About the Role

This is not a Farmer role.

The Technology Account Executive is a new-business, hunter-focused position responsible for prospecting, opening doors, and winning new customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build something of their own, a book of business created through effort, consistency, and curiosity.

While relationships you bring in will be nurtured long-term, the primary focus is new logo acquisition. You will own your pipeline end-to-end, from first outreach through close, working closely with engineering and services teams to deliver thoughtful, high-impact solutions.

This is a long-term career opportunity for someone who understands that sustainable success in sales is built over time.

Key Responsibilities

• New Business Development (Primary Focus): Proactively prospect, network, and hunt for net-new accounts within assigned markets and verticals. Create opportunities through outbound activity, referrals, and strategic outreach.
• Pipeline Ownership: Build, manage, and grow a healthy sales pipeline. Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
• Consultative Selling: Engage prospects using a discovery-first approach to understand business challenges. Learn SureLock’s solutions and guide customers toward outcomes that solve real problems.
• Customer Experience Leadership: Own the customer journey from first conversation through close. Ensure a professional, transparent, and trust-based experience throughout the sales process.
• Internal Collaboration: Partner with engineering, services, and leadership to design strong solutions and execute effectively. Coordinate internal resources to support successful deal outcomes.
• Relationship Building: Develop long-term customer relationships with accounts you bring into SureLock. Create repeatable value and future growth opportunities.

SUMMARY

The Manufacturing Engineer/Continuous improvement engineer provides production support for manufacturing process and technical drawings. The ME/CI Engineer assists in developing and supporting continuous improvement tools across the organization. At the manager’s discretion, the ME/CI Engineer works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Create graphical representations of special and standard customer order requirements
• Takes initiative to identify and analyze problems in a logical manner.
• Discuss changes in design, method of manufacture and assembly, and drafting techniques and procedures with staff and coordinate corrections.
• Review project instructions and specifications to identify, modify and plan fabrication requirements and assembly

What will your typical day look like?

As an Electronic Repair Technician, you will report to the Lab Manager. You will work with a cross-functional team, including other repair technicians, production assemblers, account managers, technical support, and operations to support customers to ensure success and satisfaction.

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair circuit boards and electronic assemblies (HMI’s, AC/DC drives, power supplies, displays, controllers, amplifiers, etc.) with limited or no schematics and technical documentation.

• Above average skill in debugging and repairing digital electronics to the component level would be an asset
• Ability to understand assembly instructions and technical documentation
• Test electrical and mechanical components and systems
• Assemble and dis-assemble electrical and mechanical components and systems as required.
• Set up and operate specialized and standard test equipment to diagnose, test and analyze the performance of electrical and electronic components, assemblies and systems.
• Provide feedback to engineering and operations groups regarding first time assemblies.
• Complete repair on assemblies that have failed during one of the post-assembly tests.
• Assist in product validation and testing when required.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement
• Maintain 5S of your work area.
• Assist in inventory, packaging, shipping, receiving.

Summary: The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for finding ways to prevent waste and inefficiency in production processes. They will design and source efficient systems that integrate workers, information, machines, energy, and materials to make products.

Essential Duties

• Designs, redesigns, or enhances work areas and layouts so that uncomfortable positions, repetitive motions, and inefficient operations are reduced or eliminated.
• Maintains knowledge of best practices in manufacturing methods, and trends and developments in technology and equipment; applies this knowledge to maintain the organization’s competitive edge.
• Identifies and analyzes deviations from established manufacturing standards and best practices; conducts root cause analysis and develops data-driven corrective and preventive solutions.
• Implement methods and modifications to reduce production issues and costs.
• Create systems and production processes to ensure all products meet quality control standards.
• Applies Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and/or root cause analysis to formulate/support innovation, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities.
• Creates and maintains required manufacturing process documentation, including process flow charts, capacity and utilization studies, time and motion studies, standard work, cycle time analysis and line balancing.
• Assists new product launches in production. This can include, but is not limited to, creating Standard Work Instructions, Product travelers, and training assets.

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Experience with plastic injection molding machines and processes in addition to other industrial automation products and components.
• 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing of machined parts, component assembly, and ISO quality standards preferred; relevant internship or co-op experience will be considered.
• Practical experience in industrial automation.
• Knowledge of production processes, costs, quality control, raw materials and other methods for maximizing the efficient manufacturing and distribution of goods.
• Hands on experience building small prototypes.

Define the Enterprise Integration & Partner Platform Strategy

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for GoDaddy Commerce's headless commerce APIs and partner SDKs that enable external software platforms to embed payments and commerce workflows.
• Develop a clear vision for who integrates with us, why, and how — prioritizing integrations that deliver high merchant and partner value aligned to our platform core competencies.
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of partner evaluation criteria, technical architecture, and enterprise buyer needs — positioning GoDaddy Commerce competitively alongside platforms like Stripe, Adyen, and Finix.

Champion Enterprise & ISV Partner Workflows

• Serve as the voice of enterprise software partners — from technical architects to product leaders — ensuring our APIs, documentation, and certification processes reflect the needs of real integration teams. 
• Map and optimize end-to-end partner workflows: onboarding → certification → go-live → reporting → revenue share → compliance.
• Translate integration complexity (devices, stores, payment endpoints, invoicing, virtual terminals, headless POS) into scalable, configurable platform solutions.

Drive Payments & Commerce Platform Capabilities

• Partner with engineering to define APIs and services for payments, orders, catalog, inventory, customers, and sales channels that support both embedded and in-person commerce.
• Build support for advanced enterprise requirements including: 
  • Multi-entity and multi-location configuration
  • Reporting and commissions APIs
  • Activity and transaction tracking
  • Risk and fraud scoring hooks
  • Customer authentication and tokenization flows
  • Reseller administrator portal
• Collaborate with Payments, Risk, and FinOps teams to ensure accurate settlement, reporting, and reconciliation across embedded payment flows.

Influence and Collaborate with Enterprise Clients

• Meet directly with enterprise partners and resellers to understand their technical and business integration needs, gather feedback, and guide co-development pilots and close sales.
• Partner with Business Development and Solutions Engineering to support partner evaluation cycles, ensuring APIs, sandbox tools, and documentation demonstrate enterprise-grade capability and reliability.
• Translate client conversations into actionable platform requirements, balancing enterprise flexibility with platform scalability.

Deliver Hypothesis-Driven Product Discovery

• Use experimentation and partner pilots to validate API features and developer experiences before scaling.
• Measure what matters: partner integration velocity, merchant attach and retention, API usage, revenue contribution, and partner NPS.
• Continuously iterate roadmap priorities based on adoption, partner satisfaction, and ecosystem performance.

Scale and Evangelize the Partner Platform

Your experience should include...

• 8+ years of product management experience in platform, API, or payments products, with deep knowledge of payments architecture and commerce primitives.
• 2+ years of ISO 8583 financial messaging experience.
• Proven success embedding payments/commerce into enterprise ISV and middleware platforms with measurable adoption outcomes.
• Expert in headless and API-first product development, including API design tradeoffs, SDK usability, and developer enablement.
• Strong client-facing skills leading discovery, solution reviews, and executive briefings with enterprise partners.
• Track record of cross-functional influence across engineering, business development, operations, and compliance teams.
