• Perform visual inspections of assigned rides and attractions
• Perform rehab work on theme park rides and attractions
• Maintain, erect, repair and trouble-shoot various theme park rides and attractions
• Visually inspect and listen to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions
• Remove and/or replace worn or defective parts using hand and/or power tools
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on various equipment including rides and attractions
• Keep a daily duty log of maintenance work performed as well as accurate records of preventative maintenance

• Should possess practical skill and proficient knowledge in two or more trades, such as: mechanical, electrical, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, carpentry, welding and small combustion engine repair and maintenance
• Must be able to trouble-shoot clearly, calmly and safely in the presence of Guests and fellow Team Members
• Should have strong mechanical, electrical & hydraulic experience
• Must possess strong safety sensitivity & ability to work with many different types of mechanical devises
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Must possess the mental and physical capacities necessary to perform the primary job duties, including climbing and working at heights up to and in excess of 150ft., crawling and working in confined spaces and lifting up to 100 lbs. Must be able to work outdoors in extreme temperatures. Must possess the physical dexterity to operate hand tools and motor vehicles

Key Responsibilities:

Production & Process Leadership:

• Serve as the technical point of contact for the production floor, collaborating daily with operators, technicians, and supervisors.
• Translate new product designs and engineering changes into actionable, efficient manufacturing plans.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis for assembly and process issues, minimizing downtime and improving yield.
• Design, implement, and maintain custom fixtures and test equipment for production.

Process Optimization & Documentation:

• Develop and maintain detailed manufacturing work instructions for new and existing assemblies.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement in cycle time, cost, and first-pass yield.
• Ensure all documentation meets internal quality standards and complies with industry certifications (e.g., ISO 9001).

Quality Systems & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with Quality teams to establish inspection points and quality control checks.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions based on process gaps and quality trends.
• Audit manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure compliance and optimal performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in a technical role within a manufacturing environment, ideally in electronics assembly or display technology (LCD, OLED, TFT, or PCBA).
• Proven cross-functional experience bridging engineering, quality, and production teams.
• Experience with quality systems (ISO 9001), root cause analysis, and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong understanding of electronics theory and the ability to interpret schematics and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with production equipment, tooling, and process validation in electronics manufacturing.
• Ability to read and modify CAD drawings and BOMs.
• Natural leadership with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a high sense of urgency.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compensation Range: $80,000 - $100,000

Hands-on technician to assist with production troubleshooting and support projects to improve manufacturing methods. Assist manufacturing engineers to address equipment and tooling needs to reduce costs and improve product quality on fans, wheels, blower packages, and corresponding component parts.

Responsibilities:

• Under technical direction, troubleshoot and analyze manufacturing problems and implement corrective actions for high quality, efficient manufacturing solutions.
• Support workflow analysis, work methods, plant and department layouts for improved product flow in production.
• Help identify required tools, jigs and fixtures, or other new or special equipment required for new production or improvements to existing production lines.
• Assist in the development of justifications for the purchase of manufacturing equipment.
• Assist with the installation and debugging of production equipment.
• Update and maintain visual and written work guidelines.
• Update and maintain manufacturing routings.
• Assist in the development of manufacturing infrastructure to integrate or deploy new manufacturing processes.
