Job Summary:
This role is the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane Technologies customers in a defined market with a diverse commercial base including Healthcare, Process Manufacturing Facilities, Education Institutions, and Office Complexes. You will be commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems in a commercial environment. In order to perform your task you will utilize your knowledge of air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts. This position affords you the opportunity to work with internal and external partners ranging from new facility set ups to existing facility retro fits. Where is the work:
This position has been designated as Remote within Geography and work will be performed out of our Lawton, OK location.
What you will do:
- Coordinates with team leader/project manager and customer to precisely understand requirements for all on-site installation and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials and synchronizing on-site work.
- Represents the company by serving as the direct customer contact and is responsible for products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems at customer’s location.
- Uses cutting edge software and technology, along with a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units.
- Displays team effort and dedication to customer by maintaining flexibility to work overtime and weekends as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays.
- Continually enforces safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions.
What you will bring:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent required, and typically 5 plus years of experience in HVAC. Technical School or formal training is preferred.
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with handheld computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad).
- Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to:
- DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
- EPA Certification

- Must be able to safely and legally operate a vehicle using a seat belt
- Must be able to wear helmets, safety goggles, fall protection harness and safety boots to safely perform job duties

The Project Engineer will be responsible for design on multiple projects, directing and/or leading other design professionals within their discipline, and working with other design disciplines internal and external to PEC to develop engineering solutions for PEC’s Clients. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project completion in accordance with qualify assurance policies, standards and project specifications
- Prepare and review engineering plans and drawings
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, and feasibility studies
- Performs and/or directs engineering design, coordination with other design staff for construction document and specification production in compliance with building codes, construction administration, and development of reports/studies
- Serves as an advisor to the Project Manager, identifying and communicating any potential risk to the project in a timely fashion
- Performs and/or directs design computations by hand and by computer software
- Uses experience, education, and judgement to make informed decisions. Retains knowledge and builds on previous experiences to increase capabilities in breadth and complexity
- Organizes multiple projects and tasks and completes them in a timely manner, on schedule, and per PEC Standards. Oversees tasks that have been delegated to other engineers and support staff
- Effectively communicates and coordinates with the Design Team to complete design tasks on numerous projects
- Perform quality control reviews at appropriate milestones
- Mentors, trains and develops less experienced staff
- Participates in business development activities to include developing and maintaining relationships with clients

Description
Project Engineers (PE) are the foundation of Select Engineering’s ability to successfully execute large Engineering, Procurement, Construction projects in the Oil and Natural Gas industry. These individuals must not only be good engineers but must also possess and apply proactive leadership skills to successfully interact with project engineering teams and clients. The PE is responsible for making technical decisions with the ability to focus on technical solutions that will aid in the successful completion of a project with focus on project time and schedule.
Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Perform under minimal supervision with or without a Project Manager (PM) in a timely and accurate manner with emphasis on quality and customer service
- Must be a team player and leader that will work with the PM and other personnel and assist in inter-discipline information flow
- Design successful engineering systems and processes as applicable as it relates to natural gas, chemical, or oil and gas industries
- Interact directly with PMs, inter-disciplines, and Clients regarding projects as primary technical contact

Attend model reviews, PHA, internal and customer meetings, P&ID reviews with responsibilities including, but not limited to, the following:

- Help identify scope growth from initial contract agreement, estimate equipment, construction and engineering costs, and track costs and change order approval, if necessary

About the role:
Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, this role is responsible for increasing Thryv’s penetration to the existing client base, increasing client engagement with existing software clients, and growing the SaaS client base through new sales. This role is critical to ensuring materials and services are available on time to support daily production execution and long-term business growth. What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Ensure uninterrupted material availability to support production schedules
- Execute material planning and supplier scheduling processes
- Run and manage MRP, reorder points, and spot-buy decisions
- Issue and manage purchase orders with approved suppliers
- Track supplier confirmations and proactively escalate delivery risks
- Monitor supplier on-time delivery performance
- Align closely with Production, Sales, Engineering, and Purchasing
- Drive continuous improvement in planning parameters and inventory optimization
- Support reporting and visibility into material flow and supply performance
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of material planning experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong ERP/MRP systems experience
- Hands-on experience with supplier scheduling and PO management
- Understanding of production planning and demand alignment
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills across cross-functional teams
- Experience leading or mentoring others is a plus

The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is responsible for ensuring supplier quality, compliance, and performance for precision electromechanical components and assemblies, including brushless motors, actuators, and advanced motion control systems, supporting Defense, Aerospace, and Medical applications.The Supplier Quality Engineer develops, implements, and executes supplier development/supplier quality programs with focus on advanced quality planning, problem prevention (zero defects), and problem resolution. Responsibilities:
- Monitors and/or leads advanced quality planning activities for existing and potential suppliers.
- Works closely with site-specific purchasing and materials groups for supplier selection and approval activities.
- Works closely with site specific Quality/Receiving departments to develop and monitor incoming inspection plans to ensure economic and cost-effective supplier quality control.
- Monitors and supports supplier quality performance reporting for managerial review activities as necessary.
- Conducts investigative work to solve supplier quality problems, working closely with other functional areas and ensuring overall continual improvement.
- Documents and maintains records and other data related to supplier quality, including meaningful supplier rating reports identifying specific issues, concerns, and trends.
- Works closely with Allied Motion advanced / site specific purchasing and materials groups for participation in supplier improvement and corrective action projects associated with repeat nonconformities, negative trends, and corporate goals and objectives.
- Performs system, process and product audits as necessary to support corrective actions and/or supplier development.
- Assess supplier risk related to quality, delivery, compliance, and continuity of supply
- Evaluate supplier manufacturing capability, process controls, capacity, and scalability through on-site audits and technical reviews.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical, Masters preferred
- 5 or more years of experience in a technical, manufacturing environment with excellent customer interaction
- Expert level experience with Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) and Design of Experiments (DOE) tools and supplier management and lean manufacturing.
- Experience in ITAR / EAR controlled environments
- Knowledge of NADCAP special processes
- Experience with ISO14971
