Responsibilities :
* Perform necessary repairs and PM to guest rooms, public areas, pools and select equipment of the Resort and update/maintain appropriate logs.
* Responds to trouble calls. Participates in setting up equipment for special events.
* Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public areas.
* Performs furniture, fixture, and equipment technician duties including Inventory control; ordering, receiving and stocking FF&E items.
* Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures etc.
* Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
* Comply with Disney Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
* Maintain parts and tool inventories.
* Maintain all Engineering areas in an orderly and clean condition.
* May be required to perform other duties required by management.
Basic Qualifications :
* Minimum 1 year hospitality or equivalent
* Requires working knowledge of general building maintenance
Preferred Qualifications:
* Technical or Vocational education or experience
* Knowledge of the resort and surrounding area
* Japanese or Hawaiian language skills
* Current or previous experience in Hawaii
Required Education :
* High School education or equivalent (Technical/Vocational school preferred)

Full Time - Full availability is required seven (7) days per week, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Main Responsibilities: • Making sure vehicles are maintained and safe for our customers • Doing preventive maintenance services on truck and trailer equipment with little or no supervision and in a timely manner • Repairing and troubleshooting major components such as engines, transmissions and differentials, including replacing complete assemblies, turbochargers, fuel system components, etc.

• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job • As this position requires driving Penske and customer vehicles, it is regulated by the DOT and requires a current driver qualification file to be maintained as required by the role.
The driver qualification file includes: an annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check, a successfully completed DOT Physical, and Safety Performance History records request from prior employers in the last 3 years.
Additionally, CDL holders will have a DOT Drug Screening within 30 days of start and subject to a FMCSA Clearinghouse review.
• Willingness to travel as necessary within the district (customers’ yards, close geographical area and training sites), work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background screening (to include criminal checks, past employment and education) and pass a drug screening This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Vocational or Technical Certification Post Secondary degree or Technical Certifications, preferred
- Basic tools, required
- Demonstrated aptitude and applied experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas or diesel engines including:
- Routine preventative maintenance, which should include oil changes, brake and tire work, required
- Two (2) years or more of a combination of classroom training and work experience in required experience, preferred
- Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) CLASS A,preferred
- This position requires for you to drive Ryder vehicles. In order to become a Ryder employee you must:
- Must be able to obtain CDL within 6 months after hire
- Pass a Ryder Drug Test
- Pass a DOT physical
- Pass a Ryder road test
- Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years

- Performs standard component inspections and repairs
- Performs preventive maintenance
- Diagnoses standard mechanical and electronic problems, utilizing diagnostic computer when applicable
- Identifies root cause of basic failures/conditions and perform repairs as required
- Replaces defective components as instructed
- Performs facility maintenance duties
- Interacts with customers/drivers to properly determine nature of complaint once assigned a task
- Utilizes key functions of Shop Management System and electronic documentation available
- Works in accordance with all federal/ provincial and corporate compliance guidelines (i.e., safety, DOT, MOT)
- Performs other support duties as required to support operations. These could include but are not limited to Service Island support
