OVERVIEW OF POSITION:
The mission of the Maintenance Manager is to manage maintenance functions for a facility. Areas included are building utility systems, equipment maintenance and building and grounds maintenance. Ensures that maintenance department objectives are met including project, cost, quality and safety factors.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION:
- Leads the Maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective support for Production and the facility, including:
-Support in training of Maintenance personnel.
-Assists and guides Maintenance personnel as needed.
-Is responsible for the safety and good housekeeping work habits of all Maintenance personnel.
-Assigns priorities and work to Maintenance personnel.
-Participates in Maintenance personnel evaluations.
-Order supplies according to business needs within limits.
-Oversees and coordinates Maintenance projects.
- Ensures that maintenance department objectives are met including project, cost, quality and safety factors.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining PM program for the company.
- Is on call to come to work during off shift hours to help in emergency situations.
- Attend and participate in training opportunities and seminars relevant to this position.
- Foster a of continuous improvement environment with clearly defined objectives and plans.
- Provide continued support to meet the objectives.
- Responsible for the annual EPA reporting and corresponding regular system checks.
- Support in Capital requests as needed.
- Makes sure that all work is performed according to Local, State and Federal Government rules and regulations.
- Ensures that outside contractors perform as specified on the contracts and follow all Habasit rules and regulations.
- Areas included, but are not limited to, are building utility systems, equipment maintenance and building and grounds maintenance.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Test Engineer with experience in hardware systems and embedded firmware environments. This role focuses on validating the functionality, reliability, and performance of electronic products through structured test development and execution. Key Responsibilities
Test Development & Validation
- Create and implement structured test plans, procedures, and scripts to verify hardware and firmware requirements.
- Perform functional, performance, and reliability testing on embedded systems and electronic assemblies.

Automation & Tools Development
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks for electronic systems.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Solid understanding of circuit analysis and electronic theory (AC/DC fundamentals).
- Working knowledge of analog and digital circuits, including amplifiers, switching circuits, regulators, filters, and I/O interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with common lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and signal generators.
- Experience with schematic capture tools, CAD platforms, and integrated development environments.
- Proficiency in embedded firmware development using C/C++.
- Familiarity with electronic component selection and evaluation.
- Understanding of PCB assembly processes and electronic manufacturing fundamentals.

JOB SUMMARY This is highly responsible professional geographic information systems analysis, digital database analysis and administration work involving the maintenance of software and hardware of a computerized digital database.

Competitive Compensation: $38/hour top end (DOE) 401(k) with Company Match Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Paid Company Holidays & Competitive PTO Tuition Reimbursement & Professional Development Stability & Growth: Long-standing aerospace supplier with modern capabilities Onsite Role: Highly technical, hands-on inspection environment Job Details Key Responsibilities & Duties Perform full dimensional and visual inspections of aerospace components Conduct first piece, in-process, and final inspections Inspect and record dimensions per blueprints, process sheets, and inspection documentation Review process certifications and quality documentation Utilize micrometers, calipers, gauges, and advanced inspection equipment Support ECAV reports and customer submissions Interface with customers and internal teams to resolve quality or technical issues Maintain strict compliance with aerospace, customer, and export regulations Work independently while collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and production Qualifications — Needed Associate’s degree in engineering or technical discipline or equivalent hands-on experience Minimum 5+ years of aerospace inspection experience Active GE or Collins DQR certification (or ability to recertify) Direct experience supporting GE Aviation, Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, or similar OEMs Strong background in FAI, PPAP, and ECAV submissions Familiarity with customer supplier portals (GE Aviation, Raytheon Technologies) Experience with critical component processes (ESA, VSE, SPS) Strong IT skills related to digital gaging and quality systems Knowledge of ITAR and DFARS export compliance requirements Interested in hearing more?
