My Client, a mid-size turnkey Engineering, Procurement and Construction specialist providing critical infrastructure services to the energy and utilities markets across the USA, is looking for a Project Field Engineer specializing in substation projects, for a project in Delta UT.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field and will be responsible for supporting electrical substations construction teams. To be considered you must have completed 3 full projects at least and have a stable work history. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects. The position is required to provide technical guidance and support to the client's construction teams, as well as be the teams direct link back to the broader engineering team on the project.
Duties
- Acting as the main technical expert on site, offering guidance to construction crews and subcontractors
- Making sure that the project adheres to engineering and design specifications, industry standards, and construction regulations
- Working independently or as part of the construction team to handle issues that arise.
- Support the resolution of construction issues, deviations from plans, unforeseen challenges, and collaboration with the Design team for resolutions
- Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimize project delays, cost overruns and safety hazards.
- Processing of submittals and RFI’s
- Maintain accurate project documentation for field markup
- Support plan review and approval process with local and state municipalities, as required
- Report to Project Engineering Manager and Project Manager on status of open issues
- Performs any other duties assigned
- Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures
Preferred Experience and Education
- Minimum 5 years of relevant field experience in the construction of large high voltage substations
- An Electrical Engineering degree is essential
- Strong technical background in the installation and operation of electrical equipment and associated subsystems
- Familiarity with high, medium and low voltage installations, substation design, grounding, protection
- Ability to collaborate with project team members and client entities, demonstrating the leadership capabilities to ensure a successful project
- Excellent written and oral skills are required
- P.E. license is not required, but preferred

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in healthcare construction.
- Proven experience with FSED, MOB, imaging, exam rooms, OR, ER, additions, renovations, and ground-up projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety protocols.
- Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

We design and engineer innovative wear solutions for crushers used in mining operations across the globe. Role Summary
As a Senior Design Engineer – Crusher Liners, you will be a key contributor to the design, optimization, and technical performance of crushing consumables. Working closely with global and regional stakeholders, you’ll provide engineering expertise that drives product excellence, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
You’ll take ownership of chamber design, simulation, and optimization while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and FLSmidth best practices. Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the design, analysis, and optimization of crushing consumables, including liners and wear parts.
Perform Chamber Optimization for gyro and cone crushers, including production capacity estimation, wear-life simulation, and chamber performance analysis.
Design and engineer crushing liners for various crusher configurations and applications.
Conduct Crushing Liners Optimization using data-driven insights and performance feedback to improve efficiency and wear performance.
Develop and validate Crushing Consumables designs, ensuring manufacturability, performance, and alignment with FLS standards.
Provide advanced engineering analysis (FEA, DEM, and volumetric analysis) to support optimized chamber and liner design.
Act as a technical reference point for liner design across regions, supporting internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with GSLMs, SLMs, Solution Specialists, Quality, and Service teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
Ensure engineering deliverables are on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Support product innovation initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes, tools, and standards.
Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence across the global crushing consumables team.
Occasionally travel to customer sites to support field testing, data collection, and product validation.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Mining Engineering.
Proven experience in crusher liner design, optimization, and development within the mining or manufacturing industries.
Strong technical expertise in chamber optimization (Gyro and Cone crushers) and crushing consumables design.
Proficiency in SolidWorks (Advanced level) and familiarity with AutoCAD and PLM tools (Teamcenter, Enovia).
Knowledge of industry design codes and standards (ASTM, ASME, API, AWS, ISO).
Analytical skills with experience in FEA, DEM simulations, and wear analysis.
Strong conceptual thinking, visualization, and problem-solving abilities.

We are seeking a highly skilled, technically proficient and detail-oriented Principal Mechanical Engineer with expertise in metal structures, frame design, pipes and fabrication to support the development of power and cooling infrastructure for data centers. This role is critical in designing robust mechanical systems that house and support electrical and thermal management equipment, ensuring structural integrity, manufacturability, and compliance with industry standards.

- Experience designing and integrating hydronic systems including pumps, piping networks, valves, and heat exchangers for data center cooling applications.
- Knowledge of fluid dynamics, pressure drop calculations, and pipe sizing for chilled water and glycol-based systems.

The Lead Electrical CAD Designer will be responsible for creating detailed model designs, modifying existing designs, and working collaboratively with engineers and other team members to meet product specifications.
