About the Role
You will help lead the evolution of the core platform that powers InHouse's AI-driven visualization and commerce experience. This includes setting technical direction across our architecture, backend services, API layers, data models, and front-end applications. You'll own complex, multi-system initiatives, guide engineering tradeoffs, and ensure the platform remains reliable, scalable, and extensible as we transition development fully in-house. This is a high-ownership role where you'll partner closely with founders, design, and product to shape the technical roadmap and mentor engineers as the team grows.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision and architecture across many parts of InHouse's platform, defining the roadmap that enables efficient orchestration of services across the organization

About the Role

You'll own the full sales cycle at Peerbound, from first touch to signed contract. You'll work directly with our CEO and Head of Sales to build the enterprise motion from the ground up. This is not a role where you inherit a book of business; this is a role where you create one.
Build pipeline from scratch. Prospect into Marketing leaders at B2B SaaS companies. Generate your own opportunities through outbound, events, and relationships. While you will have SDRs helping you, you will not be successful if you can’t fill your own pipeline. You'll also have a great product built by a world-class engineering team, strong positioning, and the freedom to be creative about how you fill the funnel.
Run and close complex deals. Lead executive-level discovery. Tell a compelling story about why customer proof points are the next competitive battleground. Articulate clear value and ROI to every buyer you sell to. Navigate multi-threaded procurement cycles across security, legal, procurement, and finance. Close real contracts with real urgency.
Shape the playbook. Every process, every template, every lesson learned will have your name on it. Feed buyer insights back into product, marketing, and GTM strategy. Our sales team will be built on the foundation you lay.
4. Who you are
5+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, with experience closing five-figure and six-figure deals. You've carried a $1M quota and you know the difference between forecasting a deal and actually closing one. You can sell to VPs and C-suite buyers and you can sell change, not just software.
You have a quantifiable, consistent track record of outperformance in your career. You can build pipeline without relying on inbound or SDRs. Key Responsibilities:
- Own quality outcomes across programs, releases, and product lines
- Lead day-to-day BAU QA delivery, including:
- Test planning & execution
- Defect management
- Release validation and go/no-go readiness
- Drive QE assessments and build continuous improvement & transformation roadmaps
- Define and execute modern test automation strategies across:
- UI, API, Mobile, and End-to-End (E2E) automation
- Lead AI-augmented testing initiatives, including:
- GPT/LLM-based test case generation
- Intelligent test design and risk-based testing
- Self-healing automation and test optimization
- Promote shift-left and shift-right testing by partnering with:
- Product Management
- Engineering
- DevOps and SRE teams
- Embed quality early in the SDLC through CI/CD and cloud-native testing
- Establish and track quality metrics, KPIs, and dashboards
- Provide clear visibility into quality status, risks, and dependencies for senior stakeholders
- Mentor QA/QE teams and foster a continuous improvement and innovation culture.
Required Skills & Experience
Must Have
- 10–14 years of experience in QA / Quality Engineering
- Proven leadership experience managing QA/QE teams in Agile & DevOps environments
- Strong hands-on expertise in test automation frameworks, including:
- Selenium, Playwright, Cypress (any one or more)
- Exposure to Tricentis Tosca (preferred but not mandatory)
- Solid experience in:
- API & integration testing
- Test data management
- Defect lifecycle management
- Demonstrated experience conducting:
- QE maturity assessments
- Automation ROI analysis
- QE transformation planning
- Ability to manage BAU delivery alongside modernization and innovation initiatives
- Strong Retail domain experience (POS, eCommerce, supply chain, merchandising systems preferred)
AI-Augmented & Intelligent QE (Mandatory Focus)
- Hands-on or leadership experience with AI-driven QE practices, including:
- GPT / LLM-based test case & test scenario generation
- AI-assisted exploratory testing
- Intelligent test selection, prioritization, and impact analysis
- Experience building or adopting intelligent automation frameworks with:
- Self-healing capabilities
- Dynamic locators & adaptive scripts
- Familiarity with:
- Generative AI usage in QE pipelines
- Prompt engineering for test generation
- Ability to operationalize AI in QE, not just PoCs

About the Role
We’re hiring our first Channel Manager to build and scale North’s reseller and distribution strategy.
This role will own entry, onboarding, and relationship management for cloud resellers, distributors, and strategic ecosystem partners. You’ll design how North works with channel partners from the ground up, defining incentives, enablement, deal flow processes, and ongoing relationship strategy.
This is a high-ownership, builder role. You won’t inherit a mature channel machine, you’ll create it.
You’ll work closely with the CEO, GTM leadership, Sales, and Product to ensure our partner ecosystem becomes a scalable revenue engine.
What You’ll Do
Build the Channel Motion (0→1)
- Design and implement North’s reseller and distribution strategy.
- Identify and prioritize ideal partner profiles (AWS/GCP/Azure resellers, MSPs, FinOps consultants, distributors).
- Define partner tiers, incentives, and compensation structures.
- Establish onboarding, enablement, and certification frameworks.
Partner Entry & Activation
- Recruit and onboard new channel partners.
- Build training materials and sales enablement resources.
- Ensure partners understand North’s product, positioning, and differentiation.
- Drive first deals through new partners to validate and refine the model.
Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for reseller and distribution partners.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and pipeline check-ins.
- Track partner-sourced revenue and performance metrics.
- Maintain high-touch strategic relationships while building scalable systems.
Revenue & Deal Support
- Collaborate with Sales on partner-sourced and partner-assisted deals.
- Develop clear rules of engagement and processes for deal and relationship ownership and work cross-functionally with GTM to ensure smooth lead routing and attribution.
Strategic Ecosystem Development
- Deepen relationships within AWS, GCP, and Azure partner ecosystems.
- Identify co-marketing and co-selling opportunities.
- Represent North at ecosystem events, partner summits, and industry conferences.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in channel sales, partnerships, or ecosystem management.
- Experience working within AWS, GCP, or Azure partner ecosystems.
- Experience building or scaling a reseller/channel program. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and SaaS revenue models.
- Comfortable owning revenue targets and partner-sourced pipeline.
- Builder mindset — comfortable operating without rigid structure.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Strong operational discipline with the ability to design repeatable systems.
- Strong network within the cloud reseller ecosystem.
- Based in NYC and excited to collaborate in-office (Hybrid, Dumbo Brooklyn).
Nice to Have
- Experience at AWS, GCP, Azure, or a major cloud reseller/distributor.
- Background in FinOps, DevOps tooling, or cloud cost optimization.
- Experience working in Series A–C SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with marketplace motions (AWS Marketplace, etc.).
- Experience building partner compensation models from scratch.
