About the Role

As our Interior Designer III (Senior Designer), you will play a key role in shaping branded environments and commercial spaces from concept through execution. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients while taking a leadership role in driving project outcomes.

This position offers the opportunity to influence design process, mentor new designers, and contribute significantly to Palmer Hamilton's continued growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead all phases of commercial design projects

  • Deliver projects on time and within scope
  • Train and mentor new designers on workflows, intakes, and presentations
  • Independently manage client intakes and design presentations
  • Help strengthen and refine team processes and design standards

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of commercial interior design experience
  • NCIDQ certification
  • Strong portfolio showing commercial design work from concept through installation
  • Ability to read and develop construction drawings, specifications, and documentation
  • Excellent communication, visualization, and client‐facing skills
  • Ability to manage your own project load efficiently with minimal oversight
  • Strong leadership presence and willingness to take charge on complex projects

Job Title : Nuclear Engineer (Naval Reactors Engineer) Category / Component : Officer • Active Overview Design, regulate, and oversee the Navy's nuclear propulsion program, including reactor design, fleet operations, and eventual defueling and decommissioning of nuclear powered ships and submarines from Naval Reactors Headquarters and associated Department of Energy laboratories and shipyards.

Key Responsibilities Provide technical direction in areas such as reactor and fluid systems design, reactor physics, materials development, component design for steam generators, pumps, and valves, instrumentation and control for reactor and propulsion plants, testing and quality control, radiation shielding, and chemistry and radiological controls; review designs and analyses from laboratories, shipyards, and industry partners; coordinate with fleet units to ensure safe and reliable nuclear plant operation.
