This role partners closely with engineering leadership, product, and business stakeholders to improve site performance, conversion, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong systems thinking, and the ability to independently own complex initiatives end-to-end.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on development, architecture, and optimization of a large-scale eCommerce platform
