The applicant shall assist product/project team(s) by developing, integrating, and presenting task-oriented activities in a comprehensive Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Microsoft Project and Milestone Professional.

The applicant shall develop a detailed IMS for all activities important to the teams’ success, and present IMS data in a clear and concise manner consistent with accepted schedule management techniques and processes.

Essential Job Functions: The applicant shall provide services to team leads with schedule status reviews and schedule update meetings.

The applicant shall perform IMS health checks and what-if analysis using Government-approved software at the request of USG team leads.

The applicant will present information related to the IMS during recurring meetings, and develop presentation slides and other materials as needed using Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.

A Master's Degree in a specialized field

Roles and Responsibilities Lead all on-site activities with a primary focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Enforce compliance with Client, MIOSHA, and company safety policies in partnership with the Safety Department.

Ensure work meets drawings, specifications, and code requirements through proactive quality control.

Collaborate with Project Management on work scopes, subcontractor selection, estimating, and change management.

Coordinate with internal teams — Safety, Estimating, Accounting, and Self-Perform — to ensure project success from start to closeout.

Conduct and document weekly progress meetings and reports, addressing milestones, design issues, and schedule impacts.

Develop and maintain 3-week lookahead schedules and provide input to master project schedules.

Manage inspections with authorities and testing agencies.

Oversee daily reporting and document control for internal and client use.

Proactively manage change orders, cost impacts, and approvals.

Track and verify labor, materials, and quantities for time-and-material or unit-priced work.

Mentor and supervise field staff and assistant superintendents, promoting professional growth and performance.

Report monthly on project status, budget, schedule, risks, and opportunities to company leadership.

The Location Roncelli is headquartered in Sterling Heights, Michigan, however, this position will have some travel to jobsites and customer meetings as needed.

Job Details Job Responsibilities Supervise a team of engineers and designers providing daily tasks and assignments Provide training and guidance to junior engineers to perform their job tasks Provide weekly project updates to management Be able to do perform engineering calculations of drives, shafts, cylinders, and bearings.

Provide input to drawing development and technical support to the engineering team Must be able to create a working solution to technical issues in a timely manner.

Understand basic structural / header steel design and coordinate with the Customer and Structural Engineering service provider.

for state certified drawings of all structural and civil drawings.

Be able to provide and create ABM’s, Work Orders for the shop and purchasing.

Answer all questions from purchasing and the shop regarding the orders.

After award review and track project requirements Pre/Post Award Project submittals.

Work with the project manager on-site as required.

Be able to visit jobsites for meetings and field checks as requested.

Assist project manager and superintendent as needed quoting additional work requirement.

Maintain updated task list for the project being worked on Assist the project manager with tasks as required Must be able to provide chain pulls on CP Plus with drive balancing and drive drop out capability based upon the customer requirements.

Provide FMEA and FEA documentation to outside source per the customer requirements.

Maintain the knowledge of the latest specifications for the customer and keep up to date on the revisions as they are released from the customer.

Be able to work with and monitor engineering sub-contractor selected for the project.

Provide start-up assistance as required to the project manager and superintendent.

Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and/or 10 years automotive conveyor work experience.
