Core Responsibilities:
- Lead complex plumbing system design
- Oversee QA/QC across multiple projects
- Reduce liability exposure through strong technical standards
- Develop internal technical training programs
- Support PM forecasting and technical risk planning
- Participate in executive-level client meetings
