketing and customer success teams to respond to social media feedback, turning negative experiences into product wins and amplifying positive user stories.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Lead feedback review meetings with stakeholders, presenting data-backed proposals to senior leadership.
- Develop metrics for success, such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), sentiment analysis scores, and resolution rates for identified issues.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in WiFi technology, user experience design, and feedback management tools to innovate collection methods.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Product Management, Partner/Program Management, or Technical Account Management; telecom/broadband/Wi‐Fi domain experience strongly preferred.
- Hands‐on experience designing and running customer feedback loops and opening investigations based on trending data.
- Strong understanding of Wi‐Fi technologies (802.11ac/ax/be), DFS behavior, mesh systems, client steering/roaming, and device interoperability.
- Proven experience driving cross‐functional programs with Engineering, QA, Operations, Legal, and Marketing.
- Data‐driven: able to define KPIs, interpret telemetry, and build actionable insights (e.g., Tableau/Looker).
- Tools: Jira/Confluence, release management systems, device telemetry platforms; familiarity with Plume/OpenSync, CUJO DI, and prior experience working with vendors a plus.

We are seeking a high-impact Senior Manager, Global Product Line Management to steer the next chapter of growth within the Engine Hose market segment. This position will lead and own the global strategy for engine hose product lines including defining roadmaps, setting priorities, and leading initiatives that drive profitable growth for the organization long-term.
Compensation: $175,000 - $195,000 base salary + 15% bonus.
