Overview

Harper Construction is seeking an experienced Project Engineer for a large-scale military vertical construction project located at MCAS Yuma.

This role requires direct, relevant experience on ground-up vertical construction projects valued at $20 million and above. Candidates must have worked on complex federal building projects similar in size, scope, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the quality management duties, including quality of the works, material management, documentation, and close-out to ensure safe, quality, efficient, and effective project execution.
• Directs inspections, documents, and updates appropriate records quickly and accurately.
• Read specifications and resource documents to determine requirements and planning procedures.
• Responsible for leading and managing quality processes, including submittals, shop drawings, and as-builts.
• Creates and implements project-specific inspection and test plans and quality control plans.
• Perform the USACE three phases of control: Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up.
• Supports Site Safety to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience as a Project Superintendent, QCM, or Project Engineer, on similar-sized and type construction contracts. (vertical construction valued at $20M+)
• At least two years’ experience as a Senior Project Engineer in construction.
• Must be familiar with the requirements of EM 385-1-1, and have experience in the areas of hazard identification, safety compliance, and sustainability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with USACE and/or NAVFAC is highly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, or a similar field
• Working knowledge of Procore document control system.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary: $125,000 to $145,000 annually (Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and qualifications.)

Sycuan Tribal Government is seeking a Planner I to support the development, preservation, and long‐term vision of the Sycuan Reservation. This role assists with capital and infrastructure projects, interdepartmental coordination, research, permitting, and ensuring compliance with Tribal, federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support major and minor capital, construction, and research projects, including scopes, contracts, RFPs, schedules, budgets, and consultant/contractor coordination.
• Ensure projects comply with Tribal ordinances and applicable environmental and land‐use regulations.
• Perform research, data collection, reporting, and project documentation.
• Prepare planning resolutions, ordinances, amendments, policies, and local permitting documents.
• Maintain strong working relationships with Tribal Council, departments, agencies, utilities, and community partners.

Position Summary

Extract, research, develop, test, and improve materials used in our products and processes. Perform tests and conduct research on properties, performance and applications of metals including high-performance alloys. Analyze material behavior under various conditions and prepare technical reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform assigned routine and advanced or complex tests on raw material, product in process, re-worked material, finished goods and/or developmental samples in accordance with customer and/or quality standards/specifications.
• Conduct research on the properties, performance, and applications of metals including high-performance alloys such as stainless steel, titanium, and nickel alloys.
• Develop and test new materials to improve product durability, performance, and efficiency.
• Perform failure analysis and recommend design/material improvements.
• Analyze material behavior under various conditions (stress, temperature, corrosion, wear, etc.).
• Review and manage internal and external material lab test results.
• Develop and maintain processes for new product introduction.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation for internal and customer use.

Leidos is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electronics Technician to contribute to cutting-edge engineering efforts within our Undersea Systems Division (USD). This role is a unique opportunity to drive innovation in underwater vehicle systems, maritime sensors, subsea telemetry, and ISR solutions that support critical defense and national security missions at Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC PAC).

The ideal candidate will perform assembly, installation, testing, and evaluation of precision underwater products as directed by engineering and lead integration personnel. They will also be able to read, interpret, and work with engineering schematics and drawing markups to produce mission-ready equipment.   Tasking may include soldering, circuit board repairs, wire harness construction, mechanical assembly, boat operations/installations, bench testing, cable construction, fiber-optic systems, high-power systems, communication networks, and molding & encapsulation. Handling highly delicate scientific instruments is required. Travel for test events and installations may be required.

This position will require the candidate to work a 9/80B schedule (80 hours of work into nine days over a two-week period, allowing for every other Friday off) to align with the NIWC government team.

• Primary Responsibilities.
• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot small, printed circuit boards, adhering to soldering quality standards such as IPC-A-610 or equivalent
• Perform precision silicon molding for components that meet high-performance standards
• Conduct cable terminations with accuracy, ensuring long-term reliability
• Build and test wiring harnesses
• Assemble mechanical hardware (from small board-level items all the way up to large infrastructure-type assemblies)
• Able to troubleshoot and correct electrical and mechanical issues
• Perform in-lab testing
• Manage logistics to include shipping, receiving, and material control
• Stock, pack, and load trailers/containers for out-of-area testing
• Verify system functionality using advanced electronic testing tools, such as soldering stations, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and environmental simulators
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to improve production processes and address technical challenges
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and adhere to safety and quality standards
• Apply innovative problem-solving techniques to resolve technical challenges in high-stakes environments
• Requires frequent movement around piers, docks, and facility spaces
• Required to transport or lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds across the facility
• Requires constant use of hands/fingers to operate machinery, tools, or computer equipment

• Basic Qualifications.

• Proficiency in cable and wire termination methods for both wet and dry applications, including various connectors.
• Proficiency in both Through-Hole and Surface-Mount Technologies and assembly practices, with adherence to established standards.
• Ability to assemble printed circuit boards with components as small as 0201 under a microscope.
• Strong skills in using tools such as soldering irons, multimeters, and oscilloscopes.

In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. You will use simulations and reinforcement learning, ensuring consistency with business objectives, and supporting cross-functional teams in data-informed experimentation solutions. Your experience should include...

• 3+ years of professional experience managing and leading high-performing teams, including mentoring and coaching team member to achieve organizational goals
• 5+ years of professional experience in experimentation methodology, Reinforcement Learning, and software development 
• 2 + years of professional with experimentation platforms, data pipelines, and analytical tools to guide methodological rigor
• A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
• A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
• 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to define and implement a vision for experimentation best practices across diverse product areas
