Job Description

• Own a complex plaintiff personal injury docket with a heavy products liability focus from intake through verdict
• Serve as first chair trial counsel and lead trial strategy, motion practice, expert development, and case valuation
• Retain and work directly with liability, medical, economic, and engineering experts and manage expert discovery
• Take and defend expert depositions and corporate representative depositions (Rule 30(b)(6) or state equivalent)
• Draft and argue dispositive motions and key evidentiary motions
• Prepare and present cases for mediation and trial and negotiate from a position of strength
• Drive medical case management oversight by coordinating and monitoring client treatment and damages development
• Supervise and develop paralegals, legal assistants, and case managers with disciplined docket control
• Maintain excellent client communication and expectation management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience with meaningful products liability experience
• First chair jury trial experience in at least 5 jury trials
• Proven ability to take cases from filing through verdict with strong motion practice and deposition skills
• Track record managing an independent docket and staying ahead of deadlines with organized trial prep
• Comfortable with travel for depositions, hearings, and trial
• Licensed and in good standing (Texas strongly preferred given the on site Houston based practice)

You'll share ownership of the vision and roadmap for our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform capabilities, partnering with marketing, technology, design, and other cross-company teams to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. From defining platform strategy and governance to translating business needs into actionable requirements, you'll ensure our marketing websites are modern, performant, and ready to support the customer journey.

Major Areas of Accountability

Platform Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for AEM-based marketing web platform capabilities, aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs
• Lead modernization initiatives to evolve platform capabilities and retire legacy experiences
• Balance long-term platform strategy with immediate business requirements and stakeholder requests

Product Development & Requirements

• Gather and translate business requirements from marketing users, customers, and internal stakeholders into detailed feature specifications and user stories
• Partner with commercial engineering teams to deliver new platform features, providing business context and success criteria
• Collaborate with UX designers to ensure features align with brand standards, compliance requirements and customer experience goals
• Work with web production specialists to ensure features are user-friendly for global content authors and include clear enablement materials

Platform Governance & Performance

• Own governance standards for the marketing web platform, ensuring consistency, stability, and compliance
• Drive platform performance initiatives including site speed, SEO optimization, and technical health
• Manage platform migrations, upgrades, and integrations with marketing systems and tools
• Ensure digital experiences meet accessibility standards (ADA, WCAG)

Stakeholder Collaboration & Guidance

• Serve as the primary contact for web platform capabilities, advising stakeholders on solutions within existing frameworks vs. new development needs
• Evaluate and triage feature requests, determining whether they can be solved through existing templates/components or require engineering investment
• Present roadmap updates and product plans to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Build strong partnerships across marketing, design, engineering, and production teams

Optimization & Continuous Improvement

• Use analytics to monitor platform performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Leverage data and user feedback to refine features and improve experiences
• Lead change management efforts as new capabilities roll out
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the product lifecycle

Knowledge & Skills

Platform & Business Acumen

• Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) authoring, components, templates, and workflows—particularly AEM as a Cloud Service
• Understanding of Content Management Systems and how they enable marketing experiences
• Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems and common integrations (analytics, personalization, CRM, marketing automation)
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (ADA, WCAG) and SEO best practices
• Understanding of the \"Find and Learn\" phase of the customer lifecycle and how digital experiences support discovery and engagement

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in content management, digital platforms, or marketing technology
• 7+ years of overall professional experience
• Proven track record managing cross-functional product initiatives from concept to launch
• AEM, Scrum, or product management certifications preferred

POSITION SUMMARY

The Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the NOC, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our cloud infrastructure. This role involves managing a team of NOC technicians, monitoring systems, and responding to incidents and outages in real-time and most importantly, call ticket management. The NOC Manager will also be responsible for working with engineering, data center technicians and RMA support to help the operations department provide white glove service to our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for leading the NOC in Austin and including hiring, training and retaining staff.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of NOC technicians, ensuring 24/7 coverage and effective incident response.This includes a team of NOC Technicians located in Austin and South Africa.
• Responsible for creating and managing the NOC 24/7, 365 staffing schedules.
• Implement, oversee and coordinate incident detection, response, resolution, and escalation procedures. Ensure incidents are resolved in a timely manner to minimize downtime and impact on customers.
• Maintain monitoring tools and dashboards to track the performance, availability, and security of the network and cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and refine operational processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the NOC. Identify areas for automation and optimization.
• Generate and analyze reports on network performance, incidents, and operational metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management. Monitor NOC metrics and report to Senior Management as necessary.
• Work closely with other Operation departments, as well as Engineering, to ensure seamless operations and effective communication during incidents.
• Ensure all operations adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to keep the NOC team updated on the latest tools, technologies, and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. Education can be waived if candidate has extensive experience in NOC operations
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in network operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role of hourly technicians, preferably within a cloud services environment.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and network monitoring tools.
• Experience with incident management, change management, and configuration management.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash) is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNP, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or CompTIA Network+ are preferred.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Must be available to respond to critical incidents outside of regular business hours as needed
