Sr Product Manager, Reach Demand (Adtech)

We are looking for a high-performing individual to join the Reach Demand product team to develop and drive monetization of upper funnel advertising solutions. You will partner with cross-functional global teams, external partners, and customers to identify opportunities to exceed customer objectives and grow product revenue and margin. Role and Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for upper funnel reach solutions supporting our brand and media/entertainment advertisers with an emphasis on contextual relevance, attention optimization, and incrementality
- Identify market trends and opportunities, ensuring solutions address client pain points and define a product strategy that prioritizes agility and scalability, adapting to the dynamic needs of our advertisers in driving full funnel marketing outcomes, leveraging Samsung Ads
- Work closely with sales, business stakeholders and advertisers to understand their upper funnel brand awareness and reach goals and translate client feedback into actionable product features that enhance user engagement, session continuity, and advertising efficiency.
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of upper funnel reach solutions built from the ground up by collaborating with engineering, design, and data science teams to incorporate Samsung's rich 1st party data and advanced machine learning models to deliver high-quality, innovative product features.
- Operate in an agile, iterative environment to prototype, test, and rapidly improve product offerings and advocate for data-driven insights to enhance product performance and scalability.
- Communicate the strategy, plans and progress to stakeholders in different geographies and business units and identify new opportunities for extending products and features
Skills and Qualifications
- 8+ years in product management, with a specialization in reach and brand awareness solutions; including 4+ years in AdTech experience
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering and data science teams to integrate machine learning into products for the AdTech companies is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of building and scaling products from zero to one in fast-paced, agile environments and proficiency in leveraging data to inform product decisions and drive measurable results.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working effectively with globally distributed teams, managing cross-functional stakeholders and having the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proficiency in basic data analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL and the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and evaluate tradeoffs with engineering
Compensation for this role, for candidates based in Mountain View, CA is expected to be between $165,000 ~ $215,000 base. Actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the integrity and performance of ASIC components by applying meticulous cleaning and inspection processes in a controlled cleanroom environment.
Responsibilities: Perform precision cleaning of ASICs and microscopic wafers using specialized tools, including a 30x stereo microscope and Leica A60.
Clean and inspect small wafers under magnification to ensure they are free from contaminants or physical defects.
Inspect and analyze PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) for defects or contamination that may impact performance.
Work in a Class 10,000 cleanroom environment, strictly adhering to contamination control and safety standards.
Handle sensitive wafers with extreme care to prevent physical damage or contamination.
Accurately document cleaning activities, findings, and issues.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes and maintain product integrity.
Stay current with the latest cleaning techniques, tools, and industry best practices.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as an ASIC Cleaning Technician or similar role in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
Proficiency in using a 30x stereo microscope, Leica A60, and other relevant tools.
Comfortable working for extended periods under a microscope for detailed wafer cleaning and inspection.
Experience working in a Class 10,000 cleanroom environment.
Strong understanding of electronics, ASICs, and PCB handling.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Position Overview
The Lead AI Safety and Enablement Engineer ensures the safe, reliable and scalable use of AI and machine learning across Exact Sciences. This role focuses on developing and implementing systems, tools, and frameworks that embed responsible AI principles into the organization's technology ecosystem. The position combines software engineering expertise with a strong understanding of AI risk management, compliance, and observability.
This role is based in one of our office location. Relocation assistance provided to those not local to the area and willing to relocate.
Essential Duties
Include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support implementation of enterprise standards for AI safety, transparency, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain shared AI safety tools such as model catalogs, metadata registries, and monitoring systems for bias, drift, and performance.
- Build APIs, templates, and SDKs that integrate governance and validation into AI/ML development pipelines.
- Contribute to the design of observability and telemetry solutions for continuous monitoring of model and data quality.
- Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and InfoSec teams to translate AI policies into automated controls and technical safeguards.
- Work with ML and GenAI teams to embed validation and safety checkpoints in AI workflows.
- Participate in cross-functional reviews and discussions supporting AI governance and responsible AI practices.
- Promote awareness and adoption of responsible AI principles through tools, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.
- Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in software, ML systems, or platform engineering.
- Practical experience with AI lifecycle tools (e.g., MLflow, Arize, WhyLabs, Label Studio).
- Proficiency in Python, CI/CD processes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience developing scalable and compliant ML systems and tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or AI.
- Experience implementing AI assurance, observability, or risk management frameworks.
- Knowledge of GenAI, LLM evaluation, and prompt safety practices.
- Familiarity with FDA, HIPAA, or GxP compliance standards.
Salary Range:
$184,000.00- $276,000.00
The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis and may differ by hiring location.
