The required qualifications are as follows:


Position Details: Design, development, and support of sensor products with significant focus on nuclear pressure transmitter products.


Purpose of Position:

This position will be responsible for the design, development and support of sensor products with significant focus on nuclear pressure transmitter products. This includes design engineering, AutoCAD, SolidWorks 3D modeling, drawing creation, component specification and supplier qualification, environmental analysis, qualification testing, sustaining engineering, manufacturing support and project management.

Required:

  • BSME from an ABET accredited University; or, equivalent Engineering degree in adjacent discipline (e.g. Electrical,

  • Five (5) or more years of engineering experience including pressure sensors and transmitters
  • Experience with pressure transmitter calibration, bench testing, component level troubleshooting, root cause analysis
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes
  • Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
  • GD&T per ASME Y14.5M
  • Experience and ability to work in a regulated industry
  • Good verbal and written communication including technical writing (English)
  • SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar MCAD, MS Office

About the Role

This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and plays a critical part in commercial data visibility, performance reporting, and insight generation across Sales, Finance, Operations, Brand, and Growth.


You will build scalable reporting systems, automate workflows, and create dashboards that provide clear performance visibility across B2B, D2C, retail, and POS channels.


This is a hands-on analytics role focused on delivering accurate reporting, identifying key drivers, and supporting better business decisions.


What You’ll Do

Analytics & Reporting

  • Write and maintain complex SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple systems.
  • Build scalable, automated reporting models using advanced Excel/Google Sheets formulas.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards in Hex (or similar BI tools), leveraging some SQL and Python as necessary.
  • Create executive-ready visualizations and performance reporting frameworks.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.


S&OP and Forecast Visibility

  • Maintain forecasting dashboards and reporting frameworks that support sales, financial, and operational planning.
  • Analyze forecast variance, accuracy, and bias to surface key drivers and risks.
  • Support S&OP by ensuring inputs are consolidated, validated, and clearly visualized.
  • Analyze performance across omnichannel business (Retail, B2B, D2C, POS).


Syndicated Data & Category Support

  • Support analysis of syndicated data sources (e.g., Nielsen or similar) to provide category performance visibility and competitive benchmarking.
  • Maintain category scorecards, including distribution, velocity, pricing, and promotional metrics.
  • Surface key trends and competitive movements to support retail sales strategy.
  • Provide analytical support for buyer meetings and line reviews.


Data Systems & Process Optimization

  • Partner with IT and data engineering resources to improve data pipelines and system integrations.
  • Define data acquisition and integration logic to ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Improve workflows through automation, documentation, and streamlined reporting structures.
  • Document models, queries, and reporting logic for long-term scalability.


Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Brand, and Product teams to answer strategic business questions.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights that influence decision-making.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations with clearly stated assumptions and confidence levels.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience writing complex queries.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience with BI/dashboarding tools (Hex, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
  • Experience supporting commercial forecasting processes (variance analysis, accuracy tracking).

Objective of the Role

Our client is seeking a Director of Analytics & Insights to lead the strategic development of its measurement and insights capability. This individual will define how performance is measured, interpreted and communicated across client engagements, with a particular focus on ecommerce, digital advertising effectiveness and broader brand growth.

The role is designed for a senior leader who can combine technical depth with business judgment. The successful candidate will establish a clear vision for analytics and reporting, strengthen the quality of insight generation across the organization, and help create scalable frameworks that enable client teams to translate data into action. This position will also play an important role in shaping how advanced tools, automation and artificial intelligence support a modern analytics function.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in ecommerce analytics, digital advertising measurement and commercial insight generation, ideally gained within a brand-led environment, an agency, or a similarly complex client-facing business. A deep understanding of marketplace ecosystems is essential, particularly in relation to Amazon advertising, Amazon Marketing Cloud, omnichannel measurement and upper-funnel media effectiveness.

This person should be equally credible in technical and executive settings: capable of engaging with analysts, data partners and technical teams while also presenting clear, actionable conclusions to senior leadership. The right profile will combine strategic thinking, intellectual curiosity, sound judgment and the ability to bring structure to an evolving function.

Responsibilities

  • Define and advance the analytics and insights vision for the organization.
  • Establish scalable measurement frameworks covering retail performance, advertising effectiveness, brand growth and operational health.
  • Lead and develop the analytics team, strengthening capabilities, role clarity and professional growth.
  • Create clear standards for reporting, dashboards and insight delivery across client accounts.
  • Improve the quality of interpretation by ensuring data is translated into commercial recommendations and action plans.

Engagement Description –

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

1. Lead the coordination of a regionally aligned, multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to meet member needs telephonic and/or digitally. The multidisciplinary team is inclusive of Medical and Behavioral Health Social Workers, Registered Dietitians, Pharmacists, Clinical Support Staff and Medical Directors.

2. Use the case management process to assess, develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate care plans designed to optimize the members' health across the care continuum.

3. Assess the member's health, psychosocial needs, cultural preferences, and support systems.

4. Engage the member and/or caregiver to develop an individualized plan of care, address barriers, identify gaps in care, and promotes improved overall health outcomes.

5. Arrange resources necessary to meet identified needs (e.g., community resources, mental health services, substance abuse services, financial support services and disease-specific services).

6. Coordinate care delivery and support among member support systems, including providers, community-based agencies, and family.

7. Advocate for members and promote self-advocacy.

8. Deliver education to include health literacy, self-management skills, medication plans, and nutrition.

9. Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of the care management plan, assess adherence to care plan to ensure progress to goals and adjust and reevaluate as necessary.

10. Accurately document interactions that support management of the member.

11. Prepare the member and/or caregiver for discharge from a facility to home or for transfer to another healthcare facility to support continuity of care.

12. Educate the member and/or caregiver about post-transition care and needed follow-up, summarizing what happened during an episode of care.

13. Secure durable medical equipment and transportation services and communicate this to the member and/or caregiver and to key individuals at the receiving facility or home care agency.

14. Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules and guidelines meeting quality and production goals.

15. Continue professional development by completing relevant continuing education and maintaining Certified Case Manager (CCM).
