Essential Job Functions:
Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing processes while maintaining compliance to design specifications.
Programming of equipment, creation of CNC code, and tool path simulation.
Primary contact for design engineering or program management on manufacturing processes.
Creates and maintains manufacturing methods, Bill of Materials, and labor standards in ERP system.
Participates in activities related to C.I. and cost reductions/process improvements.
Design, construction, and validation of tooling, fixtures, gages, and equipment.
Workflow / cell design with a focus on waste reduction and process improvement.
Analysis of manufacturing variances to help identify key areas in need of improvement.
Troubleshoot and solve manufacturing problems in a machining environment.
Support Supply Chain and Quality with supplier development activities as needed.
Mentor/guide lower level manufacturing engineers.
Support customer complaints and concerns.
Provide support for Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, companywide.
Other duties, reporting, special assignments, or projects as needed and assigned.
Must remain current with, and complete all required training as assigned.

Qualifications:
5-10 years manufacturing engineering experience.
Minimum 5 years CAD and CAM software experience required. Mastercam preferred.
AutoCAD Inventor 3D modelling or similar software required.
Vericut experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret complex 2D blueprints and 3D models required.
Working knowledge of GD&T required.
Experience with tooling selection and fixture design required.
Knowledge of both manual and CNC machining equipment, specifically multi-axis (5+) programming experience.
Hands on troubleshooting & problem solving including statistical analysis.
Ability to implement change and train employees in a production floor environment.
Excellent technical, written, and oral communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft products.

ESTIMATOR – Commercial & Industrial
Position Description:
The position of Estimator should be capable of preparing proposals for all types of projects (i.e. commercial, industrial, mission critical, education, healthcare, underground, etc.). An individual in this position shall have experience in understanding the means and methods required for completion of various types of construction. A successful estimator shall be able to complete all required take-offs, requests for proposal package reviews, and site reviews required to prepare any proposal. This position will attend project related meetings and site visits when required, complete site visits and scope discussions with assigned Superintendent, Project manager or his designee, and clearly communicate the project requirements and basis for their estimate during bid reviews.
Required Skills:

Why join us? Full Benefits Job Details Maintenance Technician – Tool & Die Job Overview We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support daily operations in a precision tool and die manufacturing environment.
This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment, tooling support systems, and facility infrastructure to minimize downtime and keep machining operations running efficiently.
The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, experience working around CNC machining and toolroom equipment, and is comfortable responding to both planned maintenance and urgent breakdowns.
Key Responsibilities • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines, presses, grinders, and related toolroom equipment • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues • Support tool and die manufacturing operations by maintaining auxiliary equipment (coolant systems, chip conveyors, air systems, etc.) • Diagnose equipment failures and implement permanent fixes • Work with production and toolroom teams to prioritize repairs • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation • Assist with equipment installs, moves, and upgrades • Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas • Follow all safety and lockout/tagout procedures Required Experience & Skills • Maintenance experience in a manufacturing, tool & die, or machining environment • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills • Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems • Experience supporting CNC machining equipment preferred • Ability to read basic mechanical and electrical schematics • Comfortable working independently and responding to breakdowns • Basic welding or fabrication skills a plus • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred Interested in hearing more?
