Job Purpose
Responsible for the equipment debugging, operation, production optimization, equipment maintenance, quality control, and data analysis of the TPO production line. Ensures the smooth and stable operation of the line to produce qualified products, and assists process personnel in resolving sudden production incidents.
Job Responsibilities
1 Equipment Debugging & Process Optimization
(1)Responsible for the debugging and parameter setting of the production line (e.g., extruder, cooling system, traction machine, etc.) to ensure product thickness, width, and appearance meet process quality standards;
(2)Adjust process parameters such as processing temperature, pressure, and speed based on process requirements and raw material characteristics to optimize production efficiency;
(3)Resolve technical issues during production (e.g., sheet bubbles, stripes, dimensional deviations, etc.) and propose improvement plans;
(4)Perform daily equipment maintenance (e.g., lubrication, cleaning, component replacement) to prevent equipment failures and extend service life.
2 Quality Control & Data Analysis
(1)Monitor production quality, perform First sample Inspection and record data to ensure products meet customer requirements;
(2)Verify key indicators of raw materials arriving at the factory to ensure they meet process requirements;
(3)Analyze production data (e.g., scrap rate, energy consumption) and propose suggestions for cost reduction and efficiency improvement;
(4)Monitor and analyze electrical and mechanical data of the production line, and timely provide feedback on equipment operating status.
3 Team Collaboration & Training
(1)Assist in the execution of production plans and cooperate with other departments to complete urgent orders or special tasks;
(2)Receive product technical training from product engineers and process engineers, and responsible for conveying and implementing the knowledge;
(3)Guide new employees in operating equipment and impart machine tuning experience and process knowledge.
Qualification Requirements
Education & Experience:Engineering majors such as Polymer Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering are preferred. Over two years of experience operating production equipment.
Language Ability:Fluent in English, Spanish language skills a plus.
Professional Skills:
(1)Possess experience in production line machine tuning; familiarity with twin-screw extruder operation is preferred;
(2)Experience in operating production lines for polymer waterproofing membranes, plastic films, or rubber/plastic material molding is preferred;
(3)Possess basic mechanical repair abilities and the ability to read equipment drawings and process flowcharts.

The Senior Data Manager identifies all data deliverables made part of a contract and subsequently builds a data track in a Product Data Management (PDM) system. The Manager - Software Quality Engineering is responsible for ensuring that quality standards are met on all materials coming into the warehouse and all products going to customers. This position plays a critical role in establishing and ensuring adherence to shop quality standards, procedures, techniques and continuous improvement. The LQAC works directly with internal and external suppliers, QACs at other facilities and corporate QA personnel. They are also a key driver of resourcing, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and participating in continuous process improvement/lean manufacturing project initiatives. Attendance, as scheduled, is an essential function of this job.
Major Activities
- Develops, implements, communicates and maintains the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). Formulates and manages the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the QMS and ensure that the established objectives are communicated to all team members and that advances or declines in achieving those goals are also regularly reported.
- Sets up and maintains controls and documentation procedures including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Setup Parameters. Organizes documents into an easy to use and fast retrieval system so team members can find procedures quickly and conform to requirements.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a senior-level Solutions Architect role with a clear career progression path (Solutions Architect to Senior Architect to Enterprise Architect to Principal Architect). The architect will play a critical role in driving enterprise-wide application consolidation initiatives, supporting process enhancements, and delivering scalable solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Understanding of networks and security across on-premise and cloud environments
- Experience with vendor management tools and enterprise architecture integration
- Knowledge of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman
- 2+ implementations of enterprise-class supply chain management systems preferred

Our Fortune 500 retail client is seeking a hands-on Lead Android Engineer to drive technical excellence and innovation across their mobile platform. This role will help evolve a mature Android application while delivering high-quality experiences that support millions of customers across eCommerce, loyalty, personalization, and product launches.
The team is focused on differentiating the mobile app from the web experience through personalized content, contextual assistance, and intelligent upsell opportunities. This role requires someone who has made architectural decisions, influenced technical direction, and led implementation — not just executed against predefined designs.
This is not a pure architect role, but it requires strong architectural judgment combined with deep hands-on development expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a hands-on technical leader within the Android team.
- Design, build, and enhance Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Make informed architectural decisions within an established Android application using MVVM and Clean Architecture principles.
- Guide the implementation of new features in alignment with scalable, maintainable architecture standards.
