The Field Support Representative supports dealers in an assigned region (N WI/NE IA/IL/NW IN) in preventing and solving after sale service issues for products marketed by Kuhn North America.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned within or outside of the assigned geographical area.

• Serve as the after sales service representative for dealers and customers for an assigned geographical region. Resolve customer complaints or problems concerning company products for all KNA products sold in the assigned region.
• Communicate in person or answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries regarding questions on after sales service issues, parts issues, product uses or applications. Forward more in-depth or complex service issues to the appropriate Technical Service Specialist or Technical Parts Specialist.
• Conduct training presentations (group or individual) aimed at teaching dealer personnel proper set-up, maintenance and service of KNA products and on the use of the after-sales extranet (parts lookup, parts ordering and warranty claims etc).
• Support the sales activities and goals of the Territory and Regional Managers of the assigned region. Represent KNA at farm and trade shows by assisting customers with product questions, technical inquiries and assisting with show set-up and takedown as requested. Upon request, conduct dealer inventory audit or dealer calls to low volume dealers.
• Assist with new product introductions and relay market trends to respective Product Manager (competitive products, design enhancements, etc.).
• Support dealers in after-sales customer relations. Assist in the product demonstration, new product set-up and after sales support of products marketed by Kuhn North America.
• Communicate with and advise dealership service management/personnel on a quarterly (or as needed) basis regarding TIP and service bulletins, warranty issues/questions, new machine assembly inspection, etc.
• Communicate with and advise dealership parts management/personnel regarding parts programs, early order programs, parts marketing potential etc.
• Perform field service campaigns in assigned region as required and assigned.
• Evaluate and report the dealers’ service capabilities in the assigned region, including personnel, facilities, tools, experience, and service library.
• Conduct product evaluation for assigned products in development in the assigned region.
• Participate in the Company’s team process to develop and improve service processes and procedures.
• Continually strive to find better ways to complete tasks and be the best in the industry.
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly fashion and conform to all quality and safety procedures.

Education and/or Experience - An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in agricultural mechanics or agricultural engineering technology is preferred. The position requires knowledge and skills in the areas of customer service, mechanics/repair, electronics, hydraulics, welding, and torch cutting. Application knowledge and experience in word processing (Word), spreadsheet applications (Excel), database management (Lotus Notes), presentation software (PowerPoint), Internet, and e-mail is preferred.

The Role We Want You For

The Site Safety Supervisor will provide support to the Project Staff and the Clayco safety team in an effort to execute corporate safety and health standards and procedures in compliance with Federal, State, and Local requirements. In addition to your project responsibilities, you shall participate in and complete all assignments designated to you. The Specifics of the Role

• Assist in development of the project safety program.
• Establish and conduct jobsite orientation for new project employees. Administer and record their participation in the orientation program and issue identification to those employees completing the orientation program.
• Attend all initial meetings with the project staff and subcontractor representatives to clearly define their role within the confines of the project safety program.
• Conduct and document pre-planning safety meetings with each subcontractor representatives to establish safety procedures prior to subcontractor’s activity on site.
• Field tasks solo on a project Up to $80M.
• Client interfacing.
• Assist Site Safety Manager.
• Establish and conduct regular (weekly) safety meetings with subcontractor representatives and with project staff to ensure proper compliance.
• Facilitate training for site personnel and ensure that standards are per the OSHA\Clayco and in compliance with Federal and State standards.
• Ensure and maintain a log of each subcontractor toolbox safety meeting.
• Review each subcontractor’s safety program and ensure that it meets or exceeds the project safety program requirements.
• Ensure that each subcontractor designates a safety representative that is properly trained in subcontractor’s scope of work and has the proper authority to correct safety issues.
• Conduct regular daily and weekly jobsite inspections and complete the safety checklist noting safety violations and corrective actions.
• Record, notify and prepare written report of any violations or unsafe practices to subcontractors for immediate correction actions.
• Stop at once any violation or unsafe acts or practices.
• Assist the Project Superintendent in establishing and implementing proper fire prevention, evacuation, and fire control procedures.
• Investigate all incidents and generate proper reports.
• Establish and maintain all required safety records.
• Conduct a monthly overview safety meeting and attend project staff meetings to brief on safety issues.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent.
• 0-5 years of safety experience with a working knowledge of safety/environment principles and techniques.
• 2-3 years of field experience required.
• OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation.
• OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer is a plus.
• Performance of the required duties will require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, passenger use of construction personnel hoists, ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under construction.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work at heights, able to climb ladders, access/inspect scaffolding and roof areas.
• Noise level is usually moderate to very loud.
• Computer skills with familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Physical Requirements

• Must possess the physical ability to safely navigate active construction sites. This may include but is not limited to climbing permanent and temporary stairs or ladders, using construction personnel hoists, ascending and descending ladders, and maneuvering through areas under construction. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.
• Must be able to walk long distances, stand for extended periods without support, and work at various heights as required.
• Ability to access and inspect elevated areas such as scaffolding, rooftops, and other high structures.
• Possess sufficient visual acuity to perform essential job functions such as, close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Exposure to varying noise levels ranging from moderate to high, which may require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Must be able to work in a variety of environmental conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, snow, and other unpredictable weather.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking skilled Make-Ready Designers (primary focus) and Power Distribution Designers to support engineering programs for major electric and telecom utilities. Ideal candidates bring demonstrated experience in overhead utility pole design, NESC application, clearance assessment, pole loading analysis, and construction package development. Useful design platforms include DDS, Katapult, O-Calc, GIS, MicroStation, AutoCAD, or client-specific drafting systems.

In this role, you will review field/walkout data, evaluate existing attachment conditions, model pole loading, determine make-ready requirements, and prepare accurate construction-ready deliverables. Applicants without utility pole design or distribution engineering experience will not be considered.

Note: This position is remote, but new hires must attend a 2-week paid, in-person orientation at our Perrysburg, OH headquarters.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Execute overhead distribution and make-ready design work orders while meeting quality, time, and budget expectations
• Apply established engineering design standards, NESC requirements, and internal processes
• Perform end-to-end make-ready, joint-use, and/or general distribution design
• Conduct permitting and easement research (pole ownership, ROW, property rights, approvals)

Role Overview

As a Patient Support Nurse at CareSimple, you will serve as a key liaison between our patients and clinical partners. You’ll build ongoing relationships with patients, conduct proactive outreach, monitor and respond to patient-generated health data alerts, and provide compassionate clinical guidance to help patients stay engaged and safe between provider visits. You’ll also guide patients through onboarding and device setup, address questions and concerns, and escalate clinical issues as needed. Utilizing our support ticket system, you will manage key logistics processes to ensure seamless delivery and support for remote monitoring devices, playing a critical role in the success of our RPM programs.

Responsibilities

• Patient Support & Care: Guide patients through initial onboarding and setup of their RPM devices with empathy and professionalism. Provide ongoing patient care touchpoints — answering clinical questions, offering health education, and supporting patient engagement and adherence throughout the monitoring program.
• Patient Alert Management: Monitor incoming patient health data alerts generated by RPM devices (e.g., out-of-range vitals, missed readings). Assess alert severity, apply clinical judgment to determine appropriate response, and take action following established protocols and clinical judgement, whether that’s direct patient outreach, care coordination, or escalation to the provider team.
• Technical Coordination: Provide basic troubleshooting for cellular-enabled devices and escalate issues via internal support tickets. Work cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution of technical concerns.
• Device Logistics Oversight: Coordinate device ordering and fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Manage exceptions (e.g., reshipments, replacements, returns) and monitor the glucose supply auto-replenishment program. Track high-priority orders and proactively address risks to prevent delays.
• Documentation: Ensure clear and timely documentation across internal systems and, when applicable, in the customer’s EHR.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
• Preferred: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Preferred: Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) certification
• 5+ years of clinical experience, preferably in telehealth, home health, or primary care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with seniors and underserved populations
