- Lead or support all legal aspects of distributed generation renewable projects, from origination through financing, construction, and operation
- Structure, draft, and negotiate complex project agreements, including: Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), site control and lease documents, Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contracts, Operations & Maintenance (O&M) agreements, interconnection, and project acquisition documents

- Manage and triage day-to-day legal document review, including master service agreements (MSAs), vendor contracts, nondisclosure agreements, and other transactional documents; provide comments, risk assessments, and guidance to internal stakeholders

Qualifications
- Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

About the Role
Facility Engineering Services (FES) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver Building Automation System (BAS) and Direct Digital Control (DDC) projects from planning through closeout.
This role requires a mix of organizational leadership, technical understanding, and client communication. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensures every installation meets FES standards for quality, schedule, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage BAS/DDC installations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for concurrent projects.
- Collaborate with Business Development to understand customer goals, operational challenges, and project expectations.
- Coordinate with the Engineering Department, providing feedback on design intent, constructability, and field implementation.
- Execute projects efficiently, maintaining customer satisfaction and alignment with project scope.
- Generate and manage RFIs to resolve project-specific questions and ensure technical clarity.
- Identify and document change order opportunities for scope additions or modifications.
- Work closely with engineering and field teams to maintain quality control, job pace, manpower allocation, and material readiness.
- Review job cost reports to ensure manpower and budgets are aligned with project cash flow.
- Support monthly billing, forecasting, and project reporting by providing progress updates and field insights.
- Liaise between field and office teams to enhance communication, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.
- Provide technical and logistical support for field personnel throughout project execution.
- Build and maintain strong customer and subcontractor relationships vital to successful project completion.
- Oversee project closeout and identify future business opportunities with existing clients.
- Maintain positive cash flow and profitability across assigned projects.

Qualifications

Key Job Responsibilities: Assist in monitoring infrastructure dashboards and alerts for suspicious activities.

Skills and Experience: Energy and motivation to become an integral member of our Corporate IT team! General knowledge and understanding of Information Technology Demonstrated writing and communications skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to take the initiative, adapt to a dynamically changing environment and meet designated deadlines Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Must be self-directed and able to work independently, as well as in a team environment The requirements we are looking for in an Intern include: U.S.
Citizenship or Green Card holder Proof of current enrollment in an accredited college or university Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the 12-week summer program Availability to work on-site 5 days per week at the Hunt Valley office location Term of Internship Start Date: Monday, June 1, 2026 End Date: Friday, August 21, 2026 Compensation This is a paid, full-time summer internship.
Interns will be compensated at a competitive rate of $18.50/hour for the duration of the 12-week program.
Upon successful completion of the program and fulfillment of all internship requirements, interns may be eligible to receive a professional letter of recommendation.
