The Role

You will own the schedule, the budget, and client relationships - supported by a highly experienced field team. This is a hands-on PM role where you run real work, not just push paperwork.

The Role

As Senior Project Engineer, you will work alongside senior project managers serving as owner's representative on behalf of a confidential defense tech client. You will be a critical part of the project delivery team, supporting the day-to-day execution of complex construction projects from the owner's side. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role with real exposure to executive-level clients and mission-critical work.

What You'll Own

• Support senior PMs in managing proposals, drafting meeting minutes, contract creation, and client reporting documents

The Financial Coordinator will join the Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship ("Center") as the in-house accountant and manager for the Center's multi-million dollar annual budget.

About the Role

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Cesium chloride (CsCl) density gradient ultracentrifugation, ion-exchange chromatography, affinity purification, and tangential flow filtration (TFF), with a strong understanding of purification principles and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Execute purification processes including CsCl density gradient ultracentrifugation, affinity chromatography (e.g., AVB, CaptureSelect), ion-exchange chromatography (AEX, CEX), and other polishing steps.
• Operate AKTA systems (Avant, Pure, or Pilot) for small- to large-scale purification runs.
• Perform TFF operations for buffer exchange and concentration of intermediate or final products.
• Support experimental design, data collection, and documentation following established procedures and GMP/GLP best practices.
• Assist in troubleshooting and optimization of purification processes.
• Analyze in-process and purified samples using relevant analytical methods (e.g., UV, SDS-PAGE, ddPCR, ELISA, or HPLC).
