BryceTech has an immediate opening for a Personnel Manager to support the Space Systems Command MilComm & PNT (SSC/CG) Directorate with a broad range of acquisition capabilities to execute effective and responsive integrated program management of space-related research, development, production, operations and maintenance, and lifecycle acquisition activities. The SSC/CG Directorate is responsible for the planning, acquisition, and sustainment of space-enabled MilComm & PNT capabilities for National/Joint Force Operations. The Personnel Manager will provide the government customer actionable information, advice, opinions, alternatives, analyses, evaluations, and processes to eliminate waste, with the goal of standardizing best practices and reducing cycle times/cost of doing business to optimize acquisition support to the SSC/CG directorate. - Oversee automated data processing equipment (ADPE) management and tracking of ADPE assets to ensure effective procurement, operation, maintenance and replacement of ADPE assets
- Oversee infrastructure management activities to include effective coordination on Aerospace facilities to ensure space requirements are met and Facility Board meetings are effectively managed.
- Oversee the organization's training and professional development program to include planning, organizing, managing and evaluating all aspects of the program to ensure effective operations.
- Oversee, monitor and track all deployment activities for both personnel and equipment.
- Oversee, monitor and track all activities for performance management. This includes but is not limited to tracking performance reports, feedback forms, military promotion forms, stratifications and force shaping forms.

Required Qualifications:
- This position requires at least an active DoD Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree required in related field such as management and/or business

- Generate concept proposals in alignment with R&D efforts to help attribute requirements gathering
- Down select solutions generated based on quantifiable vehicle attributes, system cost and weight
- Propose and defend solutions in engineering review meetings
- Develop and refine process documentation including build instructions, test and validation procedures, health and safety standards, and mBOMs
- Create, maintain, and communicate detailed production plans and schedules
- Work closely with supply chain to develop new and existing suppliers as needed
- Design, develop and implement production tooling and equipment
- Participate in design reviews to drive design for manufacturing (DFM)
- Oversee introduction and implementation of new products and manufacturing capabilities
- Analyze and resolve manufacturing issues and non-conformances
- Develop, mentor, and train peers and colleagues
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, or manufacturing engineering, or other technical degree.
- 5+ years of mechanisms manufacturing, testing and validation experience
- Experience with operations/product line management
- Demonstrated direct or indirect leadership
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (NX preferred)
- Experience in selection, procurement, and implementation/validation of manufacturing equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mechanisms design, testing and validation from high volume production environments
- Experience developing comprehensive testing and validation procedures and the required documentation processes
- Experience in qualification and acceptance testing of complex aerospace mechanisms
- Working experience with capacity modeling, process mapping, Lean/Six Sigma and value stream mapping
- Experience in transitioning development processes to rate production

- Must be able to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities of the Senior Manufacturing Engineer
- Lead manufacturing engineering improvement projects across CNC turning and grinding operations
- Own tooling design reviews, validate tooling specifications, and execute tooling updates using SolidWorks
- Review and optimize legacy process parameters, tooling selections, and machining standards
- Collaborate directly with operators, vendors, tooling suppliers, and Design Engineering to implement process improvements
- Support and contribute to grinding process projects (training provided as needed)
- Identify and evaluate automation and process efficiency opportunities, particularly within grinding workflows
- Provide technical leadership while remaining actively involved in tooling and day-to-day manufacturing processes
Requirements of the Senior Manufacturing Engineer
- Strong background in CNC machining environments, with turning/lathe experience highly valued
- Experience supporting tooling, process optimization, or manufacturability improvement initiatives
- Grinding experience is not required; however, candidates must be willing to learn and lead grinding-related projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
