Senior Project Manager - Capital Equipment & Manufacturing Operations

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead capital equipment and manufacturing projects across multiple sites in Connecticut, Georgia, and New York, with a primary base in Orangeburg, NY. You will manage projects from planning through commissioning, coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

What You’ll Do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of capital projects ($1M–$10M), including budgeting, scheduling, scope, and risk management.
• Oversee manufacturing equipment installations, upgrades, and commissioning.
• Coordinate activities across multiple sites (CT, GA, NY) and serve as the primary project lead at Orangeburg, NY.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, aerospace, or similar technical environments.

The Quality Control Lead is responsible for overseeing daily QC activities, ensuring products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the Quality Control team in daily laboratory and inspection activities.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of EHS experience in warehouse operations, with a deep understanding of workplace safety practices, regulatory compliance, and incident investigation. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in an EHS manager position with over 5 years of overall experience of EHS in warehouse operation.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety (OSHA), Fire Protection Engineering (NFPA), or a related field.
• Environment, Health, & Safety related major is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Korean (preferred).
• Ability to give and make reports (required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• In-depth understanding of safe workplace practices and programs.
• Familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations and other applicable EHS laws and guidelines.

Location Details: Remote - United States

At GoDaddy, the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days), and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you'll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

Our platform supports 100+ large language models across multiple vendors (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, AWS) with 99.99% uptime, serving thousands of employees and dozens of teams.

What you'll get to do...

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team delivering critical AI platform capabilities while mentoring engineers to deliver quality software efficiently.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering leaders) to define and execute the GoCaaS roadmap and strategic initiatives.
• Drive platform excellence by ensuring reliability, scalability, and optimal developer experience for internal AI consumers.
• Champion engineering best practices, including CI/CD, observability, and secure software development across the organization.
• Collaborate with enterprise teams (security, data, infrastructure) to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions while fostering a culture of experimentation and technical excellence.

Your experience should include...

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in engineering management or tech lead roles.
• Proven leadership of backend/platform teams delivering production-scale services.
• Strong cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems expertise.
• Hands-on programming skills in Python, Go, or Node.js with CI/CD and observability experience.
