ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking skilled Make-Ready Designers (primary focus) and Power Distribution Designers to support engineering programs for major electric and telecom utilities. Ideal candidates bring demonstrated experience in overhead utility pole design, NESC application, clearance assessment, pole loading analysis, and construction package development. Useful design platforms include DDS, Katapult, O-Calc, GIS, MicroStation, AutoCAD, or client-specific drafting systems.
In this role, you will review field/walkout data, evaluate existing attachment conditions, model pole loading, determine make-ready requirements, and prepare accurate construction-ready deliverables. Applicants without utility pole design or distribution engineering experience will not be considered.
Note: This position is remote, but new hires must attend a 2-week paid, in-person orientation at our Perrysburg, OH headquarters.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Execute overhead distribution and make-ready design work orders while meeting quality, time, and budget expectations

• Perform end-to-end make-ready, joint-use, and/or general distribution design
• Conduct permitting and easement research (pole ownership, ROW, property rights, approvals)

Requirements:
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher in engineering, drafting, or a related field is preferred

POSITION PURPOSEThe Senior Project Drafter designs and prepares complete and accurate erection drawings, shop tickets, material requisitions and revisions for complex projects, integrating skilled architectural/engineering drafting methods, and procedures with the operation and application of computer-aided design (CAD) equipment and software.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Provides leadership and direction to project drafters
- Design and prepare electronic (CAD) erection drawings, shop tickets, and material requisitions from contract drawings and engineering calculations
- Interface with departmental personnel to obtain details of equipment and materials requirements
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and material requirements from sketches, specifications, contract drawings and responses to requests for information provided by architects, engineers, general contractors, subcontractors, and Metromont’s internal project management team

- Revise computer-aided designs and documents to comply with comments and changes to project scope

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Field Technician
Introduction
Welcome to the role of Field Technician at Holland Pump! The Field Technician is the front-line contact to our customers presenting all the benefits and quality equipment that Holland Pump promises to deliver. The Field Technician will maintain a clean driving record while employed at Holland Pump by exercising safe driving habits with care and regard for others and the company vehicle. The position requires mechanical ability and physical stamina while maintaining good sense and safe judgment as well as having the ability to communicate well to our customers upon a service call, delivery or pick-up. The position also requires that the individual is flexible in nature as the daily task assignments can change often. The position requires a daily work schedule that can occasionally lead to long days with overtime necessary to complete the tasks at hand.
Job Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair technical issues with small diesel engines and pumps
• Install, configure, and maintain Holland Pump’s equipment
• Answer customer inquiries regarding technical problems or
• Deliver and set up, with customer assistance. This will include properly instructing customer on use.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment and document user requests
• Pick up rentals and note damage to equipment
• Maintain inventory of all parts on service truck
• Test and evaluate systems to ensure optimal performance

Responsible for oversight of the functions comprising the nuclear fuel lifecycle. Essential Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing, planning, coordinating, and directing the procurement of nuclear fuel commodities in an effective and efficient manner.
- Leads the development and implementation of strategies and actions to respond to emergent nuclear fuel industry related issues. Stays abreast of ever-changing nuclear fuel supply markets and industry events impacting nuclear fuel supply.
- Supports Xcel Energy Regulatory in developing nuclear fuel related data for regulatory filings, responses to regulatory interrogatories, and routine required reporting.
- Acts as Program Owner for 10 CFR Part 810 in support of nuclear and information technology.
- Supports the ongoing operations of the sites and remains jointly accountable with site personnel for meeting site performance objectives.
- Represents Xcel Energy in external meetings with State Regulators, Industry Working Groups, Xcel Energy customers, and others as requested.
- Support Xcel Energy Federal Lobbyists on nuclear fuel related issues.
Minimum Requirements
- BS or BA in Engineering, Applied Sciences, Business, or related field with a minimum of 10 years nuclear industry experience.
- Preferred: Nuclear engineering management/oversight experience.
- Demonstrated success in leadership and team building skills.
- Experience negotiating contracts with external parties.
- Excellent communication skills are required.

Position Responsibilities:
Install, fit, fasten, align, adjust, and connect parts and assemblies to build aircraft power packs and strut assemblies.
Use production drawings, specifications, and assembly pages to derive measurements and locate points for part marking and layout preparation.
Perform drilling, reaming, riveting, and soldering necessary for assembly tasks.
Review work orders and installation plans to determine job priorities and obtain appropriate drawings and production illustrations.
Obtain and verify kitted detail parts and assemblies, ensuring they are correct and free of defects.
Pre-assemble components such as wiring harnesses and tubing assemblies using power and hand tools.
Operate material handling equipment, including overhead cranes and scissor lifts, to load and unload engines and struts.
Align parts and assemblies to mating surfaces, temporarily securing them in place and checking for proper alignment.
Attach, seal, and connect parts, assemblies, and wires using the correct fasteners and tools, tightening per specifications.
Torque fasteners and install safety devices such as lock wires and cotter pins as required by drawings or specifications.
Seal hydraulic fittings and access doors, applying necessary fluids, primers, and adhesives according to specifications.
Operate various tools, including pull rivet guns and countersinks, to fasten and torque parts and assemblies.
Verify close tolerance dimensions using precision measuring tools and check work for defects before inspection.
