The Project Manager at RWE Design Build is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects for veterinary clinics from conception to completion. This includes budgeting, scheduling, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, and managing project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, executing, and completing construction projects on time and within budget, while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing Operations & System Management

• Manage and maintain the purchasing system, including budgets, vendor purchase orders, and retail pricing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee purchasing module activities, ensuring data integrity across all communities and product lines.
• Maintain and update plan data, product specifications, and option configurations within the system.
• Ensure all pricing, scopes, and cost inputs are current and aligned with company standards.

Bidding, Procurement & Cost Analysis

• Procure, analyze, and level vendor bids to ensure competitive pricing and scope alignment.
• Lead and support the bidding process for new communities, products, and trade partners.
• Perform detailed takeoffs, cost analysis, and value engineering (VE) reviews.
• Monitor cost trends and identify opportunities for savings and process improvements.

Vendor Management & Trade Partner Coordination

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Construction teams to ensure scopes, pricing, and product specifications align with field execution.

Community Setup & Product Management

• Lead the setup and maintenance of new communities, including budgets, options, specifications, and design selections.
• Manage updates to plan lineups, ensuring all changes are reflected accurately in systems and documentation.
• Support the development and maintenance of standardized product offerings.

Financial Accuracy & Compliance

• Review and validate purchase orders, invoices, and vendor pricing for accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications:

With the terminal being in the construction phase, you will be part of the ground up growth of the terminal as it is moves towards completion. Once operational, you will work to continually improve the site through other projects as needed.

Responsibilities

• This role will be heavily active in the field during the construction phase of a project, coordinating with subcontractors and crews, verifying quality of work, answering engineering questions and/or resolving issues that may pop up in real time.
• Assist in development of project plan as requested. Specifically, provide support to Project Manager(s) through helping to develop business cases by gathering requirements, building investment decision models, etc.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager(s) in purchasing activities including scoping and take-offs.
• Prepare and forward submittals. Confirm submittal complies with plans/specs.
• Support the development and updating of the project schedule and subcontractor detail schedules.
• Monitor and expedite material deliveries ensuring all deliveries conform with the project schedule.
• Administer subcontracts as assigned.
• Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in the coordination of drawings.
• Draft change orders. Solicit prices from subcontractors and suppliers. Perform scope take-off and estimate costs.
• Aid in close out of project; includes assembling manuals and other warranties for turnover to owner and preparation final payment documents for subcontractors.
• Act as the point person for document management applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related degree or equivalent experience.
• Must have 1-4 years of experience in the related field.
• Working knowledge of multiple engineering disciplines such as civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, piping, geotechnical, and surveying.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and prepare them when applicable.
• Ability to read and understand Project financial documents and budgets and prepare them when applicable.
• MS Excel, MS Project, and AutoCAD/SolidWorks experience preferred.

In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. You will use simulations and reinforcement learning, ensuring consistency with business objectives, and supporting cross-functional teams in data-informed experimentation solutions. • Define and drive the strategic roadmap for AI driven experimentation methodology, aligning initiatives with organizational goals and business impact
• Supervise and mentor teams of scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance and career development

Your experience should include...

• 3+ years of professional experience managing and leading high-performing teams, including mentoring and coaching team member to achieve organizational goals
• 5+ years of professional experience in experimentation methodology, Reinforcement Learning, and software development 
• 2 + years of professional with experimentation platforms, data pipelines, and analytical tools to guide methodological rigor
• A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
• A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making
• 5+ years of professional experience translating complex statistical concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
• The ability to define and implement a vision for experimentation best practices across diverse product areas

• Master's in computer science or equivalent quantitative fields

GoDaddy is looking for a Principal Security Engineer to apply their hands-on technical skills, strong leadership abilities, and an eagerness to design solutions to complex problems. You must be comfortable with communicating to stakeholders, performing security assessments and prioritizing security risks, creating/presenting high-quality deliverables.

• Identify security threats in applications and infrastructure and provide remediation mentorship to system owners.
• Join forces with SRE and development teams to find new and creative ways to reduce the occurrence of vulnerabilities at scale.
• Build repeatable/reusable security processes and frameworks.
• Review quality issues and work towards detecting security flaws both obvious and discrete.
• Assist with scoping prospective projects, participating in projects from kickoff through "definition of done" via end-to-end ownership.
• Use your industry experience to own and drive resolution and retest complex security events, policy questions and technical security risks.

Your experience should include...

• 7+ years of progressive security engineering experience across Security Architecture, Cryptography, Network, Cloud, Mobile, and Web Security.
• Skilled in Secure Development Lifecycle, Security by Design, and Shift Left methodologies.
• Proficient in Threat Modeling, Architecture Review, Penetration Testing, Code Review, SAST, and DAST.
• Strong scripting abilities in languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, Ruby, and PowerShell.
• Adept at applying security best practices for compliance, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
