Summary:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector at our manufacturing facility in Seattle, WA. This role will require you to accurately evaluate and document receiving, in-process and final inspection of highly intricate prototype, custom parts and assemblies for a variety of applications from Aerospace, military, Energy Production and R&D. You will need to have an extreme attention to detail, skill in basic shop mathematics, the ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications and personal discipline to document and report nonconforming products in an objective manner.
Responsibilities:
- Enact inspection activities to obtain objective evidence of compliance for CNC manufactured parts, assemblies, complex tooling, and other components.
- Interpret and measure features containing Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Use manual inspection tooling such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges and surface plate activities to obtain compliance evidence for requirements up to the fourth decimal place (tenths) of accuracy.
- Create and review compliance documentation related to Receiving, In-process and Final inspection on Materials, Processes and Completed Products.
- Ensure conformance with customer Drawing, Specification and Purchase Order.
- Assist engineering department in implementing strategies to improve accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Have recent 3-5 years (min) working experience within a machine shop atmosphere.
- Have a reasonable understanding of math, including trigonometry and geometry.
- Have a strong understanding of GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
- Be skilled in the use of all measurement equipment and machinery within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong skills in blueprint and part drawing interpretation for high tolerance, precision parts are mandatory.
- Bring ideas to the table to increase speed and efficiency in the department.
Skills:
- Experience using DCC controls on a CMM.
- Experience in PC-DMIS, utilizing both solid models and touch point programing to perform inspection activities.
- Functional use of SolidWorks or a similar CAD system.
- Familiarity with complex dimensional reporting mechanisms, such as AS9102.
- Manipulation of outputs to multiple formats such as linear graphical representation, point cloud comparison, and polar graphics.
- Familiarity with Digital Product Definition (DPD) requirements per D6-51991 desired.

This position is for a P6 CPM Scheduler position for major capital improvement projects in the greater Seattle area supporting Transportation, (ports, airports, rail) and Infrastructure projects. These will be onsite/hybrid jobs but you need to be living in the Seattle area...These positions are NOT REMOTE.
Duties:
- Monitor project progress against an established baseline; prepare analyses for staff and stakeholders identifying critical paths, near critical paths, milestone impacts, phasing shifts and potential trends.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the full project lifecycle for a 7,000 sq. ft. lab build-out, from construction coordination through equipment commissioning

Job Summary
Rush Commercial Construction, Inc., is currently seeking a proven advanced Senior Project Engineer to join a well-established regional construction company that specializes in Class A office, healthcare, multifamily developments and senior housing. The ideal Project Engineer is in charge of planning and coordinating technical engineering initiatives to make sure they can complete a project within their budget and according to a schedule. Their duties include upholding project standards by researching compliance regulations, developing project implementation plans and adjusting specifications for elements of a project.
- Able to use Timberline Estimating for take-off quantities, compile estimate content and put together small change order and TI estimates
- Use design decision log to track impact of owner changes on estimates between phases (conceptual, DD and GMP), assisting PM
- Help PM develop appropriate value-oriented options for cost savings or making project more constructible
- Support subcontractor prequalification

Essential Functions
The CISO is a strategic thought leader, consensus builder, and integrator who balances cybersecurity with organizational agility and mission needs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Leadership, Governance & Strategy
- Develop, maintain, and oversee a comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program, grounded in HITRUST CSF, NIST CSF, and leading industry frameworks.
- Lead all cybersecurity and infrastructure operations teams, including hiring, development, and performance management.
- Establish and chair an Information Security Steering Committee.
- Provide cybersecurity program reporting to The Guthrie Clinic Audit Committee and annual program reporting to the full Guthrie Clinic Board of Directors, and other leadership and Guthrie hospital board meetings as requested.
Policy, Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
- Develop, publish, and maintain security policies, standards, and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with the HIPAA Security Rule, NY DOH cybersecurity regulations, PCI DSS, and other applicable federal and state healthcare cybersecurity regulations.
- Work with enterprise business units to define acceptable residual risk levels and manage risk remediation plans.
Risk Management & Cyber Risk Quantification
- Lead formal risk assessment processes, including cyber risk quantification to inform executive decision‑making.
- Create and maintain a robust program for information classification, ownership, accountability, and protection.
- Monitor external threats and emerging technologies, including AI‑related risks, and advise on appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Support annual cyber insurance renewal process
Third‑Party & Medical Device Security
- Lead a comprehensive TPRM program, including evaluation, onboarding, monitoring, and continuous assessment of vendor cybersecurity and cloud service providers.
- Oversee medical device cybersecurity programs, coordinating with clinical engineering and biomedical teams to protect connected clinical technologies.
Operational Security & Incident Response
- Oversee security operations center (SOC) functions and SIEM, SOAR, and DLP technologies.
- Lead incident response and investigation processes, including post‑incident analysis and continuous improvement.
- Oversee vulnerability management, penetration testing, and configuration hardening programs.
Architecture, Technology & Innovation
- Partner with enterprise architecture teams to ensure alignment between security principles and system design.
- Provide security guidance for IT projects, cloud adoption, AI initiatives, and new clinical technology implementations.
- Ensure the secure design, implementation, and continuous cyber governance of the organization’s Epic electronic health record (EHR) environment, spanning access controls, third‑ party risk, and SEER compliance.
Awareness, Training & Culture
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity training programs for all employees, contractors, and system users.
- Drive a culture of security awareness and shared accountability across the organization.
Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Create a metrics and reporting framework to measure program maturity, operational performance, and risk exposure.
- Manage internal and external cybersecurity resources, contracts, and consulting partnerships.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as required in support of The Guthrie Clinic’s mission and objectives.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least one active professional information security certification that requires CPEs such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar required.
- GIAC Certifications (SANS Institute), FAIR, ITIL, PMI, or technical certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Epic, etc.) preferred.
