JOB DESCRIPTION
The Product Support Specialist partners closely with the Customer Service leadership team and acts as a key technical resource for both internal teams and external partners. This role supports customers, installers, designers, distributors, and end users by delivering expert guidance across the company’s flooring systems and adhesive solutions.
This position focuses on technical problem-solving, product guidance, and issue resolution related to flooring installations, including materials performance, application methods, site conditions, warranties, and quality concerns.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Technical Support & Issue Resolution:
- Respond to incoming technical questions related to flooring installation systems and adhesive products
- Serve as a technical resource for internal departments and external partners throughout the installation lifecycle
- Promote and follow all applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures
- Claims & Field Issue Management:
- Gather, review, and document claim details including jobsite conditions, installation practices, substrate information, and product usage
- Route complex issues or field investigations to the appropriate regional technical representative
- Carry out approved resolutions such as material replacement, credits, refunds, or alternative corrective actions
- Track active cases and drive timely closure within established resolution timelines
- Assist with product quality initiatives, including recalls or corrective action programs, as needed
- Product Knowledge & Technical Expertise:
- Maintain strong working knowledge of current and legacy adhesive and flooring-related products
- Stay informed on industry standards, competitive offerings, and market trends within construction materials
- Provide accurate guidance on application requirements, technical data, performance expectations, warranties, and distribution pathways
- Identify recurring trends or field feedback and communicate opportunities for product or process improvement
- Support updates to technical materials such as installation guides, labels, packaging, and data sheets
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
- At least five (5) years of experience in a technical support, customer-facing, or sales-related role within a manufacturing environment
- Experience within flooring, construction products, or adhesives is strongly preferred
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business, Sales, or Marketing
- Ability to communicate in Spanish or French Canadian is a plus

ROLE PURPOSE/ POSITION SUMMARY:
Manages activities of all production personnel across an entire shift within a manufacturing facility. Monitors activities to maximize productivity, minimize cost, and maintain quality in all facets of the facility operations. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage SQF, Food Safety, Food Quality, Sanitation, 6S and customer standards
- Provides daily direction to Supervisors and hourly associates to meet designated productivity metrics, including labor costs/utilization, operational efficiency, scrap loss rates, and other measures to optimize profitability and meet demand. Develops and implements action plans to address production performance concerns or improve operations
- Coordinates production/facility activities with Shift Managers as appropriate
- Ensures administrative activities for the shift are being completed timely and accurately. These include but are not limited to payroll, performance reviews, standard and ad hoc production reporting, disciplinary actions, etc.
- Ensures announcements, safety topics, policies, procedures, and expectations are communicated to the staff and executed where appropriate
- Create and/or assists in the development and execution of plant budgets, goals, standards, EOS action items and career development plans
- Understand job standards and/or machine operation for each function
- Follow up on associate orientation, on-boarding, training, new hire performance reviews, and/or development as appropriate
- Ensures associates have appropriate tools to perform assigned duties and that tools/equipment are routinely inspected and maintained
- Performs other duties as assigned
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment and Selection: determine labor needs; understand and use the Company’s interviewing process and tools; participate in the on boarding process (Passport orientation, etc.)
- Managing & Rewarding Performance: set clear performance expectations (Passport, Performance Management Process); provide regular feedback; resolve team conflicts; encourage a positive and safe environment; use coaching and corrective action for underperformance; understand and use voluntary/involuntary termination processes
- Training & Development: understand and coach others on processes, tools and standards (SOP’s); ensure training requirements are met; identify and address skill gaps; discuss career interests and developmental plans/next steps. Create appropriate action plans for individual development
- Communication & Engagement: communicate site, company, and other pertinent information to team (pre-shift, one on one, etc.); share customer and MSI Express Inc information on regular basis

Job Description
The Assembler is primarily responsible for the assembly of aerospace components using the appropriate assembly techniques with additional responsibility in secondary equipment/operations. This position is responsible for using the MRP system (NAV) and computer databases to enter component data. Basic math skills are required to perform this job. At all times this position is required to follow the proper safety procedures as well as strictly adhere to all documented procedures around the processing of parts.

This role ensures that products are built safely, on time, on cost, and in compliance, while building a resilient manufacturing ecosystem capable of supporting rapid growth across retail, commercial, utility, and legislative-driven demand.
This leader serves as the operational bridge between engineering, supply chain, quality, regulatory, and commercial teams, translating product strategy into reliable, scalable production.
Core Responsibilities
Manufacturing & Production Leadership
- Own global manufacturing strategy across internal and contract manufacturing partners
- Establish and manage production plans aligned with sales forecasts and launch timelines
- Ensure consistent achievement of cost, quality, delivery, and yield targets
- Lead capacity planning to support demand surges driven by retail promotions, legislation, or national media exposure
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
Contract Manufacturer & Supplier Management
- Select, onboard, and manage contract manufacturers (CMs) and key component suppliers
- Negotiate manufacturing agreements, pricing, lead times, and service-level expectations
- Implement performance scorecards for CMs and suppliers (OTIF, quality, cost, responsiveness)
- Conduct regular audits and business reviews to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
Quality, Compliance & Regulatory Readiness
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with all applicable standards and certifications, including:

Provide regulatory/technical expertise and leadership through direct involvement to resolve regulatory issues in assigned programs and other regulatory areas, as necessary.
Perform independent and in-depth research, reviews, studies and analyses to develop, manage and implement regulatory activities, related to plant safety, reliability, maintainability, and availability ensuring compliance to site's needs, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
Provide industry leadership and interface directly with regulatory decision-makers and support staff to influence and drive regulatory decisions and policies consistent with Constellation's goals Train and mentor corporate and station regulatory personnel and other functional areas in subject matter areas of expertise Provide strategic recommendation on technologies and techniques to improve performance, simplify operation, reduce costs, reduce regulatory burden, correct regulatory non-compliances, or comply with changes in codes or regulations.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree Minimum of 10 years of professional relevant nuclear power or North America Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) professional experience and exceptional performance Superior regulatory/technical expertise in a specific area (e.g., licensing actions, reportability, performance improvement, etc.) and recognized regulatory resource (internal/external) Strong written and oral communication skills Approval of VP Licensing & Regulatory Affairs required to obtain this classification (and recommendation of Sr.

They are seeking a Quality Manager to lead plant-level quality systems and oversee a team of quality technicians.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Own and maintain ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
- Lead internal, external, and customer audits
- Drive corrective actions (8D, 5 Why, CAPA)
- Manage customer quality communication and complaint resolution
- Oversee inspection processes including blueprint and GD&T interpretation
- Develop and track KPIs related to scrap, rework, and performance
- Mentor and lead a team of 5 quality inspectors
- Partner with production and engineering to resolve manufacturing issues
Requirements:
- 5+ years quality experience within precision sheet metal fabrication
- Strong ISO 9001:2015 experience
- Audit leadership experience
