Position Overview
The Viewpoint Vista System Administrator will serve as the primary owner of the Vista ERP environment across Taurus Industrial Group. This role partners closely with Finance, HR, Operations, and Project Management to improve workflows, ensure data integrity, and enhance the effectiveness of our business systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting a fast-paced, multi-entity industrial services organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administration of the Viewpoint Vista ERP system, including user setup, permissions, and module configurations.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate solutions with internal teams and Viewpoint support.
- Support and optimize modules such as Job Cost, AP, AR, GL, Payroll, HRIS, Equipment, Inventory, and Project Management.
- Lead testing and rollout of system updates, patches, and enhancements with minimal operational disruption.
- Develop, audit, and maintain data standards to ensure quality and accuracy across all business units.
- Build, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards using SQL, Crystal Reports, and Viewpoint tools.
- Partner with Finance and Operations leadership to streamline workflows and improve process efficiency.
- Provide training, guidance, and Tier 1–3 support to Vista users across the company.
- Document procedures, workflows, system configurations, and best practices.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience administering Viewpoint Vista in an industrial, construction, or services environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Crystal Reports, SSRS, or similar reporting tools.
- Experience supporting multi-entity organizations and field-based operations.
- Understanding of accounting, payroll, and job cost workflows.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Taurus Industrial Group is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to lead the management of our company vehicle and equipment fleet across multiple locations. This role is responsible for fleet safety, DOT compliance, cost control, and operational readiness while leveraging Enterprise fleet management system to drive data-informed decisions.
The Fleet Manager will partner closely with Operations, Safety, HR, and Finance to ensure our fleet supports field execution safely, efficiently, and in full regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Fleet Operations
•
Manage the full lifecycle of company-owned and leased vehicles and equipment across multiple locations.
•
Standardize fleet specifications, policies, and procedures to support operational consistency.
•
Ensure fleet availability aligns with project and field needs.
DOT & Regulatory Compliance
•
Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and applicable state regulations.
•
Manage driver qualification files (DQFs), MVR monitoring, medical cards, and licensing.
•
Oversee ELD usage, HOS compliance, inspections, and audit readiness.
•
Lead DOT audits and implement corrective actions when required.
Enterprise Fleet Management System
•
Administer and optimize Enterprise fleet management, telematics, maintenance, and fuel systems.

Education & Experience
•
Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.

5+ years of fleet management experience in an industrial, construction, energy, or services environment.

Direct experience managing DOT-regulated fleets.
•
Hands-on experience with enterprise fleet management and telematics platforms.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Uses critical thinking and clinical judgement skills in directing patients to the most appropriate level of care and unit assignment while ensuring accurate and complete communication with all areas across the system.
Organizes placement process to meet patient load influx and minimizes bed assignment delays.
Acts as a clinical resource to non clinical team members within the Patient Flow Center.
Utilizes clinical knowledge of current census information and potential inpatient bed needs to project accurate and appropriate placement of incoming patients.
Conducts admission reviews related to level of care changes, to assure patient is placed in the appropriate bed based on physician order and level of care required.
Applies professional nursing skills in applying the four aspects of the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation) when indicated to evaluate needs of incoming patient based on level of care, availability of beds, physician order, and unit capability.
Uses critical thinking skills and knowledge of disease processes to intervene and/or guide non clinical personnel when there is a known or unknown confounding factor which would negatively impact the patient and/or patient flow.
Manages all patient placement and progression functions in a responsive manner responding to all callers with the aid of the electronic health record, approved clinical protocols, and established patient care protocols and healthcare information.
Works with all Memorial Hermann hospital teams and key stakeholders on facilitating efficient, timely placement of patients across the system.
Facilitate the coordination of patient placement with physicians, staff RNs, and other departments while meeting state and federal regulations (COBRA/EMTALA); plan of care to optimize patient outcomes and decrease length of stay in an unbiased, standardized manner
Uses available tracking systems to maintain ongoing surveillance of available staffed beds. Monitors progress with bed assignments and arrivals of patients to assigned units; monitors for timeliness of transfers and discharges.
Incorporates knowledge of hospital and unit admission criteria, unit specialties, limitations, and patient need when determining proper patient placement.
Conducts or participates in daily bed meetings where appropriate.
Alerts department leadership of delays with patient flow for individual patients and departments experiencing delays.
Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.
Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education and skills competency; supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor and resource to less experienced staff.

The Opportunity
As a dedicated Property Adjuster Specialist , you will work within established guidelines and framework to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex property insurance claims presented by or against our members. You will confirm and analyzes coverage, recognize liability exposure and negotiate equitable settlements in compliance with all state regulatory requirements.
Property Adjuster Specialist focus on using technology and desk adjusting for a virtual first approach to inspections and claims handling. USAA also provides a company vehicle to physically inspect losses within your locally assigned territory. Field Adjusters may travel outside of their local territory to respond to claims in other regions when needed. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with paid overtime available.
This is a field-based role for Irvine, CA. Candidates currently living in this location or willing to self-relocate are encouraged to apply.
What you'll do:
- Proactively manages assigned claims caseload comprised of complex damages that require commensurate knowledge and understanding of claims coverage including potential legal liability.
- Partners with vendors and internal business partners to facilitate complex claims resolution. May also involve external regulatory coordination to ensure appropriate documentation and compliance.
- Investigates claim damages by conducting research from various sources, including the insured, third parties, and external resources. May identify and resolve potential discrepancies and identifies subrogation potential resulting from unusual characteristics.
- Identifies coverage concerns, reviews prior loss history, determines and creates Special Investigation Unit (SIU) referrals, when appropriate. Determines coverage through analyzing information involving complex policy terms and contingencies.
- Determines and negotiates complex claims settlement within authority limits. Develops recommendations and collaborates with management for determining settlement amounts outside of authority limits and accurately manages claims outcomes.
- Maintains accurate, thorough, and current claim file documentation throughout the claims process.
- Advance knowledge of estimating technology platforms and virtual inspection tools. Utilizes platforms and tools to prepare claims estimates to manage complex property insurance claims.
- Supports workload surges and catastrophe (CAT) response operations as needed, including mandatory on-call dates and potential evening, weekend, and/or holiday work outside normal work hours.
- May be assigned CAT deployment travel with minimal notice during designated CATs.
- Works various types of claims, including ones of higher complexity, and may be assigned additional work outside normal duties as needed.
- Works independently solving complex problems with minimal guidance; acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Adjusts complex claims with attorney involvement.
- Recognizes and addresses jurisdictional challenges such as applicable legislation and construction considerations.
- May require travel to resolve claims, attend training, and conduct in-person inspections.
- Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
What you have:
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required.
- 2 years of relevant property claims adjusting experience of moderate complexity losses that includes writing estimates, involving dwelling and structural damages.
- Advanced knowledge of estimating losses using Xactimate or similar tools and platforms.
- Proficient knowledge of residential construction.
- Proficient knowledge of property claims contracts and interpretation of case law and state laws and regulations.
- Proficient negotiation, investigation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven investigatory, analytical, prioritizing, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the year (local & non-local) and/or work catastrophe duty when needed.
- Acquisition and maintenance of insurance adjuster license within 90 days and 3 attempts.
What sets you apart:
- US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner
- 5 years of prior field experience handling higher severity/complex losses (i.e. vandalism, malicious mischief, foreclosures, earth movement, collapse, liability, etc.)
- Prior experience adjusting property claims using virtual technologies
- Prior property field adjuster experience handling DWG, APS and ALE adjustments
- Industry designations such as AINS, CPCU, AIC, SCLA (or actively pursuing)
- Xactimate Level 1 and/or Level 2 certification
- Prior deployments in support of catastrophes
- Currently hold an active Adjuster License
- Currently reside within or have the ability to self-relocate to Irvine, CA
Physical Demand Requirements:
- May require the ability to crouch and stoop to inspect confined spaces, to include attics and go beneath homes into crawl spaces.
- May need to meet all USAA safe driving requirements including verification of driving record through MVR & possession of valid driver's license.
- May require the ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds to include lifting a ladder in and out of the trunk of a car.
- May require the ability to climb ladders and traverse roofs, this includes the ability to work at heights while inspecting roofs and attics.
Compensation range: The salary range for this position is: $69,920.00 - $133,620.00.

Compensation: USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location.

About the Role As the Lighting Project Specialist, you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints/electrical drawings, utilizing manufacturing software to produce quotes, submittals, and tracking for customers and specializing in electrical lighting controls.
What You'll Do.
Responsible for estimating all commercial/industrial lighting projects.
Must be proficient in reading blueprints and working with electronic bid management software to produce quotes.
Must be highly organized and efficient to handle multiple projects in the bid stage and help manage projects after the sale is made.
Understands the importance of deadlines and must organize the bid schedule based on complexity and project due dates.
Works well with the Lighting project team, outside sales team, and inside sales team in coordinating bids and managing projects.
Accountability for timely completion and profitability of projects.
Manages and coordinates with all parties involved in the order, both internal and external.
Manages and maintains vendor and customer relationships.
Provides customer service that separates Turtle from our competition in the marketplace.
Follows established standards and procedures for project reporting, communication, and documentation.
Keeps detailed records on pricing quotes, change orders, and all correspondence both internally and externally.
What You'll Bring 3
- 5+ years of experience in the electrical Lighting distribution preferred.
