My client is seeking a Project Manager who will play a key role in delivering large-format graphics, signage, and branding installations across major venues and environments. You will collaborate with internal teams, field crews, and third-party partners to ensure every project is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.

What You’ll Do

Manage Projects from Kickoff Through Installation

• Plan and coordinate all phases of signage and graphics projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope remain aligned.
• Partner with Production, Sales, and Engineering to prepare deliverables before installation.
• Proactively identify risks and develop solutions.

Collaborate Across Teams

• Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Work closely with installation teams (internal and subcontracted) to support project execution.
• Coordinate site surveys, documentation, logistics, and installation planning.

Support Field Operations

• Ensure installation crews have accurate plans, access details, and materials.
• Manage scheduling, equipment needs, and on-site issue escalation.
• Uphold quality standards and ensure finished work matches the intended design.

Champion Safety, Quality, and Process Improvements

• Promote safe work practices across all field operations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and support project closeout.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and delivery processes.

Who You Are

You bring:

• Five or more years of experience in signage, large-format graphics, construction, installation coordination, or similar project environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both field and office teams.
• Ability to read installation drawings, schedules, and technical documentation.
• Experience managing project logistics, timelines, and vendor coordination.
• Technical understanding of graphics materials, substrates, and installation practices.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.

The Project Manager at RWE Design Build is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects for veterinary clinics from conception to completion. This includes budgeting, scheduling, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, and managing project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, executing, and completing construction projects on time and within budget, while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
• Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Proficient in Procore & MS Project
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Willingness to travel to project sites regularly
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

• Oversee purchasing module activities, ensuring data integrity across all communities and product lines.
• Maintain and update plan data, product specifications, and option configurations within the system.
• Ensure all pricing, scopes, and cost inputs are current and aligned with company standards.

Bidding, Procurement & Cost Analysis

• Procure, analyze, and level vendor bids to ensure competitive pricing and scope alignment.
• Lead and support the bidding process for new communities, products, and trade partners.
• Perform detailed takeoffs, cost analysis, and value engineering (VE) reviews.
• Monitor cost trends and identify opportunities for savings and process improvements.

Vendor Management & Trade Partner Coordination

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Financial Accuracy & Compliance

Position Overview

With the terminal being in the construction phase, you will be part of the ground up growth of the terminal as it is moves towards completion. Once operational, you will work to continually improve the site through other projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• This role will be heavily active in the field during the construction phase of a project, coordinating with subcontractors and crews, verifying quality of work, answering engineering questions and/or resolving issues that may pop up in real time.
• Assist in development of project plan as requested. Specifically, provide support to Project Manager(s) through helping to develop business cases by gathering requirements, building investment decision models, etc.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager(s) in purchasing activities including scoping and take-offs.
• Prepare and forward submittals. Confirm submittal complies with plans/specs.
• Support the development and updating of the project schedule and subcontractor detail schedules.
• Monitor and expedite material deliveries ensuring all deliveries conform with the project schedule.
• Administer subcontracts as assigned.
• Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in the coordination of drawings.
• Draft change orders. Solicit prices from subcontractors and suppliers. Perform scope take-off and estimate costs.
• Aid in close out of project; includes assembling manuals and other warranties for turnover to owner and preparation final payment documents for subcontractors.
• Act as the point person for document management applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related degree or equivalent experience.
• Must have 1-4 years of experience in the related field.
• Working knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines such as civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, piping, geotechnical, and surveying.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and prepare them when applicable.
• Ability to read and understand Project financial documents and budgets and prepare them when applicable.
• MS Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD/SolidWorks experience preferred.

We are looking for an experienced leader in experimentation methodology to join our core Applied ML team. The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages. Our goal is to simplify and improve the shopping experience for everyday entrepreneurs worldwide, helping them quickly find what they need on our website.

In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts.
