GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for overall product quality and compliance with ISO 9001 standards. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Quality Management System and leading quality assurance activities throughout the product lifecycle

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Ensure continuous improvement of the QMS through regular audits, reviews, and updates.
• Lead quality assurance activities throughout the product lifecycle, from design to manufacturing and post-production.
• Establish and monitor quality metrics and KPIs to assess product quality and performance.
• Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement corrective actions (CAPA) based on root cause analysis.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection plans, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain personnel to implement product changes for current and next generation products. Maintain documents at various product stages ranging from the creation of part numbers to the release of products for manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements.
• Review and maintain product manuals and labeling in coordination with Engineering, Sales, and Safety Agencies.
• Conduct training sessions for manufacturing personnel on quality standards, processes, and best practices.
• Act as the customer interface on quality-related issues, providing timely resolutions and maintaining strong relationships.
• Gather customer feedback to drive product improvement and quality improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification as an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or similar quality management certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of general manufacturing, quality control, and lean principles.
• Skilled in MS Word and Excel.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Must be detail oriented and organized in reviewing information, identifying issues, evaluating options and proposing solutions.
• Clear and organized written and verbal communication.

Inside Sales Representative - Safety and fall protection equipment (B2B only)

Location: Rochester, NY

Client is a global manufacturer of custom fabricated safety equipment such as fall protection anchor points, rails, guards, etc.

Position is B2B and begins as inside sales supporting the national sales manager, with career development into major/key account management.

Customer base:

• Commercial/industrial construction
• Industrial/manufacturing operations
• Construction or rebuilding utiliites/power generation

Example backgrounds: Fasteners, ties, concrete/forms, trusses, commercial roofing, rigging/cranes, fall protection and safety products, commercial buildings and building materials, commercial HVAC, electrical or lighting, etc.

KEY THINGS (must have or won't be considered)

• Experience to include 2+ years of B2B sales of products - ideally engineered - into industries noted above
• Understanding of some aspects of commercial/industrial construction/remodel

Responsibilities:

• Provide inside sales and customer support in partnership with the U.S. Sales Manager, including handling leads, quotes, and follow‑up.
• Develop relationships with local customers, building a pipeline of work with new and existing customers
• Develop a relationship with larger/key accounts in the U.S., acting as account manager full cycle account manager (this is still primarily inside; some individual visits possible)
• Work with customers to ensure best value for them and for company using company's custom engineering and fabrication capabilities.
• Learn product and service offerings and grow to be a resource relying on a sonsultative sales approach with the larger/key accounts.
• Tracking entire process with company CRM/ERP system .
• Work both company‑provided qualified leads and self‑generated leads; actively pursue both.

Requirements:

• Some B2B sales experience selling into "items", ideally needing some technical expertise, construction, cranes/rigging, tools, safety/fall protection, manufacturing or the like.
• Strong safety mindset – you will represent safety products!
• Some experience with consultative selling, not strictly “off the shelf” or bulk transactions.
• Excellent communication skills - on sites, with customers, in presentations, etc
• Must be able to work legally in the U.S. without any visa requirements now or in the future

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you'll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

We are looking for an experienced leader in experimentation methodology to join our core Applied ML team. The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages. Our goal is to simplify and improve the shopping experience for everyday entrepreneurs worldwide, helping them quickly find what they need on our website.

In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. You will use simulations and reinforcement learning, ensuring consistency with business objectives, and supporting cross-functional teams in data-informed experimentation solutions. You will guide teams working at the intersection of large-scale foundation models, multi-agent systems, and RL-based optimization, encouraging a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.

What you'll get to do...

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI driven experimentation methodology, aligning initiatives with organizational goals and business impact
• Supervise and mentor teams of scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance and career development
• Promote meticulous experimentation, including the development of simulation environments and robust evaluation frameworks using machine learning and RL
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate research outcomes into scalable, production-ready experimentation solutions
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and cultivate a collaborative, innovative environment across the Applied ML team and broader organization
