ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a network-driven operator to source and open enterprise partner opportunities, not sell SaaS, but identify real deployments, use cases, and design partners.

You will work directly with the founder to turn relationships into live AI governance use cases inside enterprises.

Your job: find where agents are being deployed, and insert our layer.

Description

The Scientific Computing & Data group at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS) accelerates scientific discovery by supporting a high-performance computing and research data ecosystem. This includes a data commons and two clinical research data warehouses: one for ISMMS and one for the Kidney Precision Medicine Project (KPMP), a multi-institutional research consortium ( ) funded by the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK). Both warehouses use Microsoft SQL Server and the OMOP Common Data Model.

The Lead Data Warehouse Engineer is a senior technical specialist responsible for leading development, maintenance, and operations of these research data warehouses. The role collaborates with warehouse team members and research stakeholders to expand functionality and integrate new data sources. Data transformations are built in Transact-SQL stored procedures, with SSIS used for orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Design databases and pipelines that balance functionality, performance, cost, and development time; evaluate technical options with the product manager.
• Design, build, test, and maintain ETL/ELT processes using T-SQL stored procedures, SSIS, and SQL Agent; apply metadata-driven design for extensibility.
• Serve as a team leader; contribute to project planning, work breakdown, dependency sequencing, and release management.
• Develop and promote standards, conventions, design patterns, DevOps/SDLC best practices, and operational procedures for pipelines and warehouse maintenance.
• Mentor junior engineers in data warehousing, data engineering skills, and operational support.
• Design, build, and maintain data management processes, including loading flat files (csv, tsv, pipe-delimited, JSON).
• Lead design sessions, code walkthroughs, peer reviews, and produce technical documentation.
• Tune database objects, stored procedures, and pipelines to optimize performance and minimize compute and storage costs.
• Monitor database and pipeline operations; lead troubleshooting and remediation of failures; provide occasional after-hours on-call support.
• Collaborate with DBAs and system administrators on backups, performance tuning, statistics/index maintenance, and patching.
• Provide high-quality customer service to researchers, clinicians, and internal partners; maintain a science‑driven, customer-focused approach.
• Ensure patient privacy and data security in compliance with IRB & cybersecurity policies, HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, NYS Article 27-F, and other regulations.
• Stay current with emerging technologies to improve capabilities, efficiency, quality, or cost.
• Identify improvements in procedures, technology, compliance, and data privacy/security.
• Periodically assist DBAs with user provisioning, backups, restorations, capacity planning, and performance monitoring.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; Master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years of related experience, including 7+ years designing, developing, and maintaining relational databases, data pipelines, and dimensional/OLAP warehouses.

Preferred

• Expert knowledge of data warehousing: 3NF & dimensional modeling (fact table types, SCDs), change data capture, incremental loads, data lineage, source-to-target mappings, pattern-based & parameter-driven development.
• Expert-level experience with Microsoft SQL Server technologies: T-SQL, indexing, stored procedures, UDFs, sequences, dynamic SQL, Linked Servers, SSIS, Visual Studio, SSDT, and SQL Agent.
• Experience with DevOps/SDLC best practices; Agile (Scrum, Kanban) with JIRA and Confluence; version control with git.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for working with researchers, clinicians, administrators, and IT staff.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, multitasking, and collaboration skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred experience with healthcare data (EHR, billing/claims, cost accounting), Epic Clarity/Caboodle, data models (OMOP, i2b2, PCORnet).
• Preferred experience with Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Oracle PL/SQL, PostgreSQL PL/pgSQL.
• Experience with SQL Server administration: configuration, performance tuning, partitioning, materialized views, permissions, backups & restorations.
• Preferred experience with scripting in Windows & Linux (PowerShell, Python, or similar); HL7; web services/REST APIs; reporting tools like SSRS, Power BI, Tableau.

Compensation

The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides salary ranges that comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $145200 - $217875 annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and operational need. Summary:

The QC/QA Specialist is responsible for overseeing construction job sites to ensure all projects meet established quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements. This role involves conducting inspections, monitoring construction activities, and verifying that materials, workmanship, and processes align with approved drawings, specifications, and industry codes. The position also focuses on implementing quality assurance programs, performing audits, and collaborating with project managers, engineers, and trade partners to maintain high-quality construction practices. Job Requirements:

Job Qualifications:

• Demonstrated industry expertise in banking, payments or insurance

Technical Skills:

• Expert knowledge of core GCP services (Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, IAM, Networking).
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
• Deeper technical experience in either AI & Data (e.g., Gemini, BigQuery, Vertex AI, Dataflow) or Security (e.g., Cloud Armor, VPC Service Controls, Security Command Center) is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools.
• Understanding of data management, security, and governance best practices in a cloud environment.

You have:

Background

The Innovation Planner will act as the project manager and supply chain lead in processes that are executed in close cooperation with Marketing, R&D, Sales, Finance, Category Management and other Supply Chain Functional teams.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the innovation project plans from Pre-Start/Kick-off, through to implementation and post launch evaluation. This is achieved through helping to scope the project, defining activities and timings required to ensure capability is in place, and then following up on these timings throughout the project
• Manage the overall project networks, via MS project, coordinate inputs from all functions and hold individuals accountable for the delivery of their activities to ensure the project remains on time
• Ensure that the Supply Chain has the necessary capacities and capabilities to produce the innovations for all assigned sourcing sites
• Manage communication with all key project stakeholders and with global and regional innovation planners
• Coordinate required inputs to the business case for the innovation projects in terms of capital expenditure and SCC drivers, working closely with the global Procurement, Finance, Planning and Engineering teams
• Own and maintain the overall project networks for new variants and new hardware projects, as required to ensure “on time in full” delivery; by working closely with R&D, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, T&E, Quality and factories
• Co-lead risk assessments, and make sure action plans are embedded in the project timeline
• Support complexity reduction activities and sourcing analysis for the innovation projects, by working closely with Strategic Planning and Finance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply chain, R&D, Engineering preferred)
• 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain (Project Management, Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering or Logistics) or in R&D with experience on new product development
• Project management skills (working knowledge of MS Project, MS Office)
• Basic appreciation level of how manufacturing works
• Strong leadership and business partnering skills with the ability to influence decisions

Job Summary: As a Project Manager at IEF, you will be accountable for successfully executing assigned projects from the contract award through project closeout. This includes managing schedules, budgets, client relationships, and internal coordination across engineering, production, procurement, and field operations. The Project Manager serves as the central point of accountability to ensure projects are delivered safely on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Accountabilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with contract requirements and company goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, and consultants, ensuring effective communication and timely issue resolution.
• Lead internal coordination across design, procurement, production, logistics, and field teams to align deliverables and schedules.
• Understand and manage the scope of work, ensuring contract compliance and tracking changes or deviations for proper documentation and pricing.
• Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Escalate issues as needed to maintain progress.
• Maintain and update the master project schedule, holding internal and external stakeholders accountable to key milestones.
• Track project costs against budget, identify potential overruns, and drive cost-control measures.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of project meetings, RFI responses, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
• Monitor quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating quality control efforts and closeout documentation
• Drive project closeout process, including punch list completion, financial reconciliation, and documentation of lessons learned.

Authorities:

• Assign and coordinate tasks across departments to support the execution of assigned projects.
• Approve expenditures within budget and pre-defined thresholds. Recommend larger expenditures for leadership approval.
• Coordinate and negotiate schedule changes with internal and external stakeholders when justified.
• Identify scope changes, prepare and submit change order requests, and manage related client negotiations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in construction, façade, or manufacturing environments
• Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams and subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of project financials, scheduling tools, project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, etc.)
• PMP certification is a plus

Salary Range: $115,000 – $150,000
