Description: As a Manufacturing Engineering Aide, you will: Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers (ME) on various technical tasks, providing crucial support in gathering, maintaining, formatting, compiling, and manipulating technical data, such as engineering designs and design changes.

Produce high-quality engineering documentation, reports, marking files, designs, drawings (flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics), and machine operation procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Maintain and control shop aids used in the production process, programming and maintaining assembly-related machines as required for their respective areas.

Work closely with the Wire Cut area to provide assistance with machine set-up and support, troubleshoot issues, optimize machine performance, and implement process improvements to enhance overall productivity and quality.

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing role.

Position Overview

Engenium is seeking a Program Manager to support a defense-focused manufacturing environment. This role supports the delivery performance, schedule execution, and supplier coordination across assigned programs. The Program Manager works closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure products are delivered on time, to specification, and in compliance with contractual requirements.


This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. While the Program Manager does not manage direct reports, they are expected to be physically present on the production floor frequently, and multiple times per day during critical month-end or delivery periods.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support cost, schedule, and delivery performance for assigned manufacturing programs
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external customers
  • Work closely with Procurement and Buyers to resolve supplier delays, material shortages, and production bottlenecks

Ellaway Blues Consulting is a specialist staffing firm providing technical recruitment solutions to clients across the energy value chain, including renewable energy, oil & gas, utilities, and infrastructure.

We support businesses with staffing needs across various discipline to include engineering, project management, construction, sales, and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities
• Source and identify candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, and motivations.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and assist with offer management and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our CRM system.
• Support senior consultants with client requirements and talent market mapping.
• Build your knowledge of the energy industry and stay up to date with hiring trends.

This is an entry level position but if you come from a recruitment, sales, customer service, or other people-focused environment this will give you a solid base from which to learn and grow.

Job Details About the Role Attends preliminary job meetings and helps evaluate scope of work performed.

Review shop drawings for conformance to plans and specifications.

Performs job site inspections and is responsible for thorough and competent field installations that meets the plans and specifications.

Completes project “punch list” and assists in resolving any conflicts between owner and contractor.

Mentor Engineering Designers I and II.

Ability to meet fast-paced deadlines while maintaining quality design.

Respond to RFI’s and submittals.

What We’re Looking For Education: A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and minimum 6 years of experience is required.

EIT preferable.

OR An associate degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in the design of HVAC and/or Plumbing systems under the supervision of a Professional Engineer required.

OR 8-10 years of practical experience in HVAC and/or Plumbing fields is preferred but not required.

Strong knowledge of electrical and building codes.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
