Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Follow directions from setup sheets.
- Load fixtures on tombstones.
- Load and unload parts from CNC machine pallet fixtures.
- Create jobs for production using Fastems.
- Inspect machined parts at the load station after machining.
- Keep parts organized and counted.
- Recognize dull tooling used in the manufacturing process.
- Deburr parts after removing from fixtures.
- Communicate effectively with load cell leads, machinists, and supervisors.
- Maintain cleanliness of machines, tools, and work area.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- 2 years of experience using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and thread gauges preferred.
- 2 years of experience working in a machine shop environment preferred.
- Completion of a machining trade school or degree program preferred.
- Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), ASME Y14.5, and blueprint reading.
- Ability to use computers proficiently.
- Reliable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
Work Environment & Schedule:
- Full-time position, Monday through Thursday, 3:15 PM - 1:45 AM.
- May require work outside normal hours as needed.
- Work performed in a manufacturing environment; exposure to fumes, moving parts, and vibration.

Job SummaryThe Production Supervisor II leads and directs a team of employees in an assigned area of operations such as Metal Fabrication, Assembly, and/or Test. Essential Functions- Identify and use lean manufacturing tools required to drive improvements and mentor teammates in the use of these tools
- Provide inputs (resource planning, overtime projections, productivity improvements) to management to develop monthly and annual budgets
- Assist Value Stream Managers with required monthly reporting to senior level management
- Review and understand daily key performance indicators to evaluate the current status and gap to plan, and use this data to drive daily problem solving (8 Step, 5 Why, Cause and Effect, Fishbone) where required
- Ensure timely identification of quality issues through the use of the non-conforming materials process to ensure scrap and rework are properly processed
- Serve as liaison to other groups, product lines and/or functional areas to ensure products are built, assembled, and/or tested within appropriate parameters
- Review the daily allocation of resources in order to drive production schedule to meet established customer requirements
- Make staffing decisions in accordance with human resource procedures to build and grow the team to meet the needs of the business

Qualifications: 1.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
An MBA degree is a PLUS.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Proficiency in Tableau, Advanced Excel, and other financial software.
4.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPIs.
5.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey complex financial information to non-financial associates.
7.
