Position Overview: The Site Safety Representative (SSR) will serve as the on-site safety authority for a pump station construction project for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission during the months of May to September. During months of September to May, the SSR will work on various projects throughout the Bay Area.

The SSR must have demonstrated experience with pump station or similarly complex utility infrastructure projects and be capable of adapting safety controls as site conditions, sequencing, and scope evolve.

Start Date: May 1, 2026

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily inspections of active field work area(s) covering workplace conditions, physical facility safety, and employee work practices. Document of any deficiencies and corrective actions
• Attend required City Representative meetings
• Conduct “toolbox” safety meetings per CAL/OSHA standards and conduct monthly safety committee meetings
• Establish the specific and appropriate levels of protection for each work task and include within the AHAs/JHAs
• Implement and enforce Health and Safety Plan and any other safety plans required for the scope of work

Qualifications: (candidates must meet the minimum below for consideration)

POSITION SUMMARY

The Estimator’s primary responsibility is to analyze and interpret project information in the assembly of budgets, bids, and proposals. Occasional travel is required. This position reports to the Senior Preconstruction Project Manager or the Director of Preconstruction.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Evaluate bid requests.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Function as a conduit for project stakeholders advancing the project forward during the preconstruction phase.
• Jobsite visits to review existing conditions.
• Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships and communication with clients, construction managers, project teams, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, adjacent communities, trade unions, and government agencies.
• Review all project documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare detailed take-offs and budgets.
• Assemble quantities into project management tools accurately.
• Present budget and value engineering ideas to the owner and design team.

• Write and ensure execution of all subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Manage project buy-out and formalize subcontractors.
• Coordinates constructability reviews for its projects with QA/QC Department.
• Work collaboratively with Project Manager, Superintendent, and project team to phase assigned projects.
• Develop initial project schedule and site logistics plan. Update as needed with input from Operations.
• Conduct team meetings, owner/architect meetings, and budget reviews.
• Present job cost, scheduling and budget updates at regular intervals.
• Support career development of Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Attend company and industry events, including meetings, classes, workshops, conferences, etc.
• Other related duties as assigned or needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related technical degree, and 2-3 years of estimating experience, preferably with a general contractor. Candidates should have advanced math skills, ability to visualize in 2D and 3D, and an understanding of risk evaluation. Candidates must have a solid understanding of the construction industry, job site safety requirements, contract management, planning and scheduling, budgets, building products and relevant technology. This position requires a high level of fluency reading plans, specifications, and related project documents. Key competencies are initiative, communication, teamwork, dependability, and attention to detail.

Technical Skills: Primavera 6, Destini, Building Connected, MS Office, CCTO, and Procore.

The Cost Manager provides cost management services including invoice validation, cost forecasting and reporting, change management, close out administration, procurement management, earned value and value engineering. The Cost Manager should have the ability to identify opportunities within a project that will add value and help successfully accomplish the client’s desired project outcome.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue periodic cost reports to senior technical staff Prepare construction related cost estimates, cost plans, and cost strategies.
• Review the cash flow prepared by junior technical staff and issues to senior technical staff

As aStaff Data Engineer at tvScientific, you will be a key player in implementing the robust data infrastructure to power our data-heavy company. You will collaborate with our cross-functional teams to evolve our core data pipelines, design for efficiency as we scale, and store data in optimal engines and formats.This is anindividual contributor role, where you will work to define and implement a strategic vision for data engineering within the organization.

What we're looking for:

• Production data engineering experience
  
• Proficiency in Spark and Scala, with proven experience building data infrastructure in Spark using Scala
  
• Experience in delivering significant technical initiatives and building reliable, large scale services
  
• Experience in delivering APIs backed by relationship-heavy datasets
  
• Familiarity with data lakes, cloud warehouses, and storage formats
  
• Strong proficiency in AWS services
  
• Expertise in SQL for data manipulation and extraction
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Team & Mission

The Measurement Products team helps advertisers measure the incremental impact of their Pinterest campaigns and make informed investment decisions. We own and operate core measurement products including Pinterest Conversion Lift (PCL) Studies and Brand Lift Studies.

We build the platform these products run on and are evolving it into our nextgen Measurement Hub, an extensible platform that enables faster product iteration, onboarding of new study types, and deeper integration with Pinterest's enterprise data and experimentation systems. Our mission is to measure true incremental impact and translate it into actionable insights for advertisers and partners.

Role Summary

We're seeking a Staff Engineer to lead the architecture and technical direction of the measurement platform behind how advertisers understand the impact of their investment on Pinterest. You'll drive endtoend platform evolution (pipelines, services, correctness, reliability), partner closely with Product and Data Science, and raise the bar on rigor, trust, and operational excellence in ads measurement.

• Own endtoend architecture and delivery of features for lift measurement products, from design and implementation through rollout and ongoing reliability.
  
• Design, build, and optimize largescale data pipelines that power study setup, experiment execution, and results computation.
  
• Drive AI enablement across the team by building the supporting tooling and processes (CI checks, test strategy, templates), coaching engineers, and ensuring adoption results in sustained improvements to delivery speed and system quality.
  
• Translate measurement methodology into production systems: partner with Data Science to operationalize study design requirements into pipelines, services, tooling, and guardrails.
  
• Build "rigor by default" mechanisms: automated data validation, randomization/holdout integrity checks, imbalance diagnostics, and continuous verification/backtesting.
  
• Raise the bar on data quality and trust: define SLAs, build monitoring and anomaly detection, and lead rootcause analysis for pipeline and study issues.
  
• Mentor and up level engineers, driving strong technical execution and crossfunctional collaboration.

• BS+ in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on dataintensive systems.
  
• Strong proficiency building and operating largescale data pipelines (batch and/or streaming) using Java/Scala/Kotlin or Python, plus SQL.
  
• Experience designing reliable services and APIs, with solid foundations in distributed systems, data modeling, and performance optimization.
  
• Demonstrated ability to transform a team's engineering workflow using AI-from pilot to broad adoption-through tooling, enablement, and change leadership, with clear metrics (cycle time, defect rate, on-call load, incident rate).
  
• Experience in AdTech and measurement products (e.g., conversion lift, brand lift) or adjacent experimentation/analytics platforms.
  
• Working knowledge of experimentation and causal measurement fundamentals (randomization, holdouts, confounders, significance, power).
  
• Practical experience with backtesting, controlled rollouts, and continuous verification for correctness in measurement/analytics systems.
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead large crossfunctional initiatives, drive alignment, and deliver measurable impact through technical leadership.
