Interacts with clinical staff to understand and resolve operational problems in scheduling and completing PM procedures while minimizing interference to hospital departments.

Determines need for replacement parts and supplies, selects the most cost effective source, and submits properly completed parts request using established policies and guidelines.

Completes corrective and planned maintenance work order documentation per policy.

Promotes teamwork by keeping others informed, participating effectively in group decision making, works to accomplish team objectives and projects, and solicits feedback about one's effectiveness as a team member.

Continually improves processes by seeking ways to eliminate and reduce waste.

Has authority (based on department guidelines)  to order parts and supplies required for emergency service or repair  of medical equipment. Recommends test equipment and spare equipment parts to the CE Manager or Lead Technician.

Provides on-call service coverage after normal business hours on a rotating basis, as assigned.

Provides assistance and training to Bio-Medical Equipment Technician I as assigned by Clinical Engineering Management.

May be assigned duties as Lead Bio-Medical Equipment Technician, as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned or requested by the CE Manager.

Associates of Applied Sciences degree in medical electronics, electronic technology or related field, including comparable military training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. CBET certification preferred.

Three (3) to five (5) years' experience  performing corrective and planned maintenance on medical devices and/or clinical support equipment. 

Must have a basic understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.

Working knowledge and ability to use basic hand tools and  test equipment specific to the field.  Ability to train CE associates  on use and application of select test equipment.

Must have knowledge and understanding of OSHA, NFPA, The Joint Commission, CAHO, EOC, FDA and other specific regulations and standards pertaining to clinical equipment service and repair.

What You’ll Do

• Lead business process improvement initiatives across Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, New Product Development, and Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning
• Drive projects from early-stage assessment through implementation and closeout

Must-Have Qualifications

Key Responsibilities & Skills

Day-to-Day Overview

This role requires a customer-focused and motivated individual who can thrive in a collaborative environment. Multiple PMs will join the team, so growth opportunities are available. Responsibilities include managing or assisting with projects of varying complexity through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout. The PM ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget while fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Additional duties include maintaining transparency, driving continuous improvement, and supporting informed decision-making. CAD Drafter (Entry Level)

Location: Columbus OH

Contract: 12-month contract

Brooksource is hiring a CAD Drafter to support one of our Engineering Services partners in Columbus, OH. We welcome entry-level candidates, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your CAD drafting skills within a supportive engineering team.In this role, you will create underground construction drawings to support utility installation projects across multiple states.

Preferred Experience: There will be on the job training

• Basic experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD
• Familiarity with Civil 3D is a plus.
• Understanding of drafting standards through coursework or hands-on projects.
• Ability to perform 2D drafting, including drawing multiple views
• Comfortable using modern computers, software, and digital workflows.
• Exposure to GIS, surveying, or engineering technology coursework is helpful but not required.
• Ability to learn foundational Outside Plant (OSP) concepts such as conduit routes, cable paths, manholes, handholes, and aerial/underground utility layouts.

Education:

• High School diploma required

The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate the delivery of the Process Intelligence work, managing the process from design to hyper care in partnership with Celonis (the tool that the client uses for PI) and other business partners. This role will ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams while maintaining project documentation and facilitating review meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate project delivery for the Process Intelligence work, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Create & maintain comprehensive project documentation and process documents to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle in accordance with established project governance.

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this individual will primarily focus on electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as general maintenance duties within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and maintenance, with experience working in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment, including electrical systems, motors, conveyors, and other machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues to identify root causes and implement timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential maintenance issues and safety hazards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory of spare parts.
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to production schedules.
• Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment and machinery as needed.
